We went for the tasting menu. We expressed an intolerance to dairy however did not feel that this was accommodated very well as quite a few dishes still contained a good deal of cream. It was also my companions bday however despite this and despite the intolerance expressed we were served with a dessert largely made with chantilly cream ... sadly she cud not
enjoy it : (. Having to pay such a high price for the tasting menu while our particular concerns were not adequately met was disappointing. Also the ambience was not as romantic or warm as id hoped, more suited to dry business meetings rather than a couples evening out. However i must say that the service was very good and quick, and the sommelier also very good as we enjoyed good wines. If we didnt have the issue of the intolerance we wudve enjoyed it more as the food was flavorful.
Service is as one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Every whim was taken care of. Creative French cuisine.
I took my girlfriend for her birthday meal and it was fantastic. I asked if they could do anything special for it and we got a beautiful handmade desert. The food is incredible and the service cannot be faulted.
Excellent value for money, particularly at lunch time, with great food with original flavors. Would highly recommend it to serious food lovers
Fantastic experience for a lunch. Food is delicious and creative. Good portions.
The service is amazing and wines stunning.
Worth the price.
We shall return soon.
My second visit to this restaurant and both times are memorable, both food and service were excellent.
The restaurant itself is bright and modern with very friendly staff and drinks afterwards in the bar finished a perfect day off
Will defiantly return soon
Splendid and the quality and choice makes this a special venue
Excellent service and attention to detail and also a warm, human dimension as we had our two month old son with us who garnered lots of smiles and attention from all concerned. My wife and I both the set lunch menu which was fantastic (lamb and desserts in particular but everything was very high quality) and we'll undoubtedly be back for an evening ala carte dinner to compare. Thank you!
Exceptional experience; best food I have had for a very long time; service was excellent, very attentive.
We had such a great time , looking at the food that was really pretty and refined !
A really delicious Easter lunch meal !
Wine list is at the top !
Beautiful set in this fantastic building !
We went there for lunch. As it was the day before Easter we decided to go for the 3 courses tasting menù instead of the 6 courses.
The food was outstanding !!!! The service impeccable.
One of the best restaurant I have eaten lately and the best 1 Michelin star restaurant in my opinion.
Excellent, excellent food!
Best staff in all of London for a restaurant...and I‘ve been to many.
Staff very professional and helpful and friendly. Food amazing very well presented and cooked to perfection and tasty nice we will be back soon, thanks for making our night amazing. Kings regard Cuff
The foie gras is amazing, spread on toast , so yammy. The atmosphere is perfect.
Absolutely stunning meal! We had the 6 course tasting menu ... which was more like 12 course! 5 amuse bouche and petit fours on top of the 6 course.. every one exquisitely executed. Delicious would be an understatement! An absolute triumph! Excellent service to boot! We will definitely be returning to this amazing restaurant! 5 stars all the way!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent food, with a good selection for everyones taste.
Recommend the weekend lunch deal , and the matcha gnochi and lamb shoulder are fantastic
Great sophisticated yet accessible diner. I loved it !
Belle adresse à Londres pour représenter la gastronomie française. Un personnel professionnel et chaleureux !
Oh dear, having dined wonderfully in the past at Le Pic, Valence we looked forward with great expectations to dining at Madam Pic withing the grand surroundings of the 4 Seasons Hotel but what such great disappointment. The Restaurant is divided into smaller rooms of few tables, walls covered in tiles resembling our bathroom, table tops of composite material, and lots of chromium and mirrors about the place. The larger lens-shaped booth tables of minimum curvature seemed to me diners would (almost) be seated in a straight line. But the food... oh dear (again), back to the future where emphasis returns to those days where presentation of the plate ruled. We dine regularly at Michelin restaurants in London but this one is to be avoided with its stiff but efficient service. Convenient location for the Tower and Hung drawn and quartered pub.
Brilliant. The most astonishing meal so far in 2018. This is THE place for adventurous flavour combinations and textures. A road-test before we stay at Maison Pic later this year.
Fabulous food! Very creative and subtle.
Service is good but could be improved.
Why put bathroom tiles on the restaurant's side wall? Why put mirrors around the restaurant's columns?
Very enjoyable, good food and pleasant surroundings
Fantastic restaurant, first class food, attentive service and great surroundings
Amazing food one of the best ever!
Could not fault it! Outstanding food. It's up there with the best restaurants I've ever eaten in
Food and presentation were great, and service was excellent. Made us feel welcome.
I went for the lunch menu which was fabulous. The amuse de bouche were so special and tasty especially the rolls with the gruyere inside and the alchihol bonbon. The foi gras was so tasty and the desert was like a work of art
Great addition to City Fringe neighbourhood of London. The lunch special menu gives you a good taste of what this restaurant is about without even breaking into 3 figures for 2. Definitely will go back.
Just amazing for me. Everything was nice. I recommend without any hesitation. Thank you!
This was a amazing experience.
We have been on many occasion at La Dame de Pic in Paris and this proved to be even better than what we experienced there.
We took the menu and every meal was of the highest quality, very refine and tasty, with a perfect win pairing.
And last but not least, the service was excellent, delivered by a team of efficient, knowledgeable and caring people.
This is most definitely a must-go-to address in London
Excellent dinner- great overall experience
My wife and I had a wonderful dinning experience at La Dame De Pic from the moment we walked in the door. We went for the lunch time service and each had the three course menu with different entrees. Every bite of every course was packed with flavor and had wonderful texture. The wine suggestions were right on target. We also had a seating arrangement for two that I really enjoyed with two chairs at a round table positioned so we both had a similar view of the restaurant and could have quiet conversation as well.
I look forward to being able to go back to this restaurant.
The person opening the door at the hotel was extremely rude that the experience was destroyed
I have come many times before and it will be the last
We have been to the restaurant for lunch before and it was lovely. Both food and service were really good. However we were disappointed this time. Not entirely sure if it was because we went on a busy Friday night, or it was because the quality of both food and service have just gone downhill. The service was slow and inattentive, we could easily have another bottle of wine during the meal however because of the slow service we only had one bottle. The quality of food was not as good as before - the main course turbot was a little bit over cooked and turned bitter, just not the quality you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant.
What can I say. Best restaurant we have been to in London. Great food, lovely environment and friendly knowledgeable staff. Certainly value for money and we would eat there again.
Lovely meal, excellent service, friendly staff and a memorable dining experience
It would be easy to run out of superlatives for this restaurant. Our lunch group - the Grand Cru - go to ‘special ‘ restaurants a few times a year and La Dame de Pic was outstanding in quality of food, service and cost. All the food was delicious with the freshest as well as some different tastes. The mushroom consommé followed by 3 amuse bouches set out taste buds alight. For starters we had thenpigeon and foie gras pie and gnocchi both besutifully prsented. For mains we had red bullet which hsd a lovely flavour and delicate squares of crispy, tasty pork belly. For dessert we went with the signature mille feuilles-a delight. Have already recommended this restaurantvto frinds and will continue to fo so. Am hopin to go again soon. Thank you.
A disappointing meal overall - the food was fine without being special, although rather salty on occasion, but the restaurant and service were impersonal. It felt just like a hotel restaurant with lots of people passing through, rather than a restaurant that you would choose to go to. The serving staff were somewhat robotic - pleasant and efficient but without character or spark.
At the more expensive end. We won’t be returning.
Always a good time here. Food is always up to their (high) standard. Will be back soon :)
