神戸牛なのでお味は確かです。ワインは選定や保存、サーブの仕方に見直しが必要かと思います。
年配の男性ウェイターの方が高飛車でサービスが悪かったのが残念でした。女性の方は感じがよくサーブされる方が違っていたら評価も変わっていたと思います。

Enjoyed the Shinsen dinner set. We enjoyed 9 different slices of the Kobe Beef and total of 9 plates included on the set!!!It was great to taste many different parts!!! Great meat and all of the other dishes too!! Enjoyed the Sukiyaki style Kobe beef!!! You can only find it here!!! Very new but great!!! Hope to visit again!!! Thank you to the staff!!!

神戸牛はおいしかったです。もう少し量があると嬉しい。雰囲気は良く、カウンター席は目の前で炭火を使って焼き、お洒落な感じの焼き肉屋さんでした。ただ椅子の高さが女性には低いのではないかと思います。

ランチで利用しました。お店の格好はいいけど、薄い肉6枚で1200円って。。場所代ですかね。

また、接客は席に空きがいっぱいあるのに、先に入っていたお客さんと隣り合わせで座るよう強く案内されてビックリです。今どきラーメン屋でもそんなことしないでしょう。

神楽坂、牛鍋食べたら良かった。

This was probably the best meal we had in Tokyo. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was great and the timing of the meal was impeccable as well, staff were continually on microphones with each other to ensure timely service. The beef was a revelation and quite reasonably priced compared to some comparable restaurants we looked at.

Came here for a special occasion - final meal in Japan with my girlfriend for our 6 year anniversary. We both can safely say it was the best meal we have had in our lives, so far. We chose the restaurant specifically for a Kobe beef experience which blew our minds. The restaurant itself has an understated charm, neatly presented with excellent & attentive staff that attend to your every need. There are a few floors that offer private dining or the main room, where we sat. We sat at the counter where we could see the chef preparing everything and we got our own grill in order to cook the meat to our liking. There are awards, plaques and documents behind this counter detailing the quality and legitimacy of the beef.

We chose the 10,000 yen Shinsen set menu (pp) which included a variety of premium Wagyu and Kobe beef as well as appetisers, rice bowls and desert. The chef and our waiter explained each dish to us as it was presented, as well as cooked the first piece for us to show us the best way to cook. The meats came with a variety of spices and sauces too, and we were shown the best combinations to have with our meat to have the ultimate experience. Neither of us had ever had Kobe beef before, and that first bite was buttery, melt in the mouth, exquisite and quite frankly the best beef we have ever tasted. Each bite of Kobe had us giddy, from the first bite to the last, because we couldn't believe we were actually experiencing these flavours... It's really that good.

After the most fantastic experience, we were delighted to be presented with our desert which included sparklers and decorative 'Happy Anniversary' biscuits! The staff really did go above and beyond for us including giving us some small pretty origami papers as a little gift.

As for the price, it's not exactly cheap, but you're getting what you're paying for; an authentic, top quality Kobe experience. We would go again in a heart beat and we recommend this restaurant to all.

3名で1階奥のお部屋を利用させて頂きました。
お肉はとても質よく、外国からきた和牛ファンの友人も満足しておりました。
お部屋の換気もよく、煙が舞うことなく、服に臭いさえつきませんでした。
品がよく、且つ高すぎずいいお店だと思います!

店内の雰囲気もよく。
美味しいだけのお値段なのは納得です!!
ただ、個人的にはおいしいお肉を安く食べられたら最高だなという思いで、コスパは低くしております。。
リッチなディナーにまた行きます♬

予約をして行きましたので、個室でゆっくり周りを気にせずに談笑できました。一頭買いのお店らしくお肉の質はとても良かったです。量は少なめかも…もう少しお肉を食べたかったので別に、しゃぶしゃぶ焼肉注文!コレがものすごく美味しかったです。また行きたいお店です。

たった6枚のお肉ですが、しっかり厚切りで、十分なボリョームがあります。
脂がさらっとしていて、サシの割にはあっさりと食べられます。脂が甘くて、とっても美味しいです。休日の方がランチが充実しているので、のんびり食事が楽しめます。また行きたいです。
ビールも美味しい❣️

メニューは全て美味しかったです。
コストパフォーマンスもまあまあいいと思います。サービスも過剰過ぎず良かったです。お隣に小さいお子さんが来たときも、わざわざ知らせにきてくれました。次回はカウンター席も利用してみたいです。

初めて利用しましたが、定員さんの説明も良く、何より料理>価格でコスパ良かったです。
ランチ営業もされているとの事で、ランチも利用させて頂こうと思います。
デートならカウンターがオススメです!

最初は格式が高いと思い躊躇しましたが、入ってみると若い人にも丁寧な対応をしてくれるありがたいお店です。人気なのがよくわかります。予約は必須ですね。

どの部位のお肉食べてもとても美味しかったです。
お店の雰囲気も良く、スタッフの方の対応も良くてまた食べに来たいと思わせて頂けるお店です。
接待、記念日などのお食事でもとても喜ばれると思います。

The Kobe beef was delicious and oh so tender. The staff's service was impeccable. The restaurant was very clean, serene & was done in a tastefully elegant Japanese aesthetic. But most importantly, the price was reasonable for Kobe beef. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others.

We found and chose this restaurant as it was the closest one to us in Tokyo that served official Kobe beef (the official retailers are in possession of a gold statue to prove their authenticity; Kagurazaka Shinsen has theirs displayed outside the shop).

We were seated at the bar, and it just so happened that we were the only bar diners that night (other guests were seated upstairs). It was a lovely experience to eat there, but a little awkward at times that it was just us two and the staff, especially as it has such a quiet, refined ambience.

We had a sirloin and tenderloin (fillet) with vegetables, rice and a salad between us. The chef prepared our meat in front of us, and then it was given to us to cook to our liking on our personal hot coals at the bar in front of us. We went for the A5 and it was absolutely delicious, as expected! The vegetables and salad were also great. They had a variety of Korean and Japanese drinks available.

お友達3人で特選御膳をいただきました。
いままでに食べたことのない柔らかいお肉に
ビックリし感動しました。もちろんお味も最高です。
お店の雰囲気も上品で、従業員の方も丁寧でとても親切に対応していただき素敵な時間を過ごせました。
またすぐにでも来店したいです。

安くはないけど肉は美味しかったし、カウンターなど店の雰囲気は良かった。でも、店に入って店員の誰もなかなか気付かないと言うかこちらを向く気もないようだったので帰ろうかと思いました。

ビーフシチュー、友達は焼肉のランチを選びました。炭火でお肉、6枚だけ焼くという贅沢でした。ビーフシチューもお肉が柔らかくて美味しかったです。
ご飯の量も選べるところも良かったです。
予約していったので2階席でゆっくりすることが出来ました。

予約の確認のTELで出来るならカウンターでない席をお願いしておいたところ、個室のテーブル席を用意頂き、とてもゆっくり食事が出来ました。神戸牛は今まで食べたことがない、柔らかさで感激しました。お肉を包む野菜も極めて新鮮で申し分なく、敢えて言えば、お肉があっさりしており、もっと風味高いものであればもっと感激したと思います。お店のスタッフの対応も心地よいものでした。

スタッフの方は若い方もいて、敷居が高い感じもなく気持よく過ごせました。お肉はもちろん、その他のお料理どれもおいしかったです。また、見た目のプレゼンテーションも満足です。

個室テーブル席とカウンターがあり、カウンターのほうがライティングなど含め雰囲気の良さでは上かもしれません。個室は、気兼ねなく過ごせるのが良いです。
