Mind blowing from start to finish. Big shout to Mr Belvedere and his crew, food is exceptional, and the service is up to that same level. Not to mention the wine list, super. Also fantastic music selection. The kind of place where food culture is central (versus just another branding-exercise-totebags&merch project) and that East London was definitely missing! 6 stars

A very disappointing evening. Wine menu did not specify that wines were biodynamic. When the bottle arrived and we tasted and didn't like, were told that we can choose another bottle but will still need to pay for it (it was £50!). Then ordered another bottle and we were half way through dinner until it arrived (had to ask twice for it), restaurant was only half full. Food was also just very average. The one dish we enjoyed was mackerel. The rest tasted quite bland and two out of three of us didn't feel great after dinner. Linguine dish was below average (pasta was almost raw). Was really looking forward to visiting this place as heard good things about it but was a very poor experience with food and service. Not going back and wouldn't recommend.

We were really looking forward to trying out Leo's. We had initially reserved a table for three but later asked if they could make it for four. Right from the beginning, one of the male staff members was quite rude, telling us it wasn't possible because they had taken all the chairs for a large party. Unfortunately, this led to our two other friends deciding to head elsewhere. As we sat down for our meal, we couldn't help but notice that the tables behind and in front of us were empty, complete with chairs. We were disappointed with the service, as there was no attempt to accommodate the four of us by even suggesting an extra chair until other tables were set up. Moreover, it struck us as unusual that they removed the fourth chair from a table meant for four. In terms of the food, it was okay, underwhelming... We felt that the service could certainly be improved, and perhaps a more welcoming front-of-house staff would enhance the overall experience and staff knowing the menu.

Very good Italian food. The restaurant looks amazing and the service was excellent. My only issue was with the cost of some of the dishes and drinks. A very small Negroni at £11 is excessive. Prices felt like central London prices. Would still recommend for some very authentic Italian cooking in a great space.

A really lovely dinner in a beautiful setting. Make sure you have pasta on the table & sit in the back. Wines by the bottle are pricey but a cocktail to start and a glass of the waiter’s choice orange wine were both excellent. Would recommend the tiramisu to end!

New favourite restaurant!! Such a beautiful, atmospheric dining room. Service was amazing and food was incredible - we couldn’t pick a favourite, but the Gurnard and Bottarga pasta was pretty special. Cool wine list too, Zeyn is smashing it. Thank you to all involved xxxx

Was looking forward to visiting for a long time and left quite disappointed. Most of the dishes felt sub par, nothing stood out to us from the range of food we ordered. We had to send one back to the kitchen as the fish appeared uncooked. Service was grumpy. For a very expensive meal, I’d go elsewhere

Food was delicious and different to other Italian food I've had (certainly in London), and the wine was lovely. The place itself is so special - it's gorgeously decorated and feels like stepping back in time. The service was also brilliant - both waitresses who served us were super helpful and really lovely. Disappointing- all hype. Lovely room and ambience but fairly slow service and the food was very substandard for the price. Not many vegetarian options and the pasta tasted like a potato cooked in stale kettle water

My best friend and I came here for dinner on a Wednesday night. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. If you’re hungry I’d definitely recommend getting starters and a main course!

We had the set menu for Sunday lunch and the food was really delicious - there is the option to order of the regular menu but it's nice to have the decisions made for you. The space is gorgeous and the service was really friendly - really enjoyable afternoon!

Over priced , over rated ! We were really excited to try Leo’s, so were very happy to be able to get a reservation. However we were highly disappointed from the experience. We arrived and stood at the entrance waiting for a Waitress to come over and welcome us / ask us what time our table was . This took 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. We finally waived someone down who took us to our table. The setting and vibes are great, but we waited another 15 minutes for menus or any acknowledgement. We ordered the recommendation s, but we’re frustrated that they didn’t have any potato tortelli left (their main signature dish, which is what we went for). There was no alternative. The sardines were delicious and the lamb was tender. For £27 it was 4 slices of lamb and 4 padron peppers , we ordered a side of butter head lettuce (£8) which was not butterhead, it was mixed leaves straight out of a packet. We were very disappointed. The waiters were not very friendly either Overpriced, overrated , will not return

It's a beautiful setting with a lovely range of wine but the service was poor- we turned up on time and our table wasn't ready and we were just told- the people before we lingering and we could have a drink in the meantime- except we were then told quite crossly to wait outside and they would bring a drink. After 20 mins still no drink. When I complained- we got our table and free drinks- which was a good customer gesture- but then the food was just really expensive and there wasn't enough of it. I won't be returning.
