La Dame De Pic London Ratings and Reviews
The welcoming at the Four seasons set the scene for an excellent dining experience. The service was very attentive from the minute we walked in, the transition from the bar to the restaurant was seamless. The food quality is second to none, some very unusual flavour combinations all fantastic. The little birthday cake was a great touch. Will definitely go back.
Only just opened and so near to our London flat (15 Trinity Sq) that we had to try it. We were not disappointed. The entrance through 10 Trinity Sq is fabulous and the restaurant itself could not have been better. We went for lunch which is very reasonably priced at £30 a head although, naturally, we more than doubled that with the wine. The food was imaginative and delicate and the service impeccable.
We will definitely go again and have already started recommending it to our friends and family.
This my third time at De Pic and I was here again in London with my husband and son for my 30th Anniversary, and again De Pic rose to the occasion with a special champagne to toast us and amazing food. My husband is a Vegetarian and he enjoyed his risotto egg starter and the awesome white desert! My son and niece both appreciated what fine dining really is about! The Michelin star the Restuarant received in its first year should be made into two pretty soon. Not only are the new additions to the menu amazing but the service remains spectacular! Nicolas, the GM of the Restuarant, thank you for looking after us so well and Letitia, you certainly made the day very special! Three cheers!
Absolutely incredible. As a fine dining restaurateur, I find they deserve more than one Michelin Star. Beyond astounding in their creativity and technique, with flavors and at an absurdly low price point. The food is delicious and creative and reflects Anne Sophie Pics' love for her region and local produce. Special thanks to the sommelier who made wonderful pairing suggestions of wines by the glass and introduced at the same time the philosophy behind the menu design.
The location is extraordinary, the tabletop design minimalistic to help put the creations into light. Discreet and swift service. The room has a very high ceiling and art deco elements to its décor, the tables well spaced and generous in size. The dining room is blissfully quiet, so you can have a conversation easily. Even the chairs are comfortable.
Sophisticated dishes that show a highly developed kitchen technique. The ingredient quality is very high. The level of cooking here is clearly of a high standard.
Merci Madame PIC
One of the best restaurants my wife and I have been to and we've gone to many. It surprised us, as its 1 Michelin Star, as it definitely felt more like 3. The service, ambience, food, decor outstanding, I cannot fault it. We ordered the tasting menu which was 95 pounds per person. For the courses, we got some extra starters and the chef even made us a happy anniversary cake :) We cannot wait to try the La Dame in France which is officially 3 Michelin Stars
This was by far our best meal during a one week stay in London. We have begun to be disappointed in tasting menus at nice restaurants lately, so we were a little hesitant to try it here. However, this turned out to be one of the best we have ever had! We asked for a copy of the menu, and were brought back to the kitchen, where we met the chef and were given a signed copy.
Well, our 3rd visit and it has stood the test of time since opening. Admittedly this has not been long, but the quality of food and service has remained top notch. The ambience is a strange mix of modern / art deco / traditional done in a tasteful way and coupled with pre dinner drinks in the hotel cocktail bar, makes for a superb evening. There is a balance of friendliness and formality of service that works superbly well and we will continue to keep this fine dining establishment on our list for both lunch and dinner as it is so, so good.
The food here is outstanding and was faultless.
Being picky, the service wasn't quite as good as expected but staff were knowledgeable and charming.
The ambience could be improved with better lighting, the downlighting is harsh and makes it a little sterile.
However, I would thoroughly recommend it.
Absolutely incredible. As a fine dining chef myself, I find it ridiculous that they have only received one Michelin Star. Beyond astounding in their creativity with flavors and at an absurdly low price point. Would have happily paid over twice as much. Having eaten at some of the world’s best restaurant, I can unequivocally state that this meal tops all others.
One of the best meals we have ever had anywhere. Anne-Sophie Pic has done far more than just lend her name to this restaurant. The food is delicious and creative; the service helpful and impeccable. Special thanks to the sommelier who made wonderful (but not expensive) suggestions of wines by the glass. We look forward to having a chance to return.
My first visit to La Dame de Pic and it will not be the last. From beginning to end it was a great meal. Service was excellent and the food from the fixed price lunch menu was delicious. The room is airy but a little sterile but that does not detract from the excellence of the kitchen.
Delicious food and very attentive service. My only slight reservations were that each course was brought so fast, there was virtually no time to digest and relax between courses. But for a business lunch I suppose it is good. The only other thing I don't like is having my glass constantly refilled - feels like they're trying to finish the bottle asap purely so they can sell another.
Booked lunch for a catchup with my cousin. Had a brilliant time. Food was excellent and really good value. Just had a couple of glasses of wine, recommended by the sommelier. Staff were attentive without been too attentive (you know what I mean!). Were not rushed at all. Will definitely be going back.
We wanted to sample La Dame De Pic following its recent award of a Michelin Star so decided to have the 3 course lunch offer. I'd sum up our lunch in one word. Wonderful. Lovely service from all staff and the lunch menu was delightful. Between the 3 of us we had the Creme Brûlée Fois Gras, Organic Egg, Lamb, Cod, Poached Pear with Chocolate & White Vanilla Millefeuille. All were superb. Definitely one to visit for dinner soon.
