Poor over priced wine . Expensive food had been excited to go there but left underwhelmed. 1 bottle of poor quality red wine 1 small starter shared 2 fish and chips £80.50 !!! Staff very attentive not their fault

Stopped for lunch and overall really nice, staff erre extremely friendly and food was good. It's worth trying if in the area.

Our food was not very warm and we felt that more attention to detail was needed. The roast beef was overdone and it felt like it was the end of a Sunday roast. Some items not available. The lighting in the room is harsh and didn’t have a warm feeing. Very high roof as it was a church so more thought to decor and ambience is needed. We didn’t like that dogs were allowed inside and one dog barked a lot. Hopefully these are just teething problems.

Nice place -much improved over the last ownership. Good service. Fish was very good and seemed fresh. A bit more expensive than other local restaurants/pubs., so only 3 stars for value. Will definitely go again.
