Very friendly staff! The entire dining experience was very nice. The food was beautifully presented and fresh.
Best martini in Budapest, service was perfection, and food delicious!
We will be back as soon as possible.
Excellent experience on the terrace. Great food, good wines, confortable service. We even received a surprise cake as this was our wedding anniversary!
Best restaurant, this is the second time I've been here 5 star!
Delicious foods, polite waiters, and good vibe, so everything was fine. I will come here many more times with my friends. 5 star. 🙂
We could not sit down to dine as the restaurant didn’t advise us that the terrace was closed today as there was rain expected. We showed up as usual and were received by a waiter who politely asked us if we had a Covid card to dine inside - we do not have yet, but would have appreciated a call to let us know that the terrace was not an option as we had a terrace booking on purpose due to the COVID card... four seasons has always provided with good service but on this occasion was a big let down
Dear Mr. Mena, I'm truly sorry about the experience you are describing here. You are absolutely right that this should have been communicated. It is a good lesson for our team and thank you for sharing this as we learn how to manage these new situations regarding Immunity Cards especially with sudden rain. Do you mind sharing me your number and we can discuss this further at your convenience? I can be reached at James.Watt@fourseasons.c-o-m, Director of Food and Beverage. Jimmy Watt
Elegáns, fenomenális ízek, a kiszolgálás tökéletes! Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom!
Kedves Tímea! Köszönjük szépen a kedves szavakat! Csapatunk fáradhatatlanul azon dolgozik, hogy magas szintű kiszolgálást nyújthasson és mindig elragadó ízekkel kápráztathassuk el vendégeinket. Remélem máskor is vendégül láthatjuk Önöket! Üdvözlettel, James Watt Director of Food and Beverage
The food was super delicious. I had literally the best chocolate cake of my life! Tho the service wasn’t to most convincing in quality. The guy didn’t speak Hungarian that well, I proposed to speak in English (which to me is absolutely not a problem), but he wanted to stick to Hungarian. I had to explain twice my order because he didn’t get it (tho it wasn’t anything special, just an item from the menu)
Superb place, unique food - must be on your shortlist.
Great place for business dinners with refreshing cocktails and a superb menu.
Amazing cocktails and very good service - great place for a meeting with friends!
The quality of the food and service do not meet the minimum standard of a Four Seasons Hotel. It was very disappointing.
Friendly waiters and managers. Answering all our questions and requests. Food was amazing and the cocktails were fantastic!
best place in the city
Staff was excellent, dishes extraordinarily appetizing. Music not disturbing, enjoyable. We definitely recommend this place.
The service, the ambiance and the food were excellent. Fresh meal at high quality. A highly recommended place to have a nice and elegant dinner. Well trained staff who knows what they need to do,we liked it!
Like usual: perfect.
Great place, tasty food and very nice staff.
The restaurant was a nice restaurant, naturally not the cheapest one, however as per food, drinks and service it was worth the money. The food was amazing and the drinks were superb. At this time this is one of my favourite four seasons restaurants, right after Lion Palace Percorso restaurant.
Lovely place... We have an amazing dinner and an amazing view of the bridge just lovely 😍
Perfect evening in Valentine’s Day
Good lunch menu highly overpriced water offer that is not included, without any alternatives (tap or cleared water)
Great as always
Really enjoyed the food and the experience! A beautiful view of the river and outstanding service.
Expensive, low quality food. Shame.
Had ‘Blind date’ chef menu, every course was very tasty and creative. Cocktails are surprisingly amazing as well. Definitely enjoyed our time and would totally come back again. : )
Wonderful food in a beautiful location
A very nice an competente sommelier. Nice Winther only Hungarien wines. Nice food
Had an amazing experience at Kollazs ! Live music was superb! Food was very good quality and very good taste. Accommodating any special request/ allergies.
Unfortunately did not catch the name of the lady who was mainly serving us , she is the assistant sommelier int he restaurant , excellent knowledge and recommendation of wine, and overall really pleasant and attentive service . Myself working in the hospitality industry as well , this was very much appreciated! Cannot wait to be back ! Thank you for whole team , from the receptionist ladies to the bartenders you all are superstars !
Wonderful Food. Good Service. Terrible Terrible lighting.
We dined here this evening. Had the chicken and beef bourginon. Extremely well prepared. As well as a bottle of Chateau Palmer. The lighting was so bright it could have lit up a Heathrow Runway. When we asked if it could be adjusted we were told curtly that the lighting was "automatic" and this is thier dinner lighting. It may indeed be automatic lighting but it is just plain wrong. And even if it is automatic, I am sure there is a dimmer switch. For this reason alone I would never ever go back there. Sorry! but I do not need to see my dining companion (or them ME!) in such harsh harsh lighting.
Lovely restaurant, good service and fantastic food
The reason of the 3 stars is the main dish part of the Sunday brunch: meat and fish that suppose to be freshly made on the grill, were not fresh but waiting under the heating infra - when served, the chewy meat and dry fish ruined the experience. Otherwise a typical Sunday brunch with some good stuff, but not what I expected from this beautiful and prestigious Four Seasons.
This is a beautiful restaurant with views of the castle and chain bridge. Classy and under stated the staff are friendly and attentive. I had the Wiener schnitzel with veal, which is worth a bit more compared to the one made with pork. Delicious. We didn’t have a sweet, and chose instead to take away some cakes from the counter by the door, to have back at the hotel.
One of the best meal I’ve ever had I took the blind date menu and I can tell you that because I also went to the best restaurant in the world and loads of excellent one everywhere around the world and this one competes with the three Michelin stars and omg the device was perfect one of the best service ever
Beautiful restaurant with outdoor terrace with view of St Stephan’s Basilica. Excellent menu options with lovely presentation. Outstanding service and management team as anticipated from Four Seasons. This is a special property and all details aligned for a wonderful lunch experience. Will definitely recommend and return.
Outstanding. The menu ‘blind date’ was a piece of art and very very tasty. Beautiful looks of the dishes as well. 5 stars.
Ambiance, service, and especially the food was exceptional.
Food and atmosphere were both incredible, drinks and service were also outstanding overall I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Budapest. It made our trip unforgettable.
Let’s start with the positive. The lovation is cery central and has great access. We had a table for 7 and we tried different things. The apetizers - especially the steak tartare- were tasty. The main courses were hot or miss. Some good and somer we had to return ( like the catfish). However the service was way to slow for everything, even though the restaurant was not packed. drinks were adequate and the desert was very good. Overall it was not the usual Four Seasons- you can’t go wrong - type of experience.
Great food in a wide and excitibg variety, great service and lovely ambient. Highly recommended!
This restaurant forms part of the Four Seasons hotel and therefore is a bit pricey for what it is. We had the steak for main which was tasty but very salty, with chips that were already salted. I ordered a 'green bean salad' to go with my steak and it came drenched in mustard oil which wasn't described on the menu. We had a nice meal though and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
