We celebrated with a party of 13 and had a lovely experience. The decor is beautiful. The food was delicious. The service was great! Easy parking in the lot across the street. We had a blast getting to know TJ, the owner. We will go back for our next family gathering for sure!

Fantastic food, hospitable and attentive staff who offered excellent suggestions and paced our meal perfectly so that we could really savor every dish. Our first visit, but certainly not our last!

Our group of 4, shared plates and their menu is super conducive to this option. Everything was delicious. Lovely exterior, friendly staff and we were not in any way rushed or disappointed with the meal and dinner.

The dining experience was unique and wonderful. The owner/chef Ilyas Kara welcomed us as we entered the restaurant and went to great lengths to make certain our evening was enjoyable and memorable. The food was delicious. We shared the flamed saganaki and fried goat cheese salad, followed by fall-off-the- bone lamb shanks and grilled octopus. The portions were generous and priced appropriately. The elaborate hand-made glass chandeliers provided the perfect ambiance for our Mediterranean meal. We will definitely be back!

Kalimera is solid, but misses the mark on enough fronts not to be a 5*. Santa Rosa is really hot in the Summer and the place was not properly air-conditioned to the point of discomfort. Prices are quite high for a Mediterranean place. Dishes were good but nothing I haven’t had at countless other Mediterraneans places. So, not bad for a shared meal, but I wouldn’t return and it is not a “destination”. Lamb shank was good (4*), Octopus was good (4*), Metze platter was average (3*).
