It was my husband's birthday and even though people are petrified of the coronavirus, the staff was excellent, attentive...for a short time, we could enjoy ourselves with amazing food! Highly recommend the calamari (so light and fresh) but don't fill up on appetizers...the bread is outstanding!

We had a reservation at 6:30 on 3/16/20. We knew what we were ordering so we ordered right away. We waited at least 1/2 hour for our food. I had ordered the filet and i knew when she put it down that it was not a filet. I cut a piece and tried it. The steak was extremely tough. We had received the wrong order. The manager came over and apologized but that was the extent of it. We waited another 20 minutes and my husband said his steak was awful. I don't believe they really care if you have a great dining experience. If they cared they would have tried to make it up. Maybe with free dessert or at least my glass of wine! nothing! For the amount they charge you would expect fine dining. I really do not recommend eating there to anyone. Its just too expensive for the food you get. Btw. I used to really love it. Something has changed!

Food and service was outstanding as always. We went for Boston Restaurant Week menu which was very generous. Only complaint I had was the waiter insisting that the featured wine was Sangiovese when it was clearly a montepulciano.

This restaurant used to be great when it opened. I've given it a couple of tries since then, and it's gone from okay to just bad. We both ordered porterhouse steaks and they were legit rubber. The rest of the food was okay, but not worth it.

Wonderful! L’Andana is our favorite restaurant. We ordered from the Restaurant Week menu...food and service were great. The salmon was perfectly prepared...delicious. We are never disappointed.

We frequently dine at L'andana's and do enjoy the experience.
This time around we were a little disappointed in the service.
The waiter was not as attentive to our table as what we have experienced in the past.
We are not looking for excess attention.
We gave the credit card to the waiter to take care of the bill, and thought the processing took longer than expected.

Most of the meals we good but my Tuscan steak was dry. Needed to wave down server at least 4 times for service.

Reminded myself order steak at steak restaurant and Italian at Italian restaurant.

We were so excited to use our gift card at this well rated restaurant. We had a lovely table and great service. The main chef must have been off tonight. We ordered calamari to start which was chewy and had a curdled sour sauce with it. The bread to start looked good but was burnt. My husband's soup arrived scalding and burnt. He chose not to eat it. Caesar salad was ok. My main entrée of chicken was good. My husband's salmon came out raw and the server we had was great and apologized and they brought out a new well done piece. The dessert was good. I think we had a very off night with the food prep. The restaurant and service were top notch.

Delicious meal, friendly and professional service, excellent price (we took advantage of the Dine out Boston menu) and just the right level of noise to be able to talk.
This is not our first time here and definitely not the last.

Our dinner would have been much more enjoyable if our server was more attentive. She was quite slow and although we were seated at our early reservation time, we finally finished and left quite late.
We have been to L'Andanna's before enjoyed it very much; not this time

I wanted a very nice restaurant, something special and outside of Boston/Cambridge, and settled on L'Andana in Burlington. We were a party of 21 when I made the reservation and 17 by the time the evening rolled around. The only glitch was the reservation timing that kept changing. The original reservation via OpenTable was for 7:30, a party of 21. I received an OT confirmation; however, when I called the restaurant a day later to enquire about private dining space instead (already booked, but the GM said he could accommodate us at two long tables next to each other in the main dining room), I was told the reservation had to be for 8:00. I didn't think it would be a problem--this dinner would be the culmination of an all-day business meeting and I was fairly certain we'd be running late--until I received an updated OT confirmation that listed our reservation time as 8:15! I didn't panic, decided to play it by ear upon arrival, and our entire party didn't actually coalesce until about 8:15 anyway so it all worked out. In the meantime, L'Andana staff showed tremendous calm, flexibility, and grace under the circumstances: 5 stars for that and the serving staff who were also outstanding. The atmosphere was comfortably upscale and remarkably quiet considering that the restaurant was full. No one had to lean in to hear conversations or ask people to repeat themselves. The food was sublime. Special triple thumbs up for the gluten-free bruschetta. Unlike many other restaurants, the chef has put some thought and care into catering to diners with this dietary restriction. Greatly appreciated. I think the Contorni courses were a bit too large for one person and the panna cotta was more the consistency of creme brulee--but everything was beyond delicious. Without hesitation, I would recommend L'Andana for any dinner splurge.

We were seated in the back room which felt like a function hall. No silverware or napkins; had to borrow them ourselves from another table. Sub-par Caesar salad was $19. Salmon dish was cloying. Tuscan steak...We know Tuscan steak. We've eaten Tuscan steak in Tuscany. Chefs, this was no Tuscan steak. Wine pours were uneven. Flourless torte was a brownie.

L'Andana continues to one of our favorite restaurants north of Boston. It is not inexpensive, but you get the highest quality ingredients combined with expertise in preparation. The waitstaff is friendly and well trained. And the wine list is impressive. It is not affordable for most as an everyday dining spot (darn!), but for a special occasion, it is worth the price.

I received a gift card from a client. Our son came up from Atlanta for the weekend and we decided to take him to L'Andana's and treat him. What a great experience! From the appetizers, wine, dinners & desserts! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! It was a memorable evening!

Many times to L'Andanna. Food and service is excellent. Some new items to the menu including Octopus appetizer which was outstanding, three of us had it. The three Steak dinners and Salmon were also as good as ever. We had a nice table after we requested to NOT be seated in the "Back Room" which is used for functions and crowded/busy days like Saturday night. Wine choices still are varied and reasonable prices. Really had a great dinner and we will be back of course.

My friend and I decided to sit in the bar area. It was more lively, but service was much slower. The food was decent. I got the Cornish Hen and my friend got the Salmon. Both were cooked very nicely. We also both got the Panna Cotta. That was excellent! I have been here several times before and they have solid food and service. However, I think their menu is boring and needs more options. They didn't have any specials on the Friday night we went so we were limited to their very limited menu, IMO. I would recommend L'Andana for their food and service, but it doesn't provide an extensive menu to want to keep going back.

L'Andanna is certainly one of the most upscale restaurants in Burlington, but that's not a bad thing. The food is exceptional. The service was perfect. It's certainly a pricey dinner, but oh-so worth it.

Service was impeccable from start to finish - from valet attendant to our waiter everyone was focused on one thing - exceeding all expectations in meeting our needs! The food was delicious - every course of it. My drink was never empty. Becca and her support staff took great care of us throughout our dining experience. Every penny spent at L’Andana brings 100 fold return in the quality of the experience!!
