Excellent dining experience from start to finish.
Delicious food (especially enjoyed the sea bass and tiger prawns) and very attentive service. There was a nice atmosphere, for a Sunday evening, in the restaurant.
Thank you. I cannot wait to return!

Each time we go to the theatre or a play in London we always go here. The food, service, location, basically everything ticks all the boxes required. A great place with great staff and great food, that is why we keep going back there.

Leicester Square Kitchen

I had read a couple of reviews online about the Leicester Square Kitchen and liked the concept of Mexican / Peruvian tapas style sharing plates.
It is located right in the heart of Leicester Square and it’s part of the Hampshire Hotel. It is a modern restaurant with a young vibe.
We started off with 2 cocktails.... Chilli & Lychee Margarita and a Smokey Tommy’s.... both were delicious.
Being a pescatarian.... there were so many choices..... a big thumbs up!
We had a selection of both Mexican and Peruvian dishes...... Tuna & Chilli Lemon Taco, Tiger Prawn with papaya habanero salsa taco, Mexican Street Spiced Asparagus, Stonebass with crushed Andean Chilli Lime Sea Salt, Tostada with Shredded Crab & Spicy Ginger Mayo....... everything was amazing and I would definitely recommend it all.
The dishes are all pretty small but full of flavour. It’s a fun restaurant which is worth going to. You won’t be disappointed.... 10/10.
I can’t wait to try out their other restaurants .... Monmouth Kitchen and Mayfair Kitchen.

We went for my partner’s birthday meal, the service was outstanding from the second we walked into the door.
The food was delicious, I definitely recommend the lamb cutlets.
For dessert we had the lovely chocolate donuts and the restaurant gave my partner a special birthday treat which was really nice.

On a trip to London for a few days and having made bookings for Wednesday and Thursday had Friday free.
We decided to watch a film in Leicester Square and found this restaurant on open table and remembered it from Masterchef. Thanks to an Open Table booking they managed to fit us in and we were not disappointed.
The service was excellent and our waiter helped us with the menu providing his recommendations for the Tapas dishes on offer which were all excellent.
The standard of the food was excellent and very good value especially considering the standard on offer and the location of the restaurant. Like many others we have often done Spanish Tapas but it was a nice change to try the Mexican and Peruvian alternate on offer.

Lovely food, amazing waiters and a great selection of options. Some a bit spicy but they let you know what you were getting yourself into before ordering.

The Pre Theatre menu is a must too, for the price and location you can't go wrong.

What a fabulous evening! The food was fantastic. Yes the menu is small portions to share but that is exactly what I wanted. It meant we could try 5 different foods which were all delicious and incredibly filling instead of one starter and a big main like most places.
If like me you suffer from gluten intolerance - worry not, there is still plenty to try even if half the menu is restricted to you. I loved every bite especially how well it was presented.
Staff are extremely welcoming, and our waiter Mario was outstanding.
I have recommended it to many people since and already planing to go back!

My wife and myself was having a weekend break in London and was looking for somewhere nice to eat . Although we was not looking to have anything too spicy , we saw this restaurant on Celebrity Masterchef ! As soon as we saw the Lamb cutlet dish , we knew it was where we was going . The food did not disappoint . Everything we ordered ( and there was a lot !) was delicious and very well cooked . The lamb , I would have again and again and again ! The service was great too . The only thing I would say , was for me , the music was a tad too loud . I put that down to my age ! But as a dining experience I would gladly recommend to anyone .

Food was very good and worth every penny.
We went for the £25 set menu and tried different things. Just the coffee was awful,a £4,50 espresso that I wish I never got. I guess a bit more effort into the choice and the making of coffee,if customers pay that price, would be appreciated.

We went here for my partners birthday. The food was amazing. We went on a Saturday night and they have a live DJ. Amazing food. Lovely atmosphere. The only thing I could comment on would be the service. It was good. He was polite just a little slow and not as attentive as I would have liked. 8/10 😊

The food was absolutely faultless, enjoyed every single item on the menu that we tried. Especially recommend the Duck Ensalada, comes highly recommended. Unfortunately we were placed in a table very much in the corner, without any lights above us and by a door that had a draft, had to wear coats for a bit to keep warm. Felt a bit pushed out the way there, hidden behind a row of tall tables (must be a last-resort table), spoiling the night a bit.

Shame they didn’t do the pre theatre on the Saturday but was still reasonably priced. Service was fantastic, lovely buzz on a Saturday late afternoon.

The hard taco’s were super tiny but the soft ones were incredible.

We did the margarita and taco special for £35. Although the drinks were great and the tacos tasted lovely, they were TINY. We left the restaurant hungry and had to go and get more food. you Should never have to go and buy a second dinner after spending £35. They were comically small.

Fantastic late lunch. The food was amazing. I had the pre theatre menu for £25 which I thought offered great value. The spicing of the food was just right for me as was the portion size. The restaurant was fairly quiet at 2pm on a Monday afternoon and my waitress,Kitti, was attentive and very helpful..,I was made to feel very special. The cocktails were also lovely and imaginatively presented. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I would highly recommend

First visit to this amazing place. Service was second to none from all the staff particularly our waiter Mario C. All staff were very attentive. They knew what we wanted when we wanted it but were in no way intrusive or overpowering. Waiters explained the dishes perfectly and helped us to find an even balance based on our tastes and level of hunger. They got everything just right. Can’t fault it. The food was amazing too. Just the right level of spiciness and left wonderful flavours in our mouths. Would definitely go back for more so we can sample other flavours.
