Went with friends per the good reviews. Food was AMAZING!! Service was good too (never a dirty plate left on our table). Outside seating though with heaters wasn’t really separated by any barriers and it was breezy. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for Excellent Food.
We were treated extremely poorly at this restaurant . They were rude to us , waiter ignored us for the most part and they seemed to be in a rush to get us out as they didn’t even try and offer the dessert menu. Wondering if the staff hasn’t experienced a diverse clientele - we are brown and noticed that the host talked to us in a certain tone of voice that seemly didn’t seem like it made sense to address customers this way. Very put off . The best part of the experience was the free parking at the garage. The food itself was average. The mussels and pizza were good and the gnocchi was rubbery.
Great place, great service, amazing food ⭐️
One of the best Italian restaurants. Food is very fresh and tasty. From appetisers to main dishes all was just perfect
Outside dining with a heater, great food and staff!
It was great, had dinner with a special friend I haven’t seen in over 20 years, just wish this Pandemic was over, so we could’ve enjoyed the moment better.
I had been to LaScala’s prior to their rebrand and was not impressed but decided to try it again since they opened their doors as LaScala’s Fire and I’m so glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious and it pained me not to order everything on their menu. We will definitely be going back!
We were very happy that the place re-opened, particularly after being closed for so long. It was great to see Vicki again, as she is very kind and diligent😃.
Wonderful atmosphere and the food was phenomenal
Amazing service! Cocktail list is amazing! The food was perfect as always.
Everything was perfect
Solid inexpensive Italian restaurant in the city. I was pleasantly surprised.
LaScala's is an extremely accommodating and amazing restaurant. From making the reservation to our actual dining experience, it was just an all-round pleasant time. I called to make a reservation last week and they had us booked within seconds. They also provide free parking accommodations in a next-door parking garage. Before arriving, I had to postpone our visit by 30 mins and they were able to do so without any problem at all. The venue itself is outstanding. It is dimly-lit and the noise level is not too high. The table was very clean and we were seated within a minute. The service was alarmingly quick. A waiter was with us immediately and our food was brought out within minutes of us ordering it. Despite the speed, the food was very nice and hot. Overall, we were in and out of the restaurant within an hour, which was perfect because we had to catch a play at the Walnut Street theater afterwards. Overall, LaScala's was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely go again and highly recommend it to others looking for some nice Italian cuisine.
This is my second time going to LaScala's. The home made bread is unbelievable, service is always excellent, the food never disappoints. This time I realized there was free parking in the parking garage over the restaurant. Win Win
Had a wonderful meal with a group of 8 friends on. Saturday night. Apps and meals were delish and we had a small private room (unexpected bonus) for our group. Recommend!
We were early birds, and asked to be placed at a quiet table. There was one so conversation was easy. They had a scallop/asparagus/risotto special that was really good. although not on the menu, gluten free pasta is available.
Birthday dinner for Mom...food was very good. Had a great evening.
The apps are really delicious, especially the meatballs and baked eggplant. Sharing is a good idea as there are pizzas and pastas to enjoy.
Food was excellent. Always comes to the table hot and quickly. One of it favorite places for dining.
My sister and I came for dinner before attending a concert at the Wells Fargo Center. The ease of getting into the building was wonderful given there is a parking garage. The food was OUTSTANDING! We started with calamari, then had a roasted beet salad followed by fusilli with seafood. I am extremely picky with sauces and theirs was by far the best I’ve had dining out. Luigi was our server and he was wonderful!
My companion tried to order fried ravioli and also another entree during this visit, and the server said they didn’t have the ingredients for either entree, which was very surprising (for an early dinner time) and disappointing. It will definitely influence our decision to return to this restaurant.
Great go-to restaurant close to my work. Extensive menu to fit various customer preferences.
Always great food and service. We arrived much earlier than our reservation, but were seated right away. Adjacent parking garage makes things very convenient.
Ricotta board was delicious!!
Amazing restaurant! Our waiter Sergio was exceptional!
The food was so authentic it tasted like memories. Cannot wait to return next time we are in the city!
Needed to find a place close to work last minute. Set up reservation and we were seated as upon arrival. Waiter was attentive, food was really good. I will go back with my family.
Dinner before theater. Very enjoyable
The food was amazing and the atmosphere even better! Absolutely loved the music that was played the entire night but in no way did it take away from the meal or any conversation that happened during.
Overall good experience. Food was a little bland. Which is usually not an issue.
Everything was just okay nothing over the top
One of our favorite spots. Hoping they just had an off night. our entrees were barely warm when they were brought to the table. We didn't any anything while there as we were dining late and wanted to eat. Fast forward to coffee/dessert...desert was delicious. Both choices were tasty. We ordered cappuccinos these too were notable on the cool side. I'm all for a cup of coffee that's a comfortably drinkable temperature and not scalding, lava-hot, but just barely tepid is not the right temp.
Always reliable for a pre-theater dinner with friends. Big menu, great food, great service.
We ate at LaSala’s for Valentine’s Day and it was awesome. I ordered the Chicken San Remo and my boyfriend got the Chicken Parmigiano. We shared a Caesar salad and fried calamari. Calamari was the best I have ever had! Chicken parm was amazing too. Everything was well portioned and we are definitely stopping in here again for date night!
My boyfriend and I visited for dinner on Valentine’s Day and we were blown away. The staff was extremely attentive and kind, and when we requested a booth instead of a table, they immediately accommodated our request. Although a busy night, our food was out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing service and even greater food. Would definitely recommend.
Food was amazing as always. But service was on the slower side , it seemed that our waiter had been stretched too thin and had way to many tables and couldn’t give each table the service they deserved
Wonderful service and delicious food!!
Absolutely wonderful!!!
By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Would never recommend to anyone. Very disappointed coming in as a tourist. Rude waiter, never filled up our water, never asked if we wanted another round of drink, and didn’t bring bread when asked. Did not even deserve the tip we left.
Food is always good but service was extremely off tonight. Food was rushed. The waiter and other staff were so annoying trying to clear plates before we were done to the point we had to say something. And the entrees came out before we even finished our appetizers. It wasnt that busy that they needed to turn the table. Again, food was wonderful but I wont go back again due to the service.
