   Travelled from Derby for a special occasion. The staff were super professional and very attentive. They accommodated our needs and the highlight of it for me as it was my boyfriends birthday was the food. The food was great especially the shrimp fried rice and rosemary lamb, just perfect! Ended our stay with a complimentary dessert as it was a birthday meal. Thank you very much, will be coming back again!

   We booked a bottomless brunch for my birthday. I’ve been to Lulu many times previously and have had nothing but praise for the food, the aesthetics and the service. When I’d previously visited for a birthday, we were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and had a “happy birthday” brownie at the end of the meal. In the 90 minute “bottomless” brunch, we’d been served 5 drinks each. 5 rounds. And out of these 5 rounds of drinks, we had to leave our table, go and find the manager/waiter and request more drinks ourselves. There was no welcome birthday drink and no birthday brownie. When I’d told the manager that the service for our table was terribly lacking, the manager apologised, brought us another round and then disappeared again and left us in the same neglected position. This shoddy experience has now altered my view on Lulu Wild and I will not be returning or recommending to anyone else.

   All good absolutely delicious, enjoyed every single item order even though we couldn’t finish it all!! Drinks and cocktails excellent, service impeccable only downside was lack of ladies toilets due to technical issues.

   We did a bottomless brunch 26/04 we were a table of two in the corner. The brunch was 90 mins and if we didn’t ask for Prosecco we would have had 2. The two times we did ask they forgot and at the end of the brunch i asked for one last one because we hardly had any and the lady doing the drinks forgot again. They definitely prioritised then hen do and other tables. The food was amazing (even tho they gave us meat instead of veggie honest mistake least they noticed before we ate it) But paying £45 for the meal and the little drinks we had was terrible. Really disappointed overall won’t be coming back.

   I celebrate my birthday at lulu yesterday vibes was so good had a lovely time. Staff were really amazing didn’t get there names. But they were absolutely lovely. I will defo be coming back with my friends. Really enjoyed my time and the birthday plate is just beautiful. Thanks for the amazing service
