Delicious food, fab room, funky atmosphere, bottomless champagne...what's not to like?

We were getting together before friend left for the US and pre a show

This is an amazing place! The food was out of this world, the customer service was so incredibly attentive and the ambience and grandeur of the place itself was astounding!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful dinner at Laurent. The service was great and we were well looked after, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were impressed by the whole experience, from the decor, the cheesy bread that came before our meal, the cool tower of onion rings and the yummy petit fours that arrived at the end of our meal. We will definitely be going again.

Delicious, amazing service, stunning decor and the set menu offered great value. Very nice wine list and just a lovely evening.

Excellent service, great menu, fantastic venue. The live music was very good as well, just a shame that they couldn’t turn the volume down just a bit.

Exceptional service, great food and beautiful interior.

Service here is always without fault. One of the dishes was over cooked, however this was taken off the bill.

could not have been nicer/better service from the initial recpetion to the table waitress. the pre-theatre menu was very good value, and complimented with a caraf of nice white wine we were done for £50pp whjich is fairly amazing value for the location. I will 100% be back

Very impressive, the building, the restaurant, and the attentive staff, set menu was a revelation, thought I would be ready for dessert but was too full, what an enjoyable experience, I would highly recommend this restaurant, little extras such as the slightly cheese tasting Yorkshire pudding to start with before your actual starter, and because we didn't have a dessert, petits
four's were offered which were a taste sensation!!, we will be back!!

I enjoyed the lunch set menú and had a wonderful experience. My favourite place in London already.

Very efficient booking and seating at the table. Food was delicious and in many cases inventive without being pretentious. The vegetarian in our party commented on how good her options were and the servings were a good size ( 3/4 of us could not manage a dessert). Negatives were that despite the £26 set menu the bill produced a whole range of confusing single items; the sofa/bench seating was uncomfortably low ( and we are both 6feet tall) so that the table was mid chest height: but worst of all for value was the fact that the cheapest bottle of red wine ( a very ordinary French offering) is a staggeringly unjustifiable £38 - that is 137% of a single set menu.!

Absolutely lovely. The dining room is a step back in time to the see and be seen era of fine dining. Food was superb, diverse, well plated and served with care.

Great Valentine’s Date the starters were the stars of the night!

Unfortunately, the champagne served was warm. Not coldish, but warm. Replaced with more warm champagne, and eventually replaced with a cold glass. Have not paid for it, but waited 15 minutes to chin chin for my birthday and valentines day. Not impressive. Waitress and manageress were apologetic enough but my date and bday was disappointing.

Four of us had the set meal (including a glass of Veuve Cliquot) which was absolutely outstanding as was the service. I think our waitress was called Maria who was warm and very efficient. The food was exceptional and the surroundings were beautiful. Would highly recommend.

We had the offer that was £26 2 courses with glass of champagne. Really good experience and very good value for money. Food was generous size and really taste.

Wow! Amazing from start to finish. While waiting for the other members of the party to arrive I was offered a tour of the various areas of the hotel by an enthusiastic member of staff called Bella who told me about the history of this amazing building. All the staff had a caring but not too instructive manner. Food was gorgeous and beautifully presented, proper bubbly for our meal deal. Can’t wait to go again.

This is the second time I have visited in a week. Superb food, ambience and service. We had the set menu and it was fantastic value for money. We shall be back.

Using the Opentable menu was the only way I could possibly have afforded to experience such an amazing place. Every aspect of the evening was outstanding.
