This is my 4th time here and every time I come, nothing changes- in the best way possible! Food is always amazing and the service is top notch. It’s my favorite restaurant in the city and every time we go, I’m reminded why I think so. Simply the best.
Neopotism. Don't expect to get the right treatment if you don't know the host. You'll end up getting terrible seating.
Our experience definitely lived up to the hype. Everything was so delicious. We were truly blown away by how good the food was. And the service was great as well.
Amazing!!! Great food, service, and ambiance. Highly recommend for a nice brunch.
Great restaurant. Too bad I won’t get a credit from open table.
Per usual, L’Artusi never disappoints! I’ve been going there for years and it’s always consistent!
Best Italian Ever!
Best meal I’ve had in New York. Every single dish was amazing. Waitress recommended the perfect wine pairing. Can not recommend L’Artusi enough.
This experience was as advertised: great food, excellent vibe, one of the top overall restaurants in the neighborhood. I look forward to returning.
Been to this restaurant previously and loved it! This experience was different. The restaurant was freezing with cold air blowing on us. The hostess was very nice and offered to turn it down or put us at the bar. We ended up staying in our seats upstairs. Food was average - Our waiter was non attentive and we could never get his attention. Very unfriendly.. I wouldn’t go back or recommend.
Worth the trouble of getting reservations. Staff is very friendly; food is good. Be warned that the pastas are very rich, so effectively larger servings than other dishes. Scallop crudo was amazing; wine list is fun with good staff recommendations.
While the food tasted good, neither the types of dishes nor their presentation, nor their creativity, was unusual enough for the restaurant to considered outstanding.
While I would recommend it for a single visit, it would not be a regular spot for me.
Excellent food, nice atmosphere and very good service. Will definitely come again.
Amazing food and service. Will definitely return
Ricotta, Mushrooms, Beets and Pici were all 5/5 delicious. Tagliatelle 2/5 pass.
Nice environment and service. Appetizers , Especially scallop carpaccio, and ricotta were great! Potatoes and chocolate budino were really yummy too!Squid ink pasta with seafood really tasty, and lamb neck ragu delicious.
The mushroom ragu and gelati we’re out of this world! I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and he was blown away and genuinely liked everything we ordered. Definitely will be back!
L'Artusi was fab, great food and lovely ambience and good value! When we were leaving the staff turned around and all said good night and thanked us. The couple sitting next to us were also very friendly and sweet. Left with really good vibes. It's a wonderful Greenwich Village spot that felt neighbourly yet cool. Will definitely be back
Wonderful food, drinks and service
The lemon ricotta pancakes were unbelievable - the eggs on my steak & eggs were slightly undercooked but still delicious. The cooked sage with the potatoes was too overpowering for my liking - the menu didn't specify that there would be sage included with the potatoes. Had I known, I likely wouldn't have ordered. However, I'm not a fan of sending food back as it ends up being too wasteful!
Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Crowded even at 11pm. Heirloom tomato and burrata appetizer was very good. Octopus appetizer was very flavorful. Lamb pasta was good, Rabbit gnocchi was slightly bland but fresh. Overall good experience.
Every bite of this food was delicious. It makes sense that there’s a line out the door. One of the best overall dining experiences we’ve ever had.
LArtusi is one of our absolute favorite restaurants! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is amazing. They always make us feel special. I hesitate to recommend it, because it is already so difficult to get a reservation, but you cannot go wrong at LArtusi!
L’Artusi does not disappoint. We have been here many times and it always superb. Service is especially wonderful, especially Dan whom we have had as a waiter many times. Bravo!
I loved everything about this restaurant, the beet salad was the best I ever had and the wine suggestions were perfect. Highly recommend!
Excellent service, excellent food, delightful atmosphere! I loved the spaghetti, the olive oil cake, and the blueberry and peach sundae. Would highly recommend!
Legit food and service. They care about you having a great experience. Let them know it was our anniversary in the notes and they gave us a couple glasses of sparkling wine and another manager came by to say hello.
Octopus was good
This is one of my favorite restaurants
The food is o
Delicious. One of the best Italian restaurants in NYC. Although reservation times available are usually not great, I still highly recommend it. Most definitely go for the pastas.
As always, an amazing meal with great wine in a very cool spot. Will be coming back many more times
Great food and atmosphere as always. I would like to see more frequent menu changes. It's seems it's been the same for a very long time (but still consistently good).
Loved it the moment we walked in - the look of the restaurant, the level and manner and warmth of service. The quality of the food and taste. Here is a hot restaurant that’s impossible to get into and still treats everyone that walks in like a VIP. We just had the exact opposite experience at I sodi - and I would never ever return.
The perfect dining experience.
I tend to go here for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries). Everything on the menu is amazing. Beautifully cooked and prepared, plating is great.
Order something from every column on the menu and share!
Second time dining here and must admit I'm a tad disappointed. Better than a lot of restaurants but not worth the hype. Everything was excellent but something is missing.
Really phenomenal service. Made a great meal special.
Impresses every time. Absolute gem of restaurant.
Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding. Amazing, unforgettable food, perfect service and reasonable prices. This place is a gastronomical miracle.
I frequent l’Artusi for dinner, but this was my first brunch experience. The menu was small but there were a lot of great options. The chicory salad and l’Artusi scramble were really good, but their potatoes were out of this world. The service was a little scattered, but otherwise it was a great meal.
Phenomenal. The pastas were amazing!
