The restaurant is local but it's pretty non-descript from the outside. It's on the small side, pretty basic and in an unattractive parade of shops. However, that aside the restaurants focus is delivering good italian food at a great price. The service was both quick and with polite. We shared a large starter of mixed antipasti with ample meat, cheese and bread. For our main we chose two pizzas, both of which were large and packed with toppings (puts pizza chains to shame). Our son had meatballs and spaghetti from the kids menu which included a dessert. The house (red) wine was ok, but there is a decent wine list to choose from. We will definitely go back, it is one of the more authentic Italians in the area.
Valentines meal, booked well in advance, ordered drinks from a very keen waitress, I had a starter of bruccetta which was lovely. We both had a main courses and my wife a dessert all of which were very tasty and perfectly prepared, a comprehensive wine list for a small restaurant. Overall a great experience
