Tutto di altissimo livello, una menzione particolare occorre farla per il risotto nascosto. Nonostante ci sia stato un piccolo problema con il servizio del filetto Rossini, cui lo chef e tutto lo staff hanno saputo rimediare tempestivamente, è stata una esperienza eccezionale. Tornerò sicuramente.

一番品数の多い、tasting menuを選びました。食材への深い洞察が感じられる斬新で美味しい料理。その斬新さが、独自性のアピールとか 、そういうことよりは、シェフの繊細な味覚と嗅覚の追求の結果なのだろうと思わせるものがありました。今回は選択しなかったですが、野菜のコースもあったので、そちらもいつか食べてみたい、このシェフの野菜の解釈や展開をもっと知りたいと思うほど、気にいった店になりました。

I was at LUME one year ago. I found the creativity of the chef Luigi Tagliente better and better. The acidity coming from agrume is the distinct factor of the Chef, and I like it a lot.

Lume was a fantastic experience. The delicious and delicate dishes were a true exploration of Ligurian cuisine. The staff were very friendly and polite. The detail of every dish was perfectly attended to and we came out of the restaurant feeling full and happy. The outside garden area was quiet and peaceful among the citrus trees. We would recommend this restaurant to all of our friends. Thank you!
Incredible culinary experience, a hidden gem very deserving of their Michelin star (should have 2 Michelin stars). We will definitely return next time we are in Milan.

Insgesamt eine solide Leistung für ein 1 Sterne Restaurant. Das New Milano Menü (140 Euro für 8 Gänge) ist modern interpretierte italienische Traditionsküche. Bei fast allen der 8 Gänge spielen diverse Citrusaromen eine Rolle - mir persönlich fehlte da etwas die Vielfalt. Safran war bei 2 Gängen sehr pointiert in Szene gesetzt. Meiner Begleitung hat es sehr gut gefallen, mir war es zu intensiv. Wirklich gut und inspiriert die Leber.
Die Weinkarte ist vielfältig und überraschend frankophil. Tolle Auswahl an Champagnern. Insgesamt eher traditionell, Natural- oder Orangeweine sucht man leider vergebens. Die Preisgestaltung ist ambitioniert. Sehr bedauerlich ist, dass man keine auf die Menüs abgestimmte Weinbegleitung angeboten bekommt.
Schönes Ambiente , Essen sieht toll aus aber hält nicht die Erwartungen stand, Preis Leistung stimmt garnicht , 140 € Menü gegessen, hauptgang panierten Schnitzel typisch milanese, 50 gramm Fleisch, nicht zu empfehlen Sch ade, schöne Location Top Service

La experiencia de comer en LUME es indescriptible, todo el menú es un conjunto de experiencias culinarias en donde el chef Taglienti y todo su equipo se esmeran al 100% en cada platillo que llevan a la mesa. La carta de vinos es muy selecta y variada.
Como lo indica la reseña de Michelin, Productos de primera calidad, una evidente fineza en la elaboración, sabores marcados y una notable regularidad en la confección de los platos.
En nuestro caso se esmeraron para hacernos sentir como en cada y me ayudaron a celebrar nuestro aniversario de Bodas de una manera muy especial
One of the best eating exeprience you can have in Milan. Sèectacular location the experience of chef taglienti is very sphisticated. Very intriguing if you know very well the different italian coocking tradition and very inspiring if you do not know italian cusine very well. So a uniqe experience anyway
Very attentive service, but not overwhelming. They made it seem like it’s about us and not about them. Though I have been to fine dine restaurants before, I have never experienced so good service. The food was also very good, a reinterpretation of the traditional Milanese kitchen (we had the new Milan tasting menu). I was completely charmed and impressed: the ambiance, the food and, most importantly, the service & the staff. As a min point, I found too loud and dramatic the kitchen.
The food experience at Michelin star Luigi Taglienti was one of he best we had in our long experience with this kind of restaurant. Taste, quality, creativity and art are well mixed in an unforgettable experience that bring you a wow at every dish. Luigi was so kind and the project he is driving is strong and well prepared. The staff is young but able to support the excellence and top level that drive the philosophy of the restaurant. We loved tha maitre Federico and the sommelier Ilario that spent time to explain us their ambition and were so prud to be part of Luigi's project. Good also to see a woman working with them (Diana) that increase the quality and creativity of the staff.
This was just the first time we were at Lume but in the future we are planning many evenings there

This is one of the most horrifying dining experience in my whole life. The food after the fourth course are just not eatable- super sour pasta, unbelievable salty fish , the eel was just smelt like dead fish just picked up from a rubbish dumping site. I was so annoyed at the end of my meal. The chef tried to test my tolerance level by the last dessert - sea urchin mixing with orange skin - I would kill myself if I ever go back !
A stunning meal with layers of flavor and creativity. Gorgeous all white setting with vast spaces between tables which provide privacy. One of our top five meals ever across five continents over last two decades.

Dinner at LUME was our culinary highlight during our recent trip to Milan, Portofino, and Rome. It lives up to its Michelin star and, given my experiences at Brooklyn Fare and Blanca, should probably have two by now.
The decor is minimalist but the staff manages to create a warm, yet not intrusive atmosphere. One of the guests in our group is a vegetarian and the vegan and vegetarian dishes were some of the most daring and praised during our meal.
If you are in Milan, or have the great privilege to call it home, LUME is a restaurant that should be on your bucket list. I hope we get the chance to enjoy it again soon!
Quisimos arriesgar por la experiencia del menú Gourmet creaciones del chef. Empezamos bien con los dos o tres primeros platos .... de ahí para esperar el siguiente plato tardó mucho más de lo normal y así consecutivamente.!!!! Al tener en. considerando que eran cerca de 10 platos, antes de los postres ya habían pasado 2 horas de nuestra llegada. Las pociones muy muy pequeñas en dos o tres cucharadas terminábamos
Si hubiera valido la pena la experiencia de probar algo nuevo delicioso no me quejaría. Pero los platos principales realmente poco sofisticados !!! Muy intensos y precio demasiado alto !!!
