Special thanks to the Manager Ross who was very helpful and accommodating as i had forgotten my reading glasses but he kindly found me some to wear to be able to explore the menu on our first visit, a nice simple menu friendly staff and overall a nice pleasant evening thankyou
Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of this newly opened Mexican restaurant in Boldmere. Had Nachos to start - they were excellent (went for the pulled Chicken) then had the spicy Mexican beef burger - a very tasty twist on the standard cheese burger. My wife had a Halloumi starter and a lamb dish (cant remember what it was called) both thought they were both superb. Highlight for her though was the Margaritas - which she declared the best she had had ! Will definitely be back
Food was outstanding and incredibly cheap, you could easily add £1-£2 to some of your dishes and no one would blink, as portion sizes are quite generous. Some of the waitresses could be a bit more friendly, didn't see much personality but perfectly functional and efficient.
Great venue! Great service! All staff made us feel very welcomed!Highly recommend! Unbelievable value!
We had a very pleasant evening, the food was really good and wine list affordable though not extensive. We were a party of 5 and did feel a little squashed in the booth we were allocated but this didn't spoil our enjoyment. The service was not bad considering it's a new venue and the food was served fairly promptly.
We will definitely visit again as the location is perfect for us and we are interested in seeing what the Terrace is like in the summer.
Fantastic service, great decor, delicious food! Cocktails were also delicious!
Very disappointing; it spoilt my boyfriend's birthday. Tiny portions and extremely expensive for what you get; I left feeling hungry even though I had a starter and a main. We had to ask for napkins 3 times, as we didn't have 2 to begin with and then they were not replenished after our starters. We had to send chips back that were cold and received the same portion back that had been re-fried and were at this point dark brown. There were other issues with the service which was quite poor, but these were the main issues. He ordered the lamb Main dish; it was a very small portion the size of a soup bowl. He described it as a glorified Irish stew. I ordered the butternut squash street food dish which I realised would be small which is why I ordered a side of fries but was still expecting a larger portion than I received, which was very small and barely warm. The food in itself wasn't bad but poor service, portion size and value for money completely outweighed the positives. We did however like the restaurant decor.
