Service poor. 45 minutes to wait for olives. 25 for a drink.
All was excellent except the staff could clear up the table a little quicker (literally took 20 mins after we'd finished to take our plates away), especially as we were the only table there. It wasn't that big a deal but it make our working around the plates a little difficult. Everything else was great! Thank you!
Great vibe but service is below par and food and drink options are limited.
smart place with really beautiful settings and excellent customer service
Lovely food & ambience spoiled by a poor table seating by the bar which waiters & waitresses insisted on being super noisy around without consideration
Not what I expected, probably would re visit if I was passing by but wouldn’t re book for lunch.
Not able to take any photos, and not very welcoming/friendly staff
Amazing venue with great food and cocktails - would definitely recommend
The place is amazing.
I loved the decor, the ambiance, the green plants. Take us sort of to a Bali outdoor terrace.
Great customer service, helpful and very polite.
Nice place to visit, there is limited space so booking highly recommended. The service is brilliant, all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Empanadas and the peppers were delicious. Would return for sure.
Beautiful place and amazing ambience. really relaxed for being a 5 star hotel. Felt like being in South America!
Fun, quirky, outdoor terrace. The food is limited but good. The waitresses dress like Jane in a Tarzan movie.
Such an amazing place, nice friendly service, the food was good and drinks were reasonably priced. Terrace is the place to be when its warm and sunny its quite beautiful. Will re-visit.
Not the best time to visit outdoor restaurant, when it just rained and it was quite chilly, but we had enough of the lockdown, so we went. Staff was perfectly trained, our temperature was taken, they wore masks & were pleasant.
Tapas food was good, but sort of cold. Wines are expensive. The tropical garden layout is fabulous and we shall return on a warmer day.
Very nice atmosphere and very attentive staff. A good spot to impress someone special
A beautifully designed outdoor terrace and hotel as a whole. Imaginative cocktails, though a bit small.
The service however was a let-down - the waitresses didn’t speak English well and there was a lot of confusion / mistakes related to the bill.
Beautiful setting, staff was absolutely lovely and very friendly. Definitely will come back and recommend.
Went for my sisters birthday and the staff could not have done more to make the experience memorable!
Drinks and place where fantastic, however service is too slow - need a lot of improvement. Had to wait for ages for our order to be taken, for the bill, to pay the bill and etc. Otherwise a nice place.
Setting is beautiful (great for summer). Wine is expensive (cheapest rose 49 pounds) and was warm.
The terrace itself was beautiful. However, the service let it down and that was incredibly disappointing. We ordered food and it arrived almost an hour later. Drinks ordered were either forgotten about, or arrived at least 30 mins after ordering. We had to continually ask and chase. The staff themselves were lovely, but everything in general took far too long to arrive which towards the end of the night, became frustrating.
