A modern Southeast Asian restaurant with an open kitchen, Li Jiang whets the appetite for all things spicy, authentic and Oriental. Meaning “beautiful river” in Chinese, Li Jiang reflects resort’s location on the Grand Canal. An open kitchen, where diners can watch the chefs create homemade dim sum as well as authentic rice and noodle dishes is the centerpiece of our modern Southeast Asian restaurant. An outdoor terrace tucked away in the olive grove affords spectacular views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

I have travelled the world, but must admit this was the best resturant. We were celebrating my wife’s Birthday with the kids who all summarised the experience as priceless.

Chef Lee and his team were awesome and took time to meet and connect with the guests.....the hospitaility was amazing with the Food and Beverage Manager, Mr. Hussain, who also engaged to ensure everything was up to Standard.

If you want personalised service, this this is definitely the place to be !!!!!!

We have tempura crab, duck with pancake rolls, seared tuna, Tom yam soup, Thai green curry, wok fried lamb, black pepper beef, vegetarian pad Thai and vegetable egg fried rice. The dessert was a special creation that evening made up of Thai rice and coconut ice cream.

The wine was Red Matua Pinot Noir.

So if you’re ever in Abu Dhabi, don’t miss this place, it’s awesome, a place which leave you with lasting memories !!!!

Although it was Friday evening, the place was not crowded - around 9.30 pm. It is an asian restaurant where you may find thai cuisine as well. They offer signature dishes which are recommended to try.

Highly recommend the chef’s signature crispy duck (good for two), wasabi prawns, prawn toast appetizer and cocktails (oolong tea cooler)
