It was a very nice dinner. Very good social distancing and first class service and food. A good alternative in a quiet spot in High Street Kensington.

Friendly environment but the food/wine were quite poor quality.

Kitchen has been disappointing.
Bread is made on site but it was really hard. Maybe baked few days ago.
Pasta were good but served cold.

Little Italian gem in Kensington, food was awesome, however our waitress was uninterested and seemed bothered by the presence of clients. The owner however was the sweetest. Warmly greeting us when we arrived and left, and the burrata and tortellini were to die for.

An absolutely fabulous restaurant with an incredibly welcoming staff. The food is absolutely incredible, at least from what we tasted. The truffle pasta wasn't heavy as others usually are. I found myself wanting another one! The tiramisu is a must have: one of the best that I've had in my life. Overall, if you are hesitating between two places as we were, I would advise you to choose Locanda Ottoemezzo. You will not regret it!

The service was superb. The menu is mouthwatering which makes difficult to choose. Our dishes were tasty. Excellent wine list too. Overall, we had an amazing evening and according to my partner, Ottoemezzo is one of the best Italian places in London... It makes us feel in Italy.

Excellent lunch with Italian board and Risotto in forma. Very well presented and very nice and sweet staff. Highly recommended. We will definitely comeback back next time in London. Thank you again for a delicious meal!

3 of our party had Mushroom Rissoto, small & very little flavour and no seasoning whatsoever.
I had spaghetti with clams in a spicy sauce, this was quite simply the tiniest bowl of pasta I have ever had. Minuscule doesn’t come close. The few clams were tasty, but again the sauce like the Risotto was without flavour & certainly no where near spicy. We had three bottles of still water, one bottle of Prosecco & four tiny main courses that cost £160.00
A real rip off. Definitely wouldn’t return & certainly wouldn’t recommend. We’re back in London tomorrow & WILL BE DINING ESLWHERE !!!

The risotto served in a Parmesan bowl is amazing. Ingredients are fresh and dishes interesting and reliably delicious. Excellent food, personal friendly service, lovely wine...always a wonderful dinner with great food and wine. A very nice night out with friends visiting from out of town. I love to dine here in the evening and visit the cafe in the daytime. Locanda Ottoemezzo always delivers a high quality Italian experience. A local neighbourhood hidden gem!

We will be back for sure...warm greeting from the host, cheerful timely service from all of the staff, great ambience with soft lighting and quality background music, great tastes in the starters, superb pasta special, creative and perfectly finished scallop main, dessert board including an outstanding version of a tiramisu. A fine aperol spritzer and well crafted negroni, followed by a great selection of Italian wines tops it all off.

very personal traditional service..very good window seat on ground level. My food (pasta and fish) was good value, wine a shade on the high side but what you would expect for location.

Interesting ambience, excellent food, good wine list and reasonably priced. Owners are delightful and engaged.

Somewhat disappointing but the food was good. Quite a funky decor and if you get "stuck" downstairs which you'll most likely be, it'll feel somewhat claustrophobic since it's low ceilings and small seating. The service was the main issue, it just was strange. Perhaps it was on an off night but we felt like it was rushed and the waitress kept making mistake, even breaking glasses at the table which shattered everywhere. Luckily no one was hurt but I think the restaurant should've at least sent dessert or an after dinner drink or at least offer coffee on the house for such a mistake. On the positive side, no one chewed on any broken glass!

This was a small place in Kensington near our Airbnb during a visit to London. We passed it many times and decided to give it a try for dinner. While we weren’t expecting a set menu, it exceeded all of our expectations. Every dish and service from start to finish was incredible. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Ask for their dessert menu. Very well made. Very good food and atmosphere. Server was there whenever we needed.
