That was my first time ever going to kiss everything was nice the waiter was great with wonderful energy great attitude pricing of food is ridiculous though I order mac and cheese which was $12 and I added lobster me not knowing the lobster was 35.00 and its not a whole lobster you're going to get it's little pieces of lobster .that brought my little appetizer of $12 up to $60 which is crazy to me but atmosphere was very nice I will not let you get over on me on food again

From booking the reservation to showing up and being seated it was all very simple. The waitstaff is very attentive and they were spot on with the service was second to none. The drinks were on point and the food was as well. I would recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a great vibe and great food.

The service and ambiance were both amazing. I forgot my servers name but he was fun and engaging. I probably wouldn’t return simply because the food was not worth the experience imo. Maybe I would try once more to try something different, but the food wasn’t memorable in any way.

This was my second time dining here, and once again, it was a total vibe! The food was absolutely delicious, the music set the perfect mood, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Our server was attentive and made the experience even better. If you're ever in Houston, I highly recommend checking this place out—you won’t be disappointed!

We were in Houston for the weekend and loved it! Food and drinks were really good as was the music and service. There was a live DJ too. It has a cute KISS sign for photos outside and another cute sign near the restroom.

Hi, I wish I could say that it was an enjoyable moment for my birthday (Saturday 9/28). The service was less than acceptable (I’d give it maybe a 6 out of 10. The server, left a lot to be desired from a server. For starters, it took her over 15 minutes to come to the table and greet us. As a former server, I thought the general policy is 2 minutes, as well as common courtesy. After that, it took well over 30 minutes to get our food, which was not correct and had to be returned. We ordered drinks (she gave us one drink menu when there was more than 1 person at the table), and I watched the bartender put our drinks on the “ready” counter. As we waited and watched our drinks melt, she was talking to another guest for easily 10 minutes. And then she went to the back. She never brought our drinks to us. The drinks stayed on the bar so long until another server brought them to us (greater than 15 minutes). And by the way, this was around 6:30pm Saturday sept 28. The front of the house was empty, so much so that several servers and other employees stood around. Once we got our food and it was wrong, there was no apology or anything. She actually appeared as if we were the problem. Jax was informed of my bday event by the same server that brought us our drinks. Other tables received their food before us or in a shorter timeframe than the our food even though we had been seated longer. I don’t usually write reviews and such, but bc I really enjoy kiss and it was my birthday I had to say something. It was a very nice nasty attitude that she had and unfortunately she was automatically given a 20% gratuity. I have absolutely no issue with tipping and I am a great tipper, however, she did not deserve it. The food was very salty. I had gumbo, potstickers, crawfish fried rice, and Thai shrimp. They’re usually my favorite but it was salty especially the gumbo, and the chili oil potstickers were so hard and rubbery that it cut the roof of my mouth. They were inedible.
