The food was really great, very good value for what you got! It was very busy, I did make a reservation so we were seated right away! Took a seat at bar, don't think I would accept a seat at bar next time! It was taken care of by bartender & she was just too busy making drinks & waiting on people! Where if you are at a table, you get undivided attention from your waitress.

We ate in the Burgerloo and it was fantastic! The weather was 20 degrees outside but the Burgerloo was warmer than I thought it would be. Still need a hat, jacket and blanket if it's cold, but there is a heater so it's comfortable. There is also a Bluetooth speaker so you can play your own tunes. The food was, as usual outstanding! All the burgers were perfectly done, fries were delicious, onion rings- amazing! Our server was great, too! Always friendly and prompt service. We love Juicy Burger Bar and eating in the Burgerloo was a fun diversion!

The burgers and fries were prepared to order. They were SPECTACULAR. The restaurant is observing COVID protocols well - it felt very safe to be in there. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Free parking in the lot about half a block away. We'll be back! I'd suggest making a reservation to assure that you'll be able to get a table.

The 4 of us ate outside in one of the igloos. The service was perfect. We all had burgers of different types and they were all delicious. The french fries (regular and sweet potato) were fresh and crispy. The igloos had individual heaters that we could adjust, as well as music machines that could be hooked up to our phones. Highly recommend

Our appetizer came out quickly but it took almost 45 minutes to get our burgers. Server was not very attentive.

Food was wonderful and juicy burger seriously has the best cocktails!! Get yourself a dirty bird sandwich and mojito, you will not be disappointed, I am never disappointed with anything here and it’s one of the best burger joints in WNY, our server was wonderful and dealt with a bunch of girls who were drinking a good amount of alcohol lol always a great time!

Awesome experience! Food was outstanding. They have a manager Kevin that really takes his job seriously. The restaurant is very conscious of the COVID restrictions. He does an excellent job. All bartenders and servers are fantastic.

Great place to eat and enjoy getting out again. They follow all guidelines. Food is great and fun drinks. I highly recommend the falafel burger yum.

Our first igloo experience! We had our 3 daughters with us (11, 8 & 4) for our 6:30pm reservation on a Sat. It was about 20 degrees out, the kids wore layers & snow pants (adults wore layers). We dined with hats & jackets on & by the end of our meal we were starting to get a little cold but tolerable. There is a small electric fireplace & Bluetooth speaker inside, the kids had so much fun dancing while we waited. The glowing cube stools were a hit (we love lights!), they also had a small cushion on each one. Our server & food were wonderful, thank you! The igloo kept most of the noise out, it was great to have our own little space while outside in the snow :)

The food was great! Veggie burger on a gluten free roll for me. The roll was great! Gluten free tools can be tricky. Juicy burger for my husband he said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and always available. We did not wait long for anything. We wanted to try the igloo and it was fun! They have little electric heaters - it was about 20 outside. It was not warm inside the igloo but it was tolerable with a sweater and a vest on. I put my coat around my legs. My husband had on a sweatshirt and a vest as well and he was fine. We will definitely go back. Thanks for a fun experience.

Had a reservation for 5:00pm for Valentine's Day in one of the Burgerloos. We were seated right away and our server, Sydney, came out and took our drink order of two waters and a Rumchata hot chocolate. She brought our waters out promptly and said the hot chocolate would be right up. 30 minutes went by and we were wondering what was going on. Our server then brought out the drink and apologized for how long it took. She said "This is on me because of the wait" but we ended up being charged anyway. After she walked away I noticed the mug had pink lipstick all over it. I was going to let her know, but waited another 20 minutes before anyone came outside. After waiting a total of 50 minutes a different server then brought our food to us. Both of our burgers were dry and overcooked (we ordered them medium well) and barely warm as if they had been sitting for awhile. Again our server was nowhere to be found and by the time she did check on us we were just about done eating. I work in the service industry as well and this was completely unacceptable and very disappointing especially since the restaurant itself was not very busy. Considering the capacity is cut in half due to the restrictions there was no reason for such a long wait. I'm not normally one to write a review, but felt this needed to be brought to someone's attention. I hope Juicy Burger can sort out what may have caused this issue to avoid any future poor experiences for other customers.

Everything is delicious!

Heater did not really do anything. Every time the waitress came in she failed to zip the door up, making it had to keep the heat in. Also no backs on the chairs was not very comfortable. It was so pretty and an experience, but once is enough

Some friends and I wanted to get together after not seeing each other for a while. Juicy is our go-to place! Amazing food, and awesome servers!
