Lobos Meat & Tapas - Soho
Too crowded, would be better with seats by the bar, the portion is quite small, the ham was super delicious, the Octopus I don’t think is fresh, super-soft, not chewy.
Food was delicious, although on the pricey side. It was £40 each for tapas and one cocktail each for the three of us. Bustling atmosphere.
Exceptional food, great ambience and reliable service. The octopus was truly to die for. Our only complaint is about the value for money. The meat dishes especially were very small for the price. Having said that, some of the fish and vegetables were generous portions. All in all we were shocked when the bill came but will no doubt be back as we love the food.
Had 5 Tapas dishes which were all fantastic, and the waiting staff were attentive. The restaurant was slightly on the noisy side though
It was my partners birthday, and they treated us very kindly. The food was great and happy to come back there again.
Great restaurant at Soho. Yummy food superb ambience and top service
Food was seriously good and the service was just as praiseworthy. Highly recommend
Food is consistently vibrant and tasty. Atmosphere is buzzing. It's my favourite place to entertain out-of-town visitors.
Birthday meal. Have sampled other Tapas bars but this one we return to. Very convenient for central London theatre etc. Food is always beautifully presented. We ordered 8 small plate dishes plus olives and bread to share between 4 people and that gave everyone a taste of everything. Quantity wise this was fine for us. Staff are attentive and take orders and bring our food in a well-paced way and discreetly remove empty bowls so your table doesn’t get cluttered. Always happy to add to your order if you’re still hungry and want to try something else. Staff always very friendly in this great little restaurant. Doesn’t seem to matter what you choose qroquettas, octopus, rump steak, tortilla etc it’s all good. Small choice of good deserts too. With a bottle of wine at about £28 our bill was approx £120. Will sample different restaurant next time, but probably will be back. As we like to venture to new fields this says a lot about the
ambience, service and food.
Overall really good food. However the food was a bit salted..
Delicious food and amazing service. Highly recommend
Food is great and overall service can be improved if the servers can pay little more attention to diners instead of chatting so much at the corner. And definitely would help with better ambience and ways to reduce the noise so that diners don't have speak out loud during the course of dinner.
Surprise find in Soho, Not usually a fan of Tapas as tend to be disappointing for price to portion. However this was surprising for a friendly dinner for 3. Great reception and numerous staff to help serve the delicious food. Some dishes I would say are better value than others, black rice portion roughly the same as patatas bravas but double the price. two seafood Paella a little steep at £13.50 each consisting of small side plate of rice, 3 x prawns and 3 small mussels. tasty but bit pricey for the size of the portion. Prawns in garlic and chilli, excellent taste and 7 prawns for the price was fair. stand out dish for me, ham croquettas. delicious full of flavour. We ordered 2 desserts only one showed up, asked the staff and the second came within minutes and was given on the house. Great service, being able to speak to the staff in Spanish was a nice touch and advice on number of dishes per mouths to feed was spot on, we didn't leave feeling hungry but a little bit like fat pigs. Will defo visit again. Great find for Tapas.
Great dishes, very well cooked. A little greasy at times but overall fantastic food. Ribeye especially was excellent.
The food was delicious, the menu has a good range of dishes available, and the staff were really friendly.
Love the food
Great Place, good food and service. A litte tight space to sit and on the table. Will come again if having the chance
The food is very tasty and the service is excellent. The staffs are helpful and very nice.
We had a fabulous time for my husbands birthday, the vanilla and cinnamon mojito’s were delicious, the food was amazing and the advice, recommendations and service from the barman were just perfect. Reasonably priced and will definitely be back.
This is best Tapas resultant in UK. My all Japanese collegaus prefer having a dinner here not pub in London.
We booked this for in between the Harry Potter theatre - food was lovely and good size portions too. Also not too overpriced.
I was underwhelmed with the paella that seemed a little watery and had peppers in which isn’t very traditional, it didn’t take away from the flavour though which was good.
I would revisit - service was very very friendly
Lovely tapas, and really good selection on the menu, friendly helpful staff and great service
The food is ok in general. I think the quality of the cooking is not as good as the Borough branch.
For example, the tortilla was way over cooked in the middle.
The service was extremely slow. We ordered multiple tapas dishes and did not receive two of them. After waiting very long for the waitress to come back we finally just asked for the check. We were charged for the two dishes we never received. We of course got it fixed and did not pay for these dishes but a tapas restaurant should be able to keep track of everything ordered and delivered to a table.
very good and tasty food ! nice environment, waiters are really nice and 100% spanish
Lovely food, great atmosphere, will be back!
Fab food and lovely service!! Such a great find....I asked for a margarita which was not on the menu and they made me one...one of the best I have ever had
Great food and the service was spot on with great wine and food recommendations from the staff.
Really nice place, food was amazing.
Food was really good, tapas and meat selection were just like Spain! Although the secreto we ordered was a little over done, but still tasty.
Good food and good service. A bit hot and cramped for a very hot evening.
Good quality food with good service. The food was produced quickly and the staff were attentive.
Great food, great wine and a great location. Highly recommend.
Lovely food and very attentive service. Couldn't fault it, another great dining experience at Lobos.
Impeccable service and a really nice environment to eat in. Food was absolutely delicious with a great menu that options for everyone. Price was very reasonable for Soho and overall would highly recommend.
Lobos Meat & Tapas is a lively, friendly place with great food and service. Great place to catch up with old friends over fab food and drinks including the mojito! Definitely, recommend this place.
Random food, soho prices, not a place you want to spend time chill and enjoy. Small plates, for little eaters. Fancy probably but not to last on my point of view. Not worth the go.
Great tapas, interesting and interested staff, relaxed. Great for a get together
Friendly staff who were more than happy to recommend dishes. Fast service, we never had to ask to reorder drinks and the food was delicious. High Top seating uncomfortable for us... so request standard seating if you don't like sitting on bar stools.
Pretty tasty food and great service!
Only letdowns were a could dishes a bit on the smaller side, and no jugs of sangria.
