   Booked for the cinco de mayo Monday! We were supposed to get free chips & dip (as advertised on Instagram) but we didn't get them. However, our food was lovely, absolutely no complaints. Cocktails were enjoyable too. Staff were friendly & restaurant had a nice atmosphere!

    Waitress almost looked like she couldn’t be bothered. After our mains the table was wet due to iced drinks and when I pointed this out to her she came over and flung us a napkin and walked on by without saying a word. Now we could have let this go if it was mega busy but it wasn’t. When we were unsure what to choose for our food she was obviously irritated that we had dare ask her. Calamari was rubbery, rest of food just okay. Negronis were not like any negroni we have ever had and the dried orange was the ultimate insult because it is fresh orange slices that flavour the negroni. Sadly it was unanimous we won’t be back. For all the above reasons we did not tip which is something we never do.

    I am so sorry that you didn't enjoy your visit. Your review more than disappointed me and I will be acting on this immediately. I take pride in training my team to be as bubbly and welcoming as possible, as you'll see from our other reviews, and so to hear that you felt like they couldn't be bothered is really such a shame. In regards to your food, I am sorry you didn't enjoy. If you had let the team know, we would have had no issue at all in changing these. Similarly with the Negronis, we could have swapped them for another drink if you didn't enjoy those. I would love for you to return to enjoy the experience that I am so proud of. I have sent you a further email to apologise and offer a meal on the house.
