Good food & friendly service
Super food- excellent ambiance- super service!
The food was perfect.
Had a wonderful meal for 4 outside on a Saturday afternoon. Very French , great choice on menu - great food, good service , nice staff. Would love to eat there again.
The restaurant was advertised as having brunch and the pictures online showed brunch type food (e.g. croissant with egg, sandwiches etc). When we arrived at 12pm there was a formal sit down lunch only, very expensive (22€ for an omelette is extortionate!) and the staff had a bad attitude as it had been raining. Very disappointing and a real shame as the owner was lovely and so enthusiastic.
Lunch outdoors on a windy day during covid19 isn't ideal but the staff were very attentive and looked after us very well. The food was excellent, I had the roast pork in a cream sauce and my colleagues each had Caesar salad. Great execution. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.
A superb dining experience, found the staff particularly friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
Great experience, excellent food and service! Hoping the menu will expand after the full pandemic restrictions are lifted, including wine list - because every dish we had was delicious!! Highly recommend.
Totally gorgeous brunch in the sun. We enjoyed the avocado and salmon salad like no other down to the luscious leaves. The omelette and chips was especially 'french' in taste and presentation. Strawberry meringue dessert top class. Everything was a cut above the daily offerings they sound like so give it a go, if you can, I think they’re going to get busy! Everyone doing super in the new world of an Irish Outdoor summer.
Had a fabulous evening at Le Comptoir Cafe.
10/10. There was a great atmosphere.
It is the new place to be in Dublin.
Food really, really good. Amazing fillet steak.
Our waitress Tanja was extremely nice as were all the staff we encountered.
Will be recommending to everyone I know.
Thanks to all the staff for a great night.
Lovely food. Great service & very good value. Well done
We went there for a friends birthday, food was delicious, service was outstanding and outdoor area is lovely!
I’m sorry to say this meal was very disappointing.
After having a takeaway lobster roll some weeks ago I wanted to go back and show a friend the new cafe.
The food has extremely deteriorated since the takeaway. The brioche bun was stale, too big for the amount of filling and hard to eat. There was more salad than lobster in the roll and they changed the dressing and left out the crispy shallots.
It was not how it was described on the menu and it was as if they ran out of all ingredients or didn’t have a chef.
The staff were lovely but it was not worth the money or the time.
