    Join us on Sunday’s between 12pm – 4:30pm for a menu curated by head chef Stefano, filled with classic traditional dishes with modern twists. Featuring the aged balsamic beetroot wellington, served with mushrooms and black truffle jus, whole Mediterranean pink seabream with warm new potato salad and salsa verde, spiced half chicken, “porketta” belly with apple sauce and the Lake District farmers beef rump. All our roast dishes except the Seabream will be served with rosemary & garlic roasted potatoes, truffled cauliflower cheese, maple roasted carrots, house gravy, horseradish cream & a Yorkshire pudding.

    Menu was interesting, food well prepared and presented, and nicely seasoned. Whole plaice for two was especially nice. Quiet pleasant room with good but not intrusive service. Would definitely return.

    This is a wonderful place. Food is excellent, service is too, my only reason for 4* on service is because we had to wait a while before our food order was taken. (Drinks were with us already ;)). Wine list is just right too!

    once again a most enjoyable lunch, back on the terrace having last been in the equally lovely interior. staff as excellent as the food and extremely patient throughout my LONG lunch. after all, why leave too soon if you are having a lovely time?

    A lovely restaurant attached to the Holmes Hotel with its own separate entrance on Baker Street. This was my 2nd visit and on both occasions the staff were very knowledgeable about what was safe for gluten free and which dishes could be adapted. My only criticism would be if there could be more wines available by the glass.

    The food and ambience was very good, however I was disappointed that the on line wine menu listed 6 white wines under £40.00. However the actual wine menu was different. It had ne wine for under £40.00 and that was 'out of stock' Overall a nice experience but it was a shame I felt I'd been pressurised into spending more on wine than I would have chosen to do

    "Nibbles" of Zucchini Fritti, Cuttlefish Croquettes and padron peppers were more substantial than 'nibbles' and very tasty. This was followed by octopus again really well cooked and mains of Lobster spaghetti and Maccheroncini with lamb ragu were also excellent. Everything was well presented and staff were very pleasant and helpful. As the kitchen and preparation area were open plan and close by we could see clearly the effort and attention to detail which made this such a great experience.

    We waited at the entrance for 15 minutes - the bar staff had seen we were waiting but no one acknowledged us. When we asked a member of staff for help, he rudely replied, “depends, do you have a booking.” (Which we did). It then took 10 minutes to have our drinks order taken and another 10 for the drinks to arrive. Then 5 minutes for someone to take our food order. The restaurant was not overly busy, but it seemed like all the tables were receiving slow service. Before our food even arrived, our glasses were taken away by maintenance staff. Food was average, nothing special, although eggs were watery.

    The food was great, and the space is lovely. But I have to say that the staff was really unfriendly, made us feel quite uncomfortable and set the tone for the dinner since the beggining.

    my second visit and there will be many more. as well as good quality and good value food the service was spectacular in what I consider a hidden gem of a restaurant, one which whilst in an area with stiff competition, holds its own. well done and thank you.

    Very poor overall. Service was OK but food was mediocre at best. Portions were tiny. We had to order extra sides to compensate. We were then overcharged on the bill. They say it was an accident?!?! Won’t return.

    Didn’t actually intend to get lunch - it’s a little pricey - so we stuck to tap water and chose the cheapest things. They were absolutely delicious! My friend had a sort of eggy spinach thing and I had the lamb kofta that came with these yummy little pickled mushrooms and great pitta. We also had some hummus and olives and some sort of cheesy whip. It was really good! Ambience was nice. Trendy but not too overwhelming. Cute touches with decoration and nice toilets. Would recommend.

    The service wasn’t good. It is like they forgot I was there. I asked for Vodka and lemon. They brought me vodka in a water glass with lime and a lemonade. Chips were good. Menu was limiting. It was my birthday no special anything.

    Great stop off en route to Wembley (2 stops from Baker Street). Excellent lamb cops in herb crust with artichokes. Staff were very friendly. I promised to return!

    Staff were friendly and welcoming. The setting is very nice. Nice tea However… Food was pretty shocking considering the price. The antipasti meat and cheese board was well below average and just really not tasty. You could get better from Sainsbury’s. Venison tagliatelle was very rich, quite tasty but no nuance to it. Felt like a school meal. Very heavy. Would be ok for pub grub but the food was seriously lacking, especially at the price. Just so disappointing.

    Joli restaurant à la cuisine soignée et très goûteuse. Personnel charmant et attentionné. A conseiller sans hésitation. Pour les grands mangeurs, prévoyez plusieurs plats, les portions ne sont pas énormes mais les ingrédients sont de qualité et succulents. La friture de zucchini un délice.     Brunch was ok - my daughter had Eggs florentine which she said was quite nice, but my omelette was small and rubbery and the sourdough with it was so thin it was like a piece of paper. The ambience was ok and the staff were fine - not especially friendly, but efficient.
