   We dined here in between the two parts of Harry Potter & the Cursed Child and it was just perfect! Around the corner from the theatre, excellent service, food arrived very promptly but without feeling rushed and we were very pleased. Can highly recommend.

   Pre theatre dinner Saturday early evening. Excellent location for Prince Edward theatre and also many theatres in the west end. Lovely food, great atmosphere, good service, reasonable price for pasta, pizzas and house wine. Was a bit worried that restaurant wouldn’t be open looking at recent reviews. Called ahead to check and was reassured open and that they were expecting us.

   A lovely restaurant in the heart of the West End. My children had the pizzas which I think this is what the restaurant does best. The main meals mr and my husband had were nice but the we felt the pizzas were much better value and taste wise far supreme. We would go back if in the west end again. As a tip if you have a couple of under 12s I would make then share a pizza as they are massive and our 11 year old could only manage half

    Brought the wrong meal for one of our party of 6. They were adamant that is what he ordered and didn't offer to swap it. Also they offer gluten free pasta but must be some cross contamination in the kitchen as my friend was sick and bloated about 2 hours later (a sure sign of eating gluten for a coeliac). Handy for the Palace Theatre but I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

    I booked with open table, When we arrived there was a queue outside and the it was almost full. A male member of staff came out to speak to us all standing waiting in the rain and blamed the booking system saying they haven't received our bookings. A couple in front of us said they had booked months ago, so they found them a table as they didn't have an excuse. They didn't even ask anyone's name to check if they had a booking! Really bad experience!

    I booked for my daughters birthday and as we were going to the theatre I thought it would be a nice treat. Read the reviews at the time of booking and they were ok after booking they became poor. The day before I got opentable confirmation so I thought it’s all good. Went there and low and behold it was closed. All the tables were laid out but no one to be seen. The problem is Open Table - don’t book through them. We then had a look and the Ivy had spaces upon walking 2 mins The Ivy had no reservations. Again Opentable stated a booking could be made. Please Opentable sort it out.

    I booked this restaurant after reading reviews, however upon arrival the restaurant was closed! I received no notification ahead of time and there was no explanation from the Limoncello restaurant. Very poor communication in my opinion. This was on Valentine’s Day as well!

    Servers where abrupt and rude. Drink order was wrong when received, wouldn’t be an issue except for the attitude when we pointed out we where missing drinks. Food arrived out of 6 meals 4 where inedible. Lasagne was luke warm at best and dry. Again forgot part of order and had attitude when we asked for our side order (chips that where the only edible part of the meal). The staff did not ask about our meals despite them seeing 4 full plates not touched, felt like they couldn’t wait to get rid of us, no thank you or anything at the end. The older gentleman on the door was friendly but him and a side of chips where the only half decent things in the whole place. Went away hungry and annoyed. Do not recommend

    1minute from Cursed child Palace theatre. Outstanding service and extremely accommodating for the children. We had a great meal and the owner had a hood laugh with my boy! Such lovely warm service must be praised!

    If you just want a quick bite before a theatre production then Limoncello is perfect. The Service was ok but lacked any interaction or warmth, it was literally brought and taken away plates. We asked for water, we were given warm tap water with no ice which was not the nicest tasting. We ordered a garlic bread with cheese that arrived resembling more like charcoal around the edges. It was completely burnt and obviously so. I was surprised that they would serve that. I did not complain but simply ate the middle bit and left the rest. The pizza I had was delicious. If like me, you like dessert, then I am afraid this is not the place for you. We asked for the dessert menu and were told flatly that they do not do dessert otherwise they would have offered a menu. With that, we paid and left feeling a little but short-changed. It was an experience but we will not be returning for another.

    Booked online. Arrived early and was warmly welcomed to our table. Attentive staff and relatively between order and delivery to table. Great portion size and all four meals ordered were fresh and tasty.

    Booked a 5pm table via Opentable, arrived at 5 to 5, sign on the door said restaurant was closed. Checked online, restaurant should have been open from mid-day. Ended up having mcdonalds instead.

    We booked on Monday 17 January at 5.45 but when we turned up the restaurant was closed. I expect it was a staffing issue but someone could have contacted us. We found a lovely Spanish restaurant nearby called Jamon Jamon.

    We arrived early for our booking, asked if they could take us early they said no they were full, which is fair enough. We then said will you have a table for us at 6, the time of the booking and they said they could not guarantee it, so we left and ate elsewhere. What is the point of booking if the restaurant just keeps accepting walk ins?

    Booked this restaurant as we had ticket s to watch Harry Potter in the west end and the restaurant was nearby. The table we were oftered was basically in a ally way and I had someones back to the side of me. It was if they had forgotten about oyr reseversation so just dumped us on the end. We decided to leave so didn't get to experience the food. Wouldn't go back again.

    We visited after seeing lots of reviews about the speed of service, quality of food and good value. We were between two theatre shows so this sounded ideal. We booked a table and we’re seated quickly, it was then 20-30 minutes before anyone took our drinks and food order. Our food finally arrived over an hour and half after arriving. The food was lovely, but the stress of being able to make our show on time and the poor service was extremely disappointing. At no point did anyone apologise for the delay and were actively trying to avoid making eye contact with us. There were others seated around us that were also unhappy with either the service or the temperature of their food. Not sure if they were having an off day, but it was a very bad experience. It’s a shame as it was very nice food when it finally arrived but we were only left with 5-10 mins to eat our food before we had to leave!

    Nice food but service poor. Had to ask for a menu after fifteen mins of waiting then others seeved before us who were in before us. Not very friendly staff and clearly not sure what was happening. They were acceoting walk ins over bookings so saw 3 booking parties turned away. They didn't check food in kitchen so a couple who wanted steak found out after 25 mins there wasn't any. Very poor. Lucky we got there for our booking when we did as think we would have been turned away. Food was very nice but the service definitely put us off a return visit. Have come before and loved but unfortunately it has changed now.

    My son's order was wrong, they then replaced it by which time my meal was going cold. They replaced his meal with another wrong order, by this time he had to eat it as we had waited so long and had to get back for the 2nd half of our Harry Potter show. Young girl serving was really nice. Food wasn't particularly something to rave about.

    I can't honestly comment on the quality of the food as the venue was closed. Despite having a reservation booked online through OpenTable the building was locked and in complete darkness when we arrived a few minutes before our 5.30pm pre-theatre booking. There was no email, text, phone call, or any other communication to warn us that the venue was shut. There were no notices on the door. Fortunately, we crossed the road and had a lovely meal at 'La Porchetta Pollo Bar'. This venue I can highly recommend. Limoncello? Not so much.

    Not the same restaurant we visited in 2018 & 2019..new management. No welcoming ambience, no bonhomie, no decorations, food re-heated, unappetizing, service rushed and unprofessional. Unfortunately won't be repeating. They're not up to it...yet.
