Our server was exceptional. The service as a whole was exceptional. Our server helped us a choose a DELICIOUS wine to pair with our meal, was super patient and helped us navigate the menu. The food was outstanding. We were incredibly full.
The tirimusu...was UNBELIEVABLE. SO CREAMY.
It was a birthday celebration. The Staff cold not have been more pleasant or helpful. Sitting under the installation was energizing and fun. Would have preferred a flute for the Prosecco but one need to be flexible Was really great hearing people talk and laugh after a grueling pandemic quarantine.
THANK YOU EATALY FOR BEING OPEN AND BEING SUCH A TERRIFIC HOST!!
when we order Diet Coke and you come to the table with Italian cola, don't be surprised when we send it back and just stick with water - the opportunity to upsell is gone.
Beautiful view and food was an out of this world experience. Only thing was the food took a little time to come out.
Pizza and pasta perfection!
The food was amazing. The window seat was spectacular. The collaboration with The Color Factory is a great addition. I hope it stays around. We can’t wait to return. Thanks so much!
Our experience dining here was excellent! The food was high quality, portioned well, and fresh. However the true differentiator for us was our server. Javier added to our experience by taking the time to walk us through our wine flight and answering all of our questions as we went along. You could tell that he was very busy but that did not impact the quality of our service or his presence. Very impressed and cannot recommend enough!
Great food and wine
Amazing art installation
The food was just okay, the penne was undercooked. Drink menu was not that good. Very cute restaurant though, loved the spot we were sitting.
LOVE this place!!! I'm a native New Yorker and this is one of my absolute favorites in the city. The food is always A+ and the ambiance is so fun with beautiful views of the city! This place is AWESOME!
Nice place. Keep my 5 stars in perspective. It’s 5 for what it is. And I recommend
Excellent food , ambience and great service. Definitely coming back.
You can never go wrong with LaPasta LaPizza. Excellent pizza great pastas we tried there Cacio Pepe it was excellent. Wait staff was great . We had a 2:30 reservation and we’re seated at 2:30
Great lunch on a rainy day. Felt a little rushed with the courses but otherwise really good.
Great Italian style pizza and pasta place with quality food and service.
Delicious food. Great ambiance and views of the freedom tower
Over all very good, the hostess was very nice , the ambience was great , food was good, waiter was the only downside and that was just because he was not as attentive as he need to be and did not follow up with us as much and took a long time to check back in
Otherwise it was a good night
The music was too loud, made conversation difficult. Would not return if the music was on
It was the best experience in New York! The food and the ambient was outstanding
Food was very salty. Ordered the calamari and risotto nero. Both were very salty. The risotto was really disappointing. It only had a half raw scallop on top. It needed something else like seafood or veggies. It was plain other than the squid ink which was not tasty at all. The drinks were good. The ambience was nice.
Great food, horrible service. Sat down for 21 mins till a manager showed up and said our waitress is busy and she instead will take down our order. 10 mins went by to get the pizza, trying to flag down our waitress asking if she was our waitress, she said yes and she sent her manager to take our order and asked if we want to order something else. I said we just want to know if we do have a waitress. No apology nothing. May be it’s a hot or a miss. But our bus boy were polite and efficient.
My Lasagna was very good and a decent sized port. However my wife ordered Black squid ink risotto and scallops. The portion for 29.00 had one smashed poor excuse for a scallops and just one. Terrible dish! Service was pedestrian and ok. I am not fond of this caliber of food. Desert was better with the cream puffs. The waitress was helpful. I did leave a too and did not complain to the manager. I live nearby and have had meals here before, but this was not good.
The pizza was decent but the starters and the pasta were very bland. It also took them a very long time to give us our food.
The portions were not very good and the taste was not great either.
Wonderful and attentive service. The food was delicious and the live music was a great surprise.
the food was incredible and the service was very good.
the man at the front of the grocery store/security guard didn’t say hello or welcome us the first thing he said was to cover our noses with our masks.
when you’re going to dinner you should be welcomed and said hello to, not immediately told to cover your nose. there should be improved social etiquette for the security guards who are the first people you see when walking in and set the mood/tone for the night.
Great atmosphere and service. Would return for lunch again.
I had an amazing time dining here. Service was great, food was amazing (amazing pizza), and everything was on time. The high ceilings make it safe enough for air flow. Will come back ASAP.
Outstanding experience - cuisine is the closest to authentic Italian food as one can get. Highly recommend.
Caught up with a friend
The servers were very attentive and the food was great. Only small comment is to turn down the AC if possible. On our night out it was blasting. Other than that everything was great!
Food was excellent and atmosphere was beautiful. Tables are Spaced nicely for social distancing. Service was a tad slow considering the restaurant was not busy, but that’s fine. We weren’t in any rush. Will definitely return!
The service is good and so is the supporting cast. The ambiance is good. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. Food arrived fast and our waiter was good. But it was too overpriced and the amount of food you get is too little. One time experience only.
We had a great dinner and really enjoyed the ambience.
We were able to get a table next to the window where we could see the 9/11 memorial reflecting pools. The ambience was lively, they had a live band performance. The service was a bit slower than expected but staff was friendly. The food quality was good, we tried the cheese platter that was on the new color factory theme menu and a vegan pizza.
we were given a lovely table overlooking the reflecting pool. Our server (i forget her name) was so attentive and even made sure the wine was sufficiently chilled enough!! really enjoyed the lunch and we are planning to go back!
Great ambiance and great food. On the expensive side but expected for its location and limited "A Colori" menu. Also a very friendly staff. We had an amazing time!
Amazing food and place
Reset your mind with food and wine
The service was excellent as well as the atmosphere. The food was a bit overpriced, but delicious nonetheless.
Since the time I made the reservation hostess called me to inform me that the last seating is @ 8:00 and that the kitchen would be closing promptly. When we arrived everything felt rushed! If they didn’t want to take us in it that time I would’ve gone somewhere else. NYC has so many options! It definitely made it an unpleasant experience!
