Spectacular journey, surpassing already high expectations. Special mention for our sommelier for the evening who was spot-on every single time.
Really great tasting menu for lunch however missing a sommelier and some courses let the meal down.
I was very impressed by everything about La Dame de Pic. From the moment we were welcomed on arrival, to our departure, we had a wonderful experience. Both service and food were exceptional. We went à la carte for food choices and every dish was beautifully cooked with amazing flavours. The wine recommendations to accompany the dishes were spot on. I can only highly recommend the restaurant and will certainly be returning.
Good and service was outstanding in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend. The duck was a highlight!
Really talented chef. Superb flavour combinations to be remembered. Service was carried out with utmost finesse and warmth. The best of French hospitality
We have been fortunate enough to eat in many respected, high quality restaurants but this was definitely one of the best. Every aspect of the food, staff and ambiance was outstanding. A truly wonderful experience, thank you.
Great experience overall. Definitely, I would recommend the Berlingot dish and the Millefeuille dessert.
The staff were knowledgeable with the some good attention to detail. Spot on, I will come back.
Well done to the full team.
A true pleasure to eat here, the staff are welcoming and friendly, the food is outstanding really delicious.
Mattia has been exceptional. A great example of Italian hospitality delivering an excellent service, super attentive and polite. Food has been outstanding.
Everything was top notch.
Thank you Four Season. Thank you, Mattia.
An amazing environment to treat yourself to incredible service and food.
Amazing food. Perfect service. Great taste and presentation of plating.
Has to be experienced. Phenomenal!
All great and lunch menu is great value for money
Service is a bit slow though, should be improved to get it to the standard of the food
Pity the place looks like a soulless international hotel, but all forgotten when the food arrives
Deserves those two Michelin stars.
Food, and service exquisite.
Wine menu extensive and reasonably priced.
We went La Dame De Pic with high expectations to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and were not disappointed! From the warm welcome of the staff, to the exquisite amuse bouches, delicious seafood starter and main courses, tasty sweet treats and desserts paired with exceptional wines made this a truly memorable evening!
Wish the restaurant open sunday too. I don't normally write review, a must try 2* restaurent. The food and wine pairing was so yummy, very enjoyable evening.
A really interesting and unique flavour experience. Loved the decor and service was outstanding!
Fantastic meal, as always.
Amazing food and impeccable service. We had a fabulous time. Great with allergies and really helpful with wheelchair accessibility
We arrived on time for our lunchtime booking and we both chose from the set menu. The food and wine were to the familiar high standard that the restaurant is known for. The level of service was, quite frankly, atrocious.
The restaurant certainly didn’t seem short of staff, however: we waited 25 minutes from arrival to be brought the food menus despite already having our drinks and having asked twice for the menus. There was confusion amongst the staff as to who was serving us and what had and hadn’t been provided. 45 minutes from arrival until the starters arrived. Too long a wait between each course. We finished our wine such was the wait between courses, and no one came to ask if we wanted more - the main course had gone cold by the time we got another glass. Empty water glasses not refilled. More waiting. Plates and glasses left lying around on our and other tables once we’d finished for almost 10 minutes.
Eventually the staff seemed to notice that something wasn’t quite right and offered us a complimentary glass of dessert wine as an apology for the wait at the start with the menus - why couldn’t they have said anything at the time? The staff has shown a complete lack of awareness of the issues throughout the meal, not just at the start, and the same level of service continued after the complimentary wine was served.
There seemed to be a lot of staff rushing around not actually doing much, impossible to get their attention. We shared the feedback with the maître d', who did apologise for the lack of service but blamed it on booking congestion, which didn’t make sense especially given the number of staff and control over the booking process.
Having been to La Dame De Pic on a number of occasions, it was an uncommon experience. One that was more reminiscent of a pub than a 2 star Michelin restaurant. Enough to say that the lunch, which I expected to run for just over an hour, took over 2 hours and left us really disappointed.
Excellent restaurant.
Notre fille a passé un anniversaire inoubliable, merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe salle, cuisine & Tea Time !
Take care of you & Happy New Year.. for tomorow ! Have a Nice day !
Celebrated our daughters 25th Birthday and everything was absolutely great - thanks a lot to an outstanding team!
Amazing food and incredible service. A real treat, not cheap but worth it for a special occasion. We had a wonderful time.
Excelente la comida exquisita fue
Una experiencia inolvidable
Amazing meal as ever. We were let down by the train and was late but they held our table for us. An excellent birthday meal. Worth the near 4 hours journey
Excellent service with an outstanding menu.
Decent plating but average on food taste, just do not expect any surprises and you will not be disappointed. Service is spot on, waiters were attentive and had nice wine pairing. Got a little mosquito flying around was disturbing.
The décor is a creative approach to modernising, whilst retaining original features; tables are of a good size with comfortable chairs, a stool for bags, and tables are well-spaced to allow for privacy in conversation; staff (all French?) were friendly, well-informed and respectful: engaging with a smile and not intrusive; food was delightfully presented - the rose of butter was a treat, though the bread plates on the small side - smaller than the butter dish - so bread crumbs a plenty on the white table linen - my fault; all courses were delicious and care taken with flavour and texture as well as presentation. An altogether memorable dining experience, we will be back. Thank you to the team who were working when we were there. La Dame de Pic makes an impression and a special occasion.
This is truly a special experience. It is imaginative food for all senses and the wine pairing was excellent. The service was impeccable and attentive at all times.
La Dame de Pic never fails my expectations. Their food is spectacular, it’s so good that I can’t describe with words. It did give us a wonderful Christmas dinner experience.
El Servicio no es de dos estrellas michelin
Never been to a Michelin starred restaurant before; very glad I chose this one. Anne-Sophie Pic has incredible taste and ability, and it’s reflected in the style, invention and quality of her restaurant.
This was quite the best meal I’ve ever had. Thrillingly fragrant, complex flavours, deep and satisfying without being over-rich or too filling. Sommelier knew her stuff, presented a great range of beautifully complementary wines. Not cheap, but as an occasional treat it’s memorable and of the finest quality.
The best food in London. Excellent service and the paired wines were spot on!
Simply great! Excellent food and wonderful atmosphere! We’ve had an amazing evening!!
This was a wonderful dining experience with great food and wonderful service. Following very tasty amours bouche I enjoyed the Journey. With each dish being excellent and satisfying in looks and taste. The wine pairings were excellent too. Highly recommended!
The food is always excellent but the service this time was inadequate. We were not offered an aperitif. I had to ask for the wine list. I had to ask for the sommelier to discuss the wine. I also had to ask for our glasses to be refilled. Lastly my first coffee was mostly warm milk. It was replaced and was greatly improved.
The service was not what I have come to expect at this restaurant and was a disappointment
Outstanding food. Excellent staff service. Outstanding attention to detail. I would not ask for more.
