Great food, impeccable service. Good value
Everything was superb, from the minute we walked in till the end of the meal. We asked after 2hours if we could stay a wee bit longer and order more wine. We were explained that there are bookings later on but if we wish to stay bit longer it is absolutely fine. Portions are so fulfilling and delicious! We will be back for sure!
Lovely food in a comfortable and quirky environment. We visited on a rather busy Saturday night (with a 10pm curfew) so it was understandably rather hectic for the staff, but they worked hard to maintain business as usual. Only negative was that food was quite pricey, but not sure if this is a reflection on location (Edinburgh). We live in Manchester where Indian/curry cuisine is usually significantly cheaper so locals may feel the prices are competative. All in all, very nice however.
The service was terrible as only one person taking orders and food was terrible. I had ordered a prawn dish and asked it to made spicy but when it came it was actually very sweet. I was also charged for three beers when I had two. Everything in this place was terrible. Do not go there
Lovely meal and service
The service and food were excellent. The downstairs area felt a little grubby but heck your only going to the toilet.
Wonderful food and a good staff . We would always return and the apprentice from Hyderabad excelled.
Food is amazing. I recommend the butter chicken and garlic nan 10/10
Food was good especially the lamb but the service was pretty sub standard. Took ages before our order was taken, then they forgot to bring out one of the dishes. Starter and main apoesred at the same time. The staff looked run off their feet and there was definitely no service with a smile, they all looked like they were fit to drop.
Covid-19 precautions were non existent other than hand sanitiser. Tables cramned in and no windows or doors open, so very stuffy. Didn't take our details for track and trace but assume as I booked via opentable they were using this.
The food was unbelievably good and the service was exceptional.
Very good value for money and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful food! Exceeded all expectations! Will definitely return!
Staff took ages to explain the menu they were nice but got every part of our order wrong. I ordered veg korma they brought me ‘veg’ pakora, I said I didn’t mind as long as it was veggie they assured me it was. I’m not sure the chicken would agree !!
They brought the wrong drinks it was just shambolic I’m sorry to say.
The food was very greasy :(
Delicious food 🥘 we really enjoyed the Indian tapas
