The exciting flavours created by Head Chef, Robert Ortiz and Virgilio Martinez (Executive Chef and ranked #5 in the World 50 Best List and #1 in Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants list) have won us many happy customers. And while our diners are most important, we have had many favourable reviews from critics (“An almost unimprovable meal” – Matthew Norman, The Daily Telegraph) and numerous industry awards.
Lima London was first awarded a Michelin star in 2013 – the first and only Peruvian restaurant to achieve this.

fantatic food and great service. not be best ambience and our table was not great.
First visit to Lima and we took advantage of their 3 course set menu for £20. What a deal - fabulous food, excellent quality and we've already told multiple friends and work mates to visit.
Often you feel that set menus are lessor quality, but not this one, the meal was tasty, and really unique given the inspiration from Peru. Portion sizes perfect.
Friendly service, albeit I'd prefer the team to be wearing face masks and not directly handling cutlery in these crazy (covid) days.
Overall, fabulous value with the set menu and a high quality dining experience.
It was a shame, we went there last year and we loved it, so after lockdown we booked to repeat the experience.
However, it was a disappointing experience we ordered the Peruvian Experience and it was a 7 courses tasting manu including 4 types of ceviche so with the amazing variety of food in Peru they could have more imagination. The best dish the lamb and something totally nonsense the cereals we were trying to find the sense of that but couldn't find it, probably a conector between the ingredients was missing. The final a chocolate mouse very poor I have got betters in waitrose.
The service was friendly and attentive as usual, but unfortunately I feel they have lost a customer that they won last year, with a delightful and clever menu..
Great food, attentive service and excellent value. Cerviche and tuna fantastic. Firmly on my list of favourites.
Excellent food and staff. Highly recommend to order the main course potato dish as a side dish - you won't be disappointed and goes well with any other main orders.
The food is fine and Ceviches are delicious, but not Micheline standard.
I found the atmosphere and service cold , not like a Latin American, or Peruvian place.
I hadn’t been for a few years - I now regret not having been for so long. It was fantastic and amazing value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. I will definitely be back soon.
Lovely presentation for food. Nice little restaurant good for small group.
Excellent. Instantly transported back to Lima. Loved every mouthful. Piscos are also excellent.
Superb, innovative food - meal was top draw. Michelin star food served in a friendly, informal setting - highly recommend.
It’s great to be able to dine again at Lima, the food and service remains very good as it was before the lockdown
Quite dissapointed with this restaurant. Very small portions, can't even call it adult portions.
You would expect to feel satisfied for an expensive starters and main course.
The whole dining experience wasn't what I was expecting
Fabulous! The food was different, I loved trying the new flavours.
Deliciously authentic Peruvian food, well presented and courteously served. Airy and spacious room with sunlight streaming through the high rooflight. Will definitely go again.
We had the eat out to help out menu but as an early bird on a Friday. Great friendly and helpful staff, good food and outstanding value for central London
Amazingly delicious food, good value if going for the set menu. Drinks slightly expensive but on par with similar restaurants in the area. Ambiance and service was very good and I'd highly recommend trying the place for authentic Peruvian food.
Tateless food, small poetions. Far too expensive for what you get. Will not be going there again.
Really would recommend the eat out to help out set menu as it allows you to try a good selection of what Lima offer. The service was incredible, our waiter was so helpful, friendly and had a great sense of humour.
A lovely restaurant, great food but portions, especially for the main, were very small. A very small piece of suckling pig was served.
We chose the £20 Eat Out to Help Out menu and were overall happy. Very happy with the service.
An interesting and varied menu for the discounted 3 course set menu, all dishes well presented.
Overpriced, £4 for water??????
Doesn’t taste like true authentic Peruvian food.
Really great 3 course meal. Thoroughly recommend the suckling pig and the cerviche, which were both delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. Excellent value for money. We’ll be coming back!
Great value on Eat Out To Help Out but quality had suffered a lot. Found a piece of foil in my meal - just a brief apology and a fairly long wait for new portion to be brought over. By which point, my partner had finished his main and had to just watch me eat mine. I think they would have been better off increasing the prices of the deal and serving better quality!
Just the best meal ever! Staff were attentive without being overbearing and the food was out of this world good. Thoroughly recommend and make sure you leave room for dessert!
We were quite disappointed with our food. Feel like quite overpriced given the quantity and taste.
Tasty! The pork and the alfajores were delicious!!
Quite simply, one of my favourite places to eat in London.
Amazing food and service. Waiters were great at making food recommendations and working around my allergy. All the dishes we had were amazing.
Very nice food outstanding service I recommend this restaurant
Starter and main was fantastic but I was a little disappointed with the dessert. Will be looking forward to try a different one next time.
We had the greatest time here with some amazing food - we decided to order pretty much everything so we could try it all!
We all enjoyed the good but thought fir the price we paid, the portion size was really way too small!
Incredible food which brings us back time and time again. Cannot recommend Lima enough.
The pisco sour cocktail was gorgeous as were the starters (prawn tostada, tuna ceviche and salmon tiradito). Unfortunately I was slightly underwhelmed by my suckling pig main course. It tasted more like pulled pork that you can get anywhere - not really very special. Overall I enjoyed the experience but felt it was not great vfm
All in all a very pleasant experience with the early dinner deal. Perhaps I could have had more varied flavours, but that is more down to me than the reduced menu. I enjoyed myself, the pisco sour was excellent and the wine suggestions were spot on.
Good food and great service...wonderful Peruvian experience
Nice food and good location.
This food is freaking unbelievable
Excellent food, just a bit expensive but expected in this kind of venue.
Awesome place, delicious food for a decent price. Cocktails are must try
