Flavors we adore from this island where we were born and raised, and savors that have travelled from all over the world to see us.
Both are somehow destined to meet on the plate.
We come together to create a harmonious whole.
Our restaurant is a hermitage in the city – for three to four hours, we hope you can escape from busy bustling life.
Feel like you are deep in the forest or in the big ocean as you appreciate the blessings of nature.
Never forgetting the diligence and patience of the farmer, picture the magic of the invisible microorganisms in a glass or on a plate that effervesce your body and mind.

アップルパイのようなパイがとても美味しかった。その他のお料理も美味しくいただきました!雰囲気、サービスも良く大変満足できる時間を過ごすことができました!
繊細に作られているお料理は美味しいです!

私たちは酒粕とミルクは少し苦手でだったので次回はそれを伝えてまた伺いたいです。

一皿、一皿が、驚きの体験です。
初めて伺いましたが、これが、何度も訪れたくなる、
ここだけの食事の時間なのだと感じました。
前菜からメイン、デザートまで、8品くらいありました。
一皿あたりの量は少ないですが、重ねていくとおなかいっぱいになります。
その中身は当日のお楽しみとして、
バターではなく豆腐とオリーブオイルのペーストであったり、
ある一皿は、食べる順番で体験が変わったり
最後はお抹茶でしめたりと、ユニークです!

とても素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。
料理も美味しく、店員さんから料理の説明等も適度に堅苦しくなく、楽しむ事が出来ました。

お料理がおいしいのは勿論、フレンチと和食の要素がうまく融合していて、全てのお皿をとても楽しめました。ちょっとした香りの使い方なども通常のフレンチにはないテイストで良かったですし、日本酒とのペアリングも意外性があって面白かったです。
また、いわゆるフレンチ的な重さもそれほどないので、コースを完食しても胃もたれするような感じが全くなかったのも良かったです。
サービスも、堅苦しくないけれども丁寧で、とても落ち着けました。
ちょっと贅沢をしたいときにはまたお邪魔したいお店です。

We would especially like to extend our gratitude to the sommelier who served our table, Keisuke Kumekawa, who surprised us with the wine pairing and his professionism, and all the staff who helped perfect the meal experience.

We had a really good time. I am only giving 4 stars for food because I felt like it was all very nicely prepared, and clearly highly competently, there is very little in my memory of the food that is memorable per se. This may well be my fault - I was not hungry and I am a skeptic as far as nouvelle cuisine. As far as a nice place to go for a relaxing, high-quality lunch in a very nice atmosphere, this is a great choice.

Always a pleasant experience and the attentive details on food by the chef. Exquisite taste in blending food with the nature. My second time there in 4 years. Highly recommended to try for lunch. The Kyoto duck with white truffle is a must try. Succulent.

We had a great time! Ryu-San explained every dishes thoroughly and came by to check on us frequently. Water and bread (from their sister shop) were filled regularly. Kumekawa-san, our chef sommelier, was awesome. He provided great suggestions for wine pairing, accentuate the taste and fragrance of the food.

娘の誕生日でお邪魔しました。
料理は味はもちろんですが、見た目も素晴らしいです。
量もちょうどでした。
接客もスマートかつ丁寧で心地良いひと時を過ごす事が出来ました。料理を含め客をもてなすという事に関してはペーフェクトだと思います。
またお邪魔したいと思います。

We went there for our honeymoon meal recently and had the most incredible meal and experience, it was truly wonderful.

Each course profiled signature Japanese farm to table products, with the salad featuring the end product of foraging and combining some 48 different items. The courses were well balanced between the land and the sea and well prepared for flavor and tenderness. The progression was well timed and the servers were engaging. After explaining our wine preferences, the server suggested trying a Japanese natural wine which we decided to try it and we found it a perfect pairing and an appreciated new tasting adventure. We sat in an alcove making for a pleasant intimate dining experience. We will return.

We had a very pleasant meal. Both the meat course "Venison, sea snail purée, zucchini, brown butter" and the dessert "Muscat, walnut ice cream, fromage blanc, tarragon jelly" are contenders for "dish of the year" in it's respective category.

