   Spent a lovely couple of hours there 10/05/25. We were in the circle of life room and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the location. Best of all was the service. I one hundred percent recommend

   Wonderful experience for 16th birthday. We all had an excellent time. Staff were very efficient and very friendly. Atmosphere was marvellous. Food was brilliant. Have been before and will come again.

   Fab food and service downside was less than 2 hours for table and given bill with £14 service charge which we could of removed but didn’t and was hassled out wasn’t busy in there and open till 5 less than 4 tables full A shame as been quite alot and price went up after booking and shame rushed out 45 mins before close

   Thank you for taking time to leave a review Samantha, all feedback is appreciated. Our records show that your party were seated at 14:19 and your bill was paid at 16:20 which allowed two hours in the tea room. Our guidelines that are issued leading up to the booking do advise that your afternoon tea booking is for one hour and forty five minutes but highlights that you can ask to stay for a drink in our piano Lounge area which is open until 5pm. If we had known you wanted to stay a bit longer we would have course shown you to a table in this area and taken your drinks order. Although our premises is open until 5pm, our tea room closes earlier in order to allow our waiting team to clear and lay tables for the next day. We are sorry to hear that you felt rushed on this occasion.

   We really enjoyed our Afternoon Tea. The food was delicious and service very good with the added touch of a candle in one of the cakes to celebrate my friend's birthday. Looking forward to our next visit

    Music a little too loud. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for coffees. Should have abided to original cost at time of booking. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Very welcoming and respectful throughout.

    Thank you for taking time to leave a review Jan, all feedback is appreciated. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your afternoon tea and received good service. Should you attend again and find the music a little too loud, please do advise staff and we will adjust to a lower volume. Unlimited tea or cafeteria coffee is included in the afternoon tea price, speciality coffees such as latte's and cappuccino's are additional cost, this is highlighted on the tea menus provided. We did unfortunately have to make the decision to increase our prices from the 1st April 2025, written notice was provided to customers and the refund of deposits offered for cancellations. This was not a decision made lightly but was necessary in order to facilitate the price increases from our suppliers.
