Been here many times before with no issues. However, when I booked we were double booked somehow, so our booking got moved from 3pm to 6.30pm. When we arrived the table wasn’t ready, so had to wait 20mins at the bar. We then selected our option for bottomless brunch, went to select our drinks - to be told there was no mulled wine. It was very noisy and very dark inside. The only positive really was that the food was good.

Really good atmosphere, with it being near Christmas it was busy but it was great! Really lovely food, hot and fresh.. service was fab too, nothing was too much trouble! Would highly recommend

The best roast in Leeds and one of the best I’ve ever had. Food and service was superb from Start to finish. Great value for money and also halal chicken. Sundae was unreal too

Quick catch up with Uni daughter for food really, it’s obviously a bottomless brunch place but it’s really nice ,food and drinks spot on and great staff, I’d definitely go again , maybe for a bb 😉

Went here for Sunday lunch. Its not too far from the main city centre area, but that's a good thing as more likely to be able to get a table. The Sunday lunch was a good portion size, we enjoyed ours and the Sunday lunch deals are affirdable if you want to splash out on more than one course. Only thing I would like to see is to be able to use cash as its a card only venue.

We reserved a table outside last minute for a cheeky Friday lunch treat and Mad Frans had no problem accommodating us and we had a lovely lunch, food served quickly and was hot, staff checked we were OK and drinks were brought to our table outside very quickly too. Will be going back - probably for another Friday lunchtime treat!

To say the beef was cooked overnight it was served very pink. It was tasty though. There seemed to be only one person serving and at times he could have done with some help.

2nd visit to Mad frans and it didn't disappoint food was amazing service was quick and very friendly Our main server was Scarlett who was very professional and friendly I also left my phone there and she did try and get it back to me straight away I did get it back the next day Very good value and will return and will recommend

Absolutely loved our visit to mad frans. We had the bottomless brunch and was not disappointed! The food was delicious and the drinks were plentiful! Staff were attentive and made sure we always had a drink on the go. Would highly recommend and we would absolutely return when we come back to Leeds

First time at Mad Frans for bottomless brunch & it did not disappoint, great value for money tasty food, the waitress we had was brilliant very friendly & attentive we didn’t have to call her over once, unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she was fab!!! the only thing we would criticise and this is just our opinion, serving cocktails in a tall tumbler glass does not do the drink justice & doesn’t look appealing & the Porn Star martini needs some work, but other than that a really good time had by me & my 3 friends 😊

Excellent as always we’ve been multiple times for bottomless brunch and you cannot beat it Fast service for drinks which is great , food is always fabulous and the staff are always super friendly I would highly recommend I just need to try the Sunday lunch now as that looks great too

Sunday roast. Food was great! Value for money. Well cooked and big portions. Friendly attentive staff. Was a little quite which was fine by us for the day/time (Sunday lunch), but if you wanting a bit of atmosphere go later.

We were really let down on this visit. We had one diner who is coeliac and when he ordered the burger (the only gf option) he was informed there were no gf buns available as they’d been busy. A member of out group went to Sainsbury’s (next door) and bought some!! And then when the food was coming out we were informed that the gf option now couldn’t have chips as the fryer had been contaminated and then provided some strange boiled potatoes….really disappointing

Good Morning, firstly thank you for your feedback. We obviously take allergens very seriously and we apologise sincerely that our processes were not actioned in this case. I have already spoken to the chef and the server about this matter and ensured that this miscommunication doesn’t happen in the future. I am aware that the guest didn’t pay for his food and was also given in free drink, i really hope this doesn’t tarnish your view of Mad Frans as a whole and give us another try in the future.
