Linden House Hotel & Restaurant
Staff have varying levels of experience which was very apparent on the night.
Food was nice, but expensive.
There really wasn’t much of an atmosphere.
The waiter embarrassed me to begin with by offering us the wrong menu. I had requested the early evening menu when I booked as my 85 year old father needed to eat early.
The food was ok.The salmon really wasn’t a meal, just a very small fillet.
I can only explain the atmosphere as ‘odd’
Very high standard dining experience table had a starched cloth and napkins food of a 4 star standard and excellent value for money
Bar area a bit basic compared with restaurant but would return with confidence
