We had a beautiful lunch to celebrate a birthday. Nicest meal in a long time and highly recommended.
The La Dame de Pic sets the bar to a very high level in all respects. Service was delivered by enthusiastic, polite and knowledgeable staff. The setting is elegant and fashionable. The 6 Course Menu was both visually and tastewise stunning. The attention to detail, creativity and imaginative props used resulted in an incredible adventure on the plate and palate. Truly it was a memorable meal enjoyed by us all.
Amazing Food, and very good service.
We went for the 3 courses lunch menu and we were not disappointed by any of the dishes.
Perfectly cooked , very tasty, and well presented.
Very nice, more casual than her place in Lausanne, which is great. Would love to see more small vineyards on the menu, like some Grenache from the Perpignan region.
Little salmon roe tarts to die for. Crab melange was overpowered by dill. Purely personal taste, though.
Exceptional food and service. Absolutely loved it.
Fantastic experience of French cuisine! Pic: father to daughter still a reference.
Food was very tasty and interesting! Good service!
Best dining experience in London....simply superb. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys delicious and beautiful food...impeccable service....fantastic wine...absolutely the best.
Nice food and service, very quiet for lunch on a Friday.
Super good service and food!
Great service and ambience, food was excellent but sparse, wee bit larger portions for 5 stars
Excellent food, drink & service. The lunch menu represents good value considering the location of the restaurant. Dinner is superb. The chefs are at the top of their game. We have been 3 times now and each visit has excelled.
Very height standards lovely food
Amazing food !
For an imaginative style of classical dishes at the highest gastronomical level the kitchen of Madame Pic is hard to beat.
Great Service and amazing food!
Highly recommend the pork dish Iberico Pork Presa, so tasty and will definitely go back.
The meal was a great experience at the perfect level we could expect from renowned chef Anne Sophie Pic. We also have been well counselled to choose wines pleasantly matching our nice dishes.
We appreciated to discuss with french-speaking attendant.
perfect service, splendid tasty Food and good-quality wine.
Shockingly poor for what is meant to be a Michelin starred restaurant.
A hotel bar come restaurant chancing it as a place to go for a tasting menu.
The staff tried to sneak an additional charge onto the bill. - watch out for the truffle charge on a menu without truffle...
(I’ve been to 20+ starred restaurants this year, this is the worst, so far)
Took the menu, 2 dishes were not explained.
They pushed up the price a lot and please dont get their white truffle.
(Before getting it, I told them that I will recognise fake from real truffle, they said ours are real, it turns out not true)
Having dined at numerous Michelin starred establishments this has to be by far the worst - on all three key areas; food, service, ambience. Both our main dishes came out lukewarm and the quail dish I had was greatly over done even though I specifically requested it be served pink.
The starters we had were under seasoned and during our dinner the waiters on a couple of occasions were trying to sell us shavings of truffle even though we had politely declined at the start of the meal.
The service was disorganised and chaotic with numerous waiters attending to us throughout the course of our meal. With the restaurant being quiet the waiters could be seen and heard talking amongst themselves, often quite loudly next to our dinner table.
The advertised menu on the actual restaurant website also transpired not to be entirely accurate as I was particular looking forward to having the Il Flotante for dessert but that wasn’t available.
Good but not great given the price.
Food was pleasant but not particularly innovative, and waiting felt a little overbearing at times.
These aren't major issues but for nearly £150pp (a la carte) with an inexpensive bottle of wine (on a pretty unforgivingly priced wine list), much better value for money can be found in London.
Beautifully presented and delicately delicious plates were very impressive. Every stuffs were sophisticated, friendly and handy, so overall experience was great. I would love to visit again.
(Only one little downside is toilet does not have nursing table)
I've been to this restaurant several times now and the food is always excellent. The staff are always courteous and helpful. A real treat for special occasions and celebrations.
It was our anniversary. The food was amazing. Anne-Sophie herself was really nice to all guests and checked on us quite a few times. Will definitely come back.
