KOI-Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

We have always enjoyed our dining experiences at Koi. The staff is very pleasant and explains the dishes on the menu that might be trying for the first time. They allowed us to move our reservation to an earlier time and that was greatly appreciated, The waitress was quick to help with take home containers for the food we couldn't consume. Things like mentioned above result in an more than normal gratuity. We hope to return to enjoy the teriyaki beef tenderloin with the triple seafood deluxe. They are both to die for. We look forward to doing the $49 Date Night at the Western Door soon before returning to Koi.

Food was fantastic. The Lo Mein came with shrimp pork and chicken. Tuna/salmon combo sushi was delicious. Limited saki available but still good. Service was quick and efficient.

No non Asian food for a vegan.
I would have been happy w a salad since others in my group wanted Asian. I had no dinner

The food was excellent. The staff was nice. I would definitely eat there again soon.

Food was terrible no seasoning or anything in the creamy garlic scallops shrimp and the lobster tail was extremely bland.

Really enjoyed our experience at Koi... will definitely return. The Valentine’s Day menu included wok lobster... it was outstanding!

We love koi the food is excellent! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, we’ve found lately you have to make reservation unless you go during the week.

My wife and I enjoyed our meal at Koi for our overnight stay. The service and food were all very good. We would most definitely go back again. We had 3 appetizers and 2 specialty sushi rolls--all very good. The only subpar rating would be the dessert menu. All-in-all I would recommend someone to the restaurant.

One of their featured drinks was an Old Fashioned which my niece ordered. It was to have a lemon , orange and cherry in it. Only had a lemon slice. When I asked about the omission I was informed they didn't have orange slices or cherries. We should have been told that or it should NOT have been a featured drink as it is those fruits that make the flavor.
Also Pad Thai was ordered and it didn't have sprouts on top. We understand there are shortages of certain items but let us know when ordering so we can decide if that is acceptable or not.
The appetizers and other 3 dinners were great and we will return in the very near future. Just glad to be out with friends and family enjoying our time together.

Service wasn’t as good as usually. Food was cold when we got it. They were very busy but I don’t think that’s an excuse for cold food

They were out of sushi. The food was below average. Our waitress was nice but very slow. Only positive part is that it wasn’t expensive.

The food was expensive and not worth the price. We spent $100 on food and have had better quality Asian cuisine at a local restaurant for 1/4 the price. We traveled 7 hours to come to Seneca and were so excited to try this restaurant and were so dissatisfied. We will never go back to Koi and I will not be recommending it to anyone else.

It was an excellent dinner and evening we will be back.

The food as always taste excellent
Although the portion size has gotten smaller, and it takes a while for your food no matter how busy.
The service depends on your server. Sue is always on the ball!

Food was like Chinese take out.... definitely nothing special.
Dumplings were overcooked
Chicken was poor grade.

Due to COVID we were unable to enjoy the full restaurant experience which I understand is outstanding. No fault of Koi, and will go back once its fully open.

My husband and I made a reservation for 6pm on Dec 27th. We arrived early at 5:40 and they sat us right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered cocktails and a couple apps, which came out immediately (I even commented on how quickly they arrived). My husband got lobster tail and I ordered pork fried rice and spicy tuna sushi, all of which were fresh and delicious. The tables were spaced far enough away for us to feel comfortable. It was a lovely experience and we would definitely go back again.

Had the General Tso Chicken and it was amazing! We've been to Seneca many times, but never tried the food here. Huge mistake on our part, we missed out all of those years. But, lesson learned. We'll be back!

Great food and drink!! VERY respectable prices on both. My dater and I had an appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 drinks a piece and the bill was $100.00. Would come back here anytime!

The best Asian food you will find any where. This is not your cheap Chinese take out.
