Delicious food and fantastic service. Venue appeared a bit tired on first blush but came to realise that the 'old parisian bistro' vibe was actually quite pleasant!

We always love the escargot here and they were as good as always. I was disappointed with the crevettes. They are usually served on the shell but they were shelled and looked and tasted more like frozen king prawns. The crème brûlée was unedible I’m not sure what the problem was but it tasted like set cream and was a bit eggy. My husband had the cod which was excellent. I would definitely go again but would avoid the crevette/prawn dish.

We sat outside which with this lovely weather was very pleasant. Great selection of wines the one we had was delicious ! Food menu was good and everything we ate was delicious. Overall was a great experience !

We visited last evening with our teenage granddaughters as a treat on the last day of our holiday.We all really enjoyed our meals and ate everything in front of us as it was all very delicious served with a joke and a smile.The girls were thoroughly impressed with the venue and food and couldn’t wait to tell their parents that’s how they like to spend an evening out.

We’ve driven past Carey’s Manor numerous times and thought ‘we must go there’ finally we did….. our only regret is that we didn’t go sooner. Absolutely splendid meal, service with a smile and friendly chat. Lamb melted in your mouth and the prawns with Pernod were to die for. Lovely casual atmosphere, you can dress up or down. Not the cheapest but well worth the money. Highly recommend.

We had a really good evening, helped by the fact that it was a lovely warm evening and we sat outside. No complaints at all : food, service, ambiance all great. If we lived closer, we'd probably be regulars!

Such a great find. A beautiful garden setting as it was a fine evening. The maitre d and the waitresses were delightful. Great menu and excellent choices for each course. All the dishes we chose were delicately presented, excellent size portions, not too big or too small. Really made our day and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