Lunch was delicious and filling. Plating was very pretty. Exceeded expectations.
Great food and wine.
Pasta parcels are devine.
Dessert also top drawer.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in London. Wine list is probably somewhat short, but the food is devine
Food was amazing the timing, textures and flavours were pioneering for us as chefs ourselves it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time
The chef has a great team
One thing can be said about today's extended lunch here, not only fine dining, but also fun dining. Lovely space, with 5m tall ceilings, airy with almost casual, yet beautiful air. The welcome and the service I received from personable and affable restaurant manager Nicolas Bierry, and his staff, including Alvin, was much appreciated. The sous chef Giacomo Tranquili made his head chef proud by getting to my table a perfectly cooked quail, which first comes out in a smoking cast iron dish, and then is beautifully served with, again, a perfectly cooked piece of foie gras. Scottish langostines were good, desserts I don't really get excited about, even here, though the tea selection was a nice touch (go with Alvin's recommendation!). Fab experience I would like to repeat before too long.
Had the most gorgeous a la carte neal here. What made it extra special was the lovely service- very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice additional touches such as the amuse bouche and hors d’ouevres which we’re influenced by the original maritime nature of the building.
Excellent food, friendly efficient service. We tried the 3 course menu. The food was inventive, and uniformly excellent. The overall quantity was just right. We didn't feel stuffed at all. The service was efficient, and there was an underlying friendly vibe that really helped the dining experience. The only downside to our time there was the noisy people at the neighbouring table. It was not really the fault of the restaurant. Although, we could have been sat at a table further away, and there were several available.
LDP is an amazing restaurant which found a perfect balance between high standards and warm hospithality
We had the 6 course tasting set for dinner with the wine pairing. Food was excellent and well executed. Both the mains - Cornish Wild Turbot and Organic Welsh Lamb was the highlight of dinner.
Service could be much improved - 1) our napkin dropped, a man took it, and he never came back till we asked for another napkin 2) Somewhere between 2335hrs - 2345hrs our last dessert were still not served, we were one of two tables remaining but we could see from the staffs facial expression that they missed out our table by mistake. But the lady sommelier (french maybe, with short hair) was very professional and delightful throughout our dinner.
We found the Four Seasons last year when staying locally and loved the elegance of the Rotunda Bar, and picked up a menu while we were there. The tasting menu at La Dame de Pic looked great, and as a treat we decided to come back later in the year.
This Saturday we arrived early for cocktails and then went through to the restaurant. Elegant and welcoming at the same time, we were shown to our table and were presented with the first of five amuse bouche, before going on to the six course tasting menu. We were there for over three hours but the time flew past, one gastronomic treat after the after, served by friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable staff.
Fantastic food, beautifully and artistically served.
Had a very good time: very good food in a beautiful ambient.
We went there for our anniversary and is definitely been a great way to celebrate it
Suggest it to everyone who wants to enjoy a high level meal
Our 2nd visit and the food was once again absolutely outstanding. Beautiful venue, friendly staff (although our service was a tad slow this time), relaxed atomosphere. We will definitely go back.
Indifferent service and ignored any requests. Lamb over cooked and chef never inquired. Not recommended.
We were celebrating our anniversary last Saturday. The food was excellent, we had the tasting menu, service very good, nice and friendly staff. They brought us a special cake saying Happy anniversary which was very nice of them.
I would highly recommend and happy we celebrated our anniversary at La Dame Du Pic and will go back again.
Overall I had a highly satisfactory experience at la dame. The beautiful four seasons hotel plays host to this restaurant and I enjoyed the meal very much.
Brilliant wine pairings were personally selected on request for each course.
The food quality was exceptional.
The service was considered, appropriate and relaxed.
To add one criticism the mains were served tepid to cold. Plates were not warmed unusually. Sort this out and the whole Expérience across all areas would be 5/5
