Located in the heart of York minutes away from York Minster and The Shambles, this stylish restaurant boasts elegant interiors and an attractive heated outdoor courtyard.

Lucia's patisserie is open from 9am every day. The main restaurant opens from 12pm.

    I would definitely recommend this place, we came to York for my boyfriend’s birthday and Lucia made it a wonderful experience. Staff were friendly and food was amazing.

    A beautiful setting, very clean and staff were friendly and professional. The service was amazing along with the food. Our meals came out piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend and we would 100% return when we are next in York. We went for our daughters 21st, they had a card for her and brought a desert with a candle and sang happy birthday.

    We have been coming to Lucia's for a number of years & always had a great time. However on this occasion we were seated in the area located across the courtyard not the original building. Very disappointing lacked atmosphere, decor pretty but not as nice, quite a distance to the toilets & sat directly in line with the air conditioning unit so very cold, however do appreciate could be a godsend during the warm months. Wasn't particularly blown away with the food. Left slightly disappointed, as we had brought friends who had never been before & we had raved about how beautiful it was. Sadly not on this occasion. 😞

    Loved our experience. We went for bottomless brunch and my boyfriend is dairy free. I emailed before to ensure we would miss out on the experience which was helpful but at the restaurant they were great at making sure everything was dairy free for him and letting us order from different menus due to this. Service was great, amount of food was good and drink selection was delicious! Thanks :)
