    really recommend this restaurant, first time didn’t disappoint, the food was amazing. Well cooked, on time, the vibes were nice. Also the shisha was nice aswell soo that topped off the night

    We requested that the £24 service charge be waived because we were not provided with the promised service. We had more than four people, so they claimed they couldn't remove the service charge ,which I think is absurd and only a hasty justification. It was somewhat awkward at first to be seated in front of the entrance with a four-seater table converted to a five-seater. After twice inquiring, we were then taken to an upstairs room near to the DJ's location. The meal was lukewarm and the atmosphere was quite dark my friends and I couldnt even see what we were eating . We tried to eat it nonetheless, feeling embarrassed asking them to reheat or replace it. We will never come again. Since my friend disliked cheese, she asked to have the cheese removed; however, the server curtly refused, claiming that it was marinated in cheese even though we had no way of knowing that. The second waiter failed to explain that they don't eliminate the service charge on Fridays and Saturdays,which it appears that they were fabricating the information when we asked someone else to do so.

    We went for a birthday dinner on Sunday evening, and were a group of 6. We were seated awkwardly right between the stairs and when we asked to move to a table on the side, the hostess told us it was reserved- the entire two hours we were there, no one sat on that table and more than half the restaurant was empty. It took them at least half an hour to acknowledge us and only took our order when one of the girls complained. Food came more than an hour after we were seated and was cold, overrated and overpriced. The kebabs tasted like frozen ones from the supermarket and the chops were so chewy you couldn’t eat them. Half of the table was visibly still eating and the waitress started clearing the plates of those eating, we told her we weren’t done and she replied with “okay what can I take”- felt like she was rushing us to go We told them not to put sparklers on the cakes twice because they were tiny bento cakes, and they still did. We asked management the first time, 15 mins late still no cake and turns out he didn’t even tell the waiters to bring it. Overall poor service, awkward atmosphere and the food was cold and very disappointing for the price you pay. Ruined our mood as we weren’t even being loud or anything but it felt so awkward being there. i came for the second time because my first visit was great, but will no longer be recommending.

    The restaurant looks very nice but does not match the food served. The food is very basic, small portions with large prices and not flavourful at all. Food was served a step up from cold, had to re-order twice as the food ordered was not available despite the waitress recommending it.

    the staff are so friendly and understanding, the drinks are amazing i recommend wickedly blue it was great. The food was sooo good. This place is great for celebrations and a good time.

    Do not go here if you have any allergies, they cannot cater to you. I wanted to go here for my birthday and I deliberately called two days in advance to query the menu, to which I was told I could order the beef steak or the chicken steak. The lady I spoke to 'spoke' to the chef and she was advised of this. She also said that when I make my booking online I should make my allergies known, which I did. However when I got to the restaurant on my birthday I was told that there was nothing on the menu I could order. Not the beef steak or chicken steak, which I was advised I could, prior. I was notably upset and the manager came over and spoke to me. He claimed the chef was not made aware such allergies and that there was nothing they could do to cater to my needs. After seeing how upset I was the manager offered me plain white rice with dry chicken skewers (which had no flavour or moisture). I paid for a meal that I didn't eat (although discounted) and was told that if I came back to the restaurant I would get a meal free (not ideal for someone who has an allergy and needs can't be adapted). They were, however, able to adapt and redo a mocktail that I ordered. This completely ruined my birthday.

    Even though we had booked a table, we had a half an hour wait until it was ready. We also had to wait a while until we managed to get someone’s attention to serve us. There was a problem with the grill overheating which didn’t give us much options with what to order and had to wait until the grill was working again to get the food we wanted.

    I really enjoyed my visit to L’Mour. We were first placed downstairs which didn’t capture the feel of a place to dine for a date. We managed to move upstairs on the basis that we bought Shisha. Upstairs was lovely but I think it would have been better if it wasn’t so bright. The food was AMAZING!! The biriyani with beef rib was something I would definitely go back to have. Overall I will visit again and recommend to friends and family.

    Would not recommend to go here unless you’re doing shisha or you fit their criteria of “appropriate” people. If you’re black or wear hijab they will seat you by the entrance of the door and keep you away from the second floor. I was offered to be seated at the corner with the door opening and closing behind me. And it was plenty more seating, they just won’t give it to you. The host was condescending and speaks in such a demeaning way. The food prices are not even worth to come this place for, expensive and horrible options. Don’t waste your money here, there are better food options and shisha places in London. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on socials, definitely not worth it.

    First timers: I like drinking alcohol. I didn’t read the description properly and so to my surprise I found it was an alcohol free restaurant. The music was very loud, we couldn’t have a conversation at our table without shouting. I liked the food and shisha, but the atmosphere wasn’t for me.

    Food was nice, although I waiter half an hour before I was served. The shisha was fine too, could be a little bit stronger for me. The sphere and the music was good. The waiters/waitresses were friendly and kind.

    This restaurant is more suitable if you want to enjoy a nice meal but not for special events like a birthday celebration as they don’t provide any birthday dessert like majority of other restaurants, if you do want a cake you’ll have to pay for it. Make sure you ask for price of things you are buying as it can be higher than expected ( which staff aren’t quick to inform you about). Food is nice; however, they won’t take back your order if you’re not please with it which is quite strange. Waiter was slow, had to wait over 30 min for my table, despite reaching 10 min early - response was that “no staff are upstairs “, but then 10 min later we saw two people upstairs so, we decided to ask another member who then took us to our table. In all, this restaurant would have a higher rating if they improve their customer service/how they treat their customers, which is a shame as their food and ambiance is quite nice.

    The food is decent, however took over 40 mins to get the naan we ordered even though the curry was delivered. It was very difficult to get the servers attention and it just had people standing around, which isn’t pleasant when you’re trying to eat and enjoy the company!

    Nice looking place, seated straight away. Good service and food was good, the l'mour fries were great, prawns were average, I had a burger which was good and my wife had the short rib which was great but lacked a little salt. The chocolate bomb dessert is terrible so wouldn't recommend that. Overall I'd come again and just order a few different things than I did this time.

    Probably the best restaurant I’ve been to in London, the food was so good and carefully prepared with love😍big props to the chef. This was my second time being there and I must say it was amazing, the service as well especially the restaurant manager, was so nice and attentive. Amazing music and drinks as well. 10/10 for me💫

    I booked a table over a month in advance. I arrived at the restaurant and there was no one to speak to, i tried talking to a lady who ignored me. I then stood and waited for a waitress who i had to signal and tell her i had a reservation. A gentleman approached me and I showed him my reservation. He left me standing there for 15 minutes without saying anything to me and went ahead to talk to his colleagues. Only for the other colleague to come give us a side table in the corner. For a reservation booked over a month? I’m highly disappointed. I will certainly make a review about this restaurant. Really disappointed. We came there to celebrate a birthday and we ended up leaving because everything was trash.

    Amazing food and entertainment, music was a tad bit loud where we were seated but that’s due to being sat under a speaker. Seating arrangement was a little disorganised in the beginning however everything ran smoothly. Overall it was highly enjoyable.
