We were told that food would be served as soon as they were ready, but after one and a half hour of waiting, the kitchen had run out of the food we had ordered which meant that some of the guests never had food to eat during the time we were there.

This has to be one of the worst dining experience and disorganisation we've ever had from a London restaurant. Arriving at five to nine on Sat evening 5 minutes early for our table to ensure we met the 15 minute grace period. Waited at the door stood up for 15 minutes as table was not ready. It would seem quite a few other people were waiting too and the queue overflowing onto the street. At 9.15pm we were then told to take a seat at the bar by the toilets - 5 minutes later with no menu and still waiting for our proper table, we were bought 5 glasses of tap water - still no acknowledgement of anything. 5 minutes after that, one menu arrived to share between 5. Then nothing for another 5 minutes. You could see the venue was under immense strain from greedily overbooking time slots. Staff were stressed and with the 'we can't do anything about it' attitude, it would seem like this is a common occurrence. At 9.30pm - half an hour later we were taken to our table - our drinks were collected from the table we were sat at, to be taken to our food table, which incidentally was right next to a stand /counter cutting up fish and under a speaker which was ridiculously loud. We own a nightclub - so by no means unaccustomed to music. We couldn't talk to the person next to us. The waitress had forgotten who's drink was who, and just put them down for us to sort out. Clearly a training issue there. We were then left a further 10 minutes without seeing anyone - by this time, we'd had enough. We got up and explained that we'd rather miss dinner, than sit and receive this type of service in a venue which clearly doesn't put the customer first and where we were already over half an hour late for our table and service was non existent. To be honest - The Gordon Ramsey name means nothing - for a man that makes a living going around finding fault in other peoples businesses in this industry - this should be his next stop - such a hypocrite. Try Park Chinoi or Hakkasan!

They call it Gordon ramsey restaurant wow. But the service was terrible. Where do I start, they first bought the egg fried rice with starters and need to took it back to bring with mains and later served that cold fried rice. And then we ordered two plates of lamb chops for two people and they brought 4 lamb chops in 1 plate and didn’t even said that, that’s 2 portions. Second person who ordered is waiting ages for the lamb chops with empty plate, and then we asked where is the lamb chops for the other person they went to kitchen and came back with the news that the plate with 4 lamb chops is 2 portions and the other person already ate half of it. It’s terrible atleast they should’ve told while serving. Last but not least we had birthday of our family member and we asked a little slice of cake, and they bought the smallest little moon mochi seriously. Worst experience ever.

Terrible service. Food took very long to come out. Steak was overcooked and food had very little flavor. Server spilled drinks on our table. Music was very loud and lights were extremely low. Would not recommend and actually would deter me from trying Gordon Ramsey restaurants in the future.

Had an enjoyable lunch with clients. Restaurant was busy which resulted in slow service but the staff were very friendly. The food was generally good and reasonably priced for the location (except the Egg Fried Rice at £20 a portion!), but the wine is ridiculous expensive. We had 2 bottles of Whispering Angel at £89 each which I can buy at North & South Wines for £16 and for that single reason probably will not visit again.

The food was excellent but the price point was intentionally high with the Ramsey name in use. While the food was good, it wasn’t any more impressive than any other mid to high end Asian cuisine. Definitely not disappointed, but I don’t think we will be back just to see the Ramsey name again, not at least at the current price point.

We had an amazing evening at Lucky Cat. Top notch service from all of the front of house staff. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the restaurant added some lovely acknowledgments during the evening, it made the dinner even more special. It goes without saying the food was excellent. Especially the mango and yoghurt sundae for dessert.

Server completely forgot about us after all dishes and drinks were served . We had to call him in order to pay . The venue was not extremely busy for the latter to happen . I don’t like a server to be overwhelming however a courteous checking here abs there is acceptable.

Beautiful restaurant, brilliant staff. Average food sadly. If you’re looking for food similar in the area I would go to the ivy asia or sexy fish, you’re paying the exact same money for much higher quality food. First time visiting and will only re visit for drinks next time.

We were very excited to eat at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. We only had 3 nights in London and reserved one night for Lucky Cat because we heard good things. I was disappointed. Nothing tasted especially good. Sushi was fair. Tempura shrimp was very bland. Crab buns were fishy. After eating these items we waited 40 minutes for the lamb chops. I expected excellence from Gordon Ramsey. If he were there he would have been embarrassed.

The receiptionist is welcoming and she attended to us right away. Even though we came in early, she let us sit on our booked table and be comfortable. The ambiance was very professional vibe, very classy and I like it. The server who attended us served us properly, explain all the differents sets of foods and suggested good food to try. The best part was the Rare Breed Sirloin which is costly but we let our 10yr old kid try it. To my suprise he ate most of it, as they're supposed to share with my husband. But he ate 80% of it, husband just got only 2 slices. He loves the steak and rated it 9.7!!! knowing he's a picky eater. Also, we tried the lunch sets and pick the steak as well.. all of it are so yummy and good. We also devour their Roasted Lobster and Scallops which is really tasty, mouth-watering and all! If only they're affordable, we would like to have another round! But we're on tight budget. We tried Warm Sake and 2 different kinds of cocktails. I loved their Kakigori cocktail, it's a bit costly but I do love it. I tried another one which is Natsu but not really good to my taste bud. I love Kakigori more. I was hoping they will provide a special treatment for a birthday celebrant but not really, well at least they gave us a complimentary plate with a Happy Birthday chocolate writings on it, but no candle. If they just told me that I need to pay for their cake and put a candle, I would do it anyways. If you want to try Gordon Ramsay restaurant chains and splurge a bit with food, I highly recommend this Resto. :)