The atmosphere, food is good but not outstanding and slightly overpriced.
It was disappointing that the restaurant does not serve a good espresso or cappuccino considering the international cuisine it offers.
But nonetheless it was worth a one time experience.

友人とランチに伺いました。

これまで生江シェフのご講演を2度お聴きする機会がありました。食の話でありながら、人としての在り方や生き方に深く繋がる内容で、胸いっぱいになりとても感動し、ぜひレフェルヴェソンスに伺いたいと思い友人を誘って伺いました。

シンプルな入り口の奥に広がったのは予想を超えた奥深い空間。眺めも良く、落ち着いた雰囲気と活気があって、テーブルセッティングも素敵で、お食事をいただだく前にすでに感動がありました。

お食事はとっても美味しくて、特に戻りガツオのアミューズと#40のアップルパイは、これまで心に沁みた観劇の時にしか起こらなかった足元からのゾワゾワが‥体は正直ですね◎

リラックスと驚きに溢れる官能的ランチ❤️心も体もひらき、話もはずみました。

定点の蕪もちょっと衝撃的。
食べ物に耳を済ませる感じで、自分自身を測る定点のようでもありました。

鹿をこんなに美味しくいただいたのは初めて。

デザートにいたるまで、綺麗でかわいくて美味しくて、女子ゴコロくすぐる仕掛けがいっぱい❤️

私たち二人は性共育(性教育)に関わっていますが、オトナ性教育の基本の、やさしさ&丁寧さによってうまれる安心感こそが人の繊細な感覚を立てていくことを、食を通して実感させていただけたひとときでもありました。

生江シェフにも是非またお会いしたいです。

Amazing anniversary dinner. Service and food exceptional. Good to note that it makes accommodations for diets like pesecetarian and vegetarian, or no fish, which many Tokyo restaurants don’t do.

We've eaten more extravagantly, more expensively, and with greater pretension, but not more deliciously or enjoyably. In a word? Sublime. We would, as we did, cross an ocean to eat here. We will do it again.

Wow! Awesome experience.

Superb service, very attentive to detail, polite and meaningful.

Exquisite Japanese ingredients prepared in a way that is both modern and traditional, combining French and Japanese technique. Our meal was breathtaking. The wine and sake pairing was superb, with very rare bottles and vintages on top of that.

Obviously it's on the pricey side, but the lunch menu is actually quite a good deal in the world of 2-Michelin starred restaurants.

Wonderful experience.

Amazing food close or at 3 star level for any restaurant globally out there. Perfectly combining Japanese produce with french cooking techniques. We enjoyed the lunch, which was a great deal at 10k ¥. Scallop sashimi, Tokyo turnip, Ayu in a buckwheat crepe, summer venison with sea snail purée all where outstanding. Quite exciting for me the freeze dried and fried Ayu for me, but the best in taste was the venison with the umami of the sea snail purée.
Just above almost every restaurant I was before was the impeccable service. Maybe we are not used to the incredible politeness of Japanese people right now at the beginning of our journey through Japan but this was truly world class. The wine is definitely on the the more adventurous side with lots of biodynamic or vin naturel producers on the list (especially from Japan). I took the special pairing and it was quite exciting.

My husband and I dined her for my birthday lunch. The service was impeccable and the food delicious. The atmosphere is ideal for a quiet celebration lunch. We were treated to a Japanese tea ceremony and a special birthday dessert. The food was superb and the champagne the best I've ever tasted. We had fun with the waiter trying to explain to him that the dessert was toffee. Google Translate came to the rescue. For the first time ever I was escorted to the bathroom and the waiter apologised for it being occupied and directed me to their comfortable lounges to wait on. So courteous and customer friendly. When we reluctantly left, our waiter chased after us with two slices of cake. This is not an everyday restaurant as it's quite expensive but if ever I go to Japan again I'll be sure to invent an excuse to go back. Well done to all the staff here. It's a birthday I'll never forget.
