Always tasty tapas and good value too - friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. My only gripe with both venues is the tables are quite cramped....but still recommended
Really lovely delicious lunch of tapas. Dessert of vanilla cake beautifully presented.
Group meal with some friends from abroad. The staff and ambience were perfect! Good vibe throughout. Food was lovely with good portion sizes but not sure if it was worth the hefty price tag per person. Would definitley go there again however.
Te druk, eten is aardig maar verwacht er niet teveel van. Je kan hier niet rustig eten. Wc zijn smerig..
Went there as a date with my boyfriend. Luckily we sat upstairs and by the window which was the best possible table I think for a date.
The service was excellent, the waitresses were not over your shoulder but they always had their eyes to the customers just in case someone needs something.
The food was mouth-watering and full of flavour.
We got the garlic and chilli prawns ( excellent ), Patatas bravas ( decent) , octopus ( okay but not worth the 19£), the ribeye steak ( excellent, perfectly cooked), the eggs sobrasada ( excellent) and two sangria cocktails( also excellent).
Overall I’d definitely go again and I’ll probably order the same plus more :)
Petit space, food very nice! Shrimp croquetas the best!
There wasn't one aspect of our experience that we did not love. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.
Spanish omelettes were the size of a biscuit and had no vegetables other than onion and potatoes.
Cheesecake was overpoweringly sweet and tasted only of cheese!
Espresso was simply a small cup of instant coffee.
Overall a poor experience !!
Visited for lunch with a friend. Warm welcome and seated immediately. Ham Croquetas and Black Rice with Prawn and Alioli were delicious. My friend enjoyed her Mixed Mushroom & Duck Egg and Grilled Veg with Goats Cheese. Highly recommend!
Love it as always
Great selection of meals and dishes with everything reasonably priced. Good atmosphere and decor too.
Food was nice, especially assorted grilled Iberico dish to share. Atmosphere was cozy and staff was also helpful. But the price is a bit expensive like other restaurants in Soho. Our group had to pay about £30 per each. Apart from the price, it is overall nice.
Food was great, truly one of the best places where I've ever eaten tapas!
Food was excellent, service was attentive!
Small, cosy restaurant, but it’s all about the food. Every dish was packed full of flavour and very tasty! Can’t wait to go back again.
Lobos is very relaxed and informal with little focus on decor and most focus on the food and service. There seemed to be almost one waiter per table and the food came very quickly. Food was great but not all that cheap - although for central London I don’t suppose you expect cheap food and wine. Great for pre theatre meal or snacks. Bit pokey for disabled access, narrow and busy stairs, and step up to main entrance.
Great tapas place and interesting wine list.
From when we arrived we were made feel welcome, the atmosphere good and the smell of the food mouth watering. Quickly brought to our table after a quick drink at the bar, the service was prompt and each dish we tried was spectacular! The servers helped us choose our selections from wine and food and each was a hit!
The only complaint we have is being approached by a server (that we hadn't been in contact with at any point during the evening) who cleared everything from our table and abruptly announced the next diners were due in ten minutes. She then proceeded to pour out the last third of our wine without asking (we had only just topped the glasses up ourselves!) and walked away.
We had no issue with leaving as we knew there was a limited time available on the booking we made (we had overheard the other table next to us being told they would have to be finished at the same time at the beginning of their meal, something which wasn't done with us but I had kept it in mind through our meal), however the nature of how it was done was remarkably rude and forced us to try finish a bottle of wine we had already paid for and would've preferred to take home. I, who wouldn't be a quick drinker at the best of times, ended up leaving half the glass behind me because we felt so uncomfortable lingering beyond that point.
I do want to reiterate that everything else was spectacular and until that point we had had a wonderful evening full of amazing food - but the last moments certainly soured our experience somewhat and would stress that a little more communication could avoid an experience like that in future.
Always good food and good service, very welcoming. I had the prawns with garlic and lamb crusted herb excellent would definitely recommend. Surprised that they had a decaf latte.
Small menu but tasty food as we focussed on small tapas to share. Served quickly and efficiently by attentive staff. Expensive overall even having to pay for bread!
Beautiful food and very friendly and helpful staff. A real traditional feel with a great atmosphere.
The food here is delicious, and especially good value with a deal. The garlic prawns, pork & pepper, and lamb & sweet potato dishes stood out, and the chorizo in red wine so tasty we had to order more. Service was friendly although an error with a missed dish meant me eating my main meat tapas after the kids had eaten pudding. It’s a little cramped but has a pleasant and buzzing vibe. Would return.
Popular place for an early midweek dinner. Our first time pre theatre show. Very tasty food indeed.
Great value for food with 50% off at lunch time. Favourite dishes were black rice, prawn croquette and meatball
Buzzing, lively and friendly atmosphere. Food is tasty and good portion sizes with decent wine. Staff are friendly and helpful making sure we had a good experience.
Pricy for what offered. Did not like the service. And the food was average
The overall experience was good, the food came very quickly and was for the most part was tasty, the only down side was the lamb that we ordered, the most expensive item we ordered but it was very small and was very fatty. The mango and orange sangria was delicious.
Really good food but didn’t like the service. Nice location though !
We had a fantastic night. Very professional an enthusiastic staff who created a great atmosphere in which to enjoy the excellent food and amazing cocktails.
Best in town
It’s good. The desert was awesome.
The food didn’t have too much taste.
Outstanding as per usual. Great atmosphere, friendly fast Service and brilliant food
Great food - maybe the only comment is that the food comes super fast (I know that probably isn't a bad thing!). Really enjoyed the salad, chorizo in wine, iberico shoulder and prawn croquettes in particular. Wasn't a fan of the duck egg and mushrooms, but the rest was wonderful.
Service was great - everyone was warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
Lobos is a friendly and relaxed restaurant. The staff were all terrific. Both the food and wine were really good and reasonably priced for the Soho location. Despite being very busy all the staff were attentive and the food came out quickly. Highly recommended!
First class lunch and outstanding value using the 50% opentable discount.
Great evening - party of 10, food still arrived quickly and staff were very attentive.
Food was totally delicious.
Les vins sont très chers. A part ça, RAS.
Lovely food and staff. A little bit compact and some dishes perhaps a little expensive though they may make a good case for fresh ingredients
Gorgeous food. I’ll be back!
Amazing! We had a great dinner, tasty food, friendly staff.
