Great place to eat. Not only were the appetizers all amazing the service was amazing. The mozzarella cheese wontons were amazing. The lobster bisque soup was the best I ever had. The service was top notch. We really felt very cared for.
This was our second time at the restaurant and it was excellent. The service was wonderful. Very pleasant servers and the atmosphere couldn't be any better. We have told a lot of our friends about you, so I hope they will come and visit you all.
First time there. We were very impressed. Service was excellent, your dinners were impressive. Noticed they had a happy hour. Can't wait to try it.
I have been to Madeline’s several times. The ambiance is wonderful, the service is excellent but the food leaves something to be desired. One time I got a small piece broken dish in my sandwich. This time my guest’s calamari was overcooked and chewy. Management is always very attentive and concerned but the food should really be more consistent.
Loved the experience at Madeleines. Food was very good. Lobster bisque excellent! Atmosphere is very inviting. I ordered crab cakes. I like my food steaming so it could have been hotter. Overall a wonderful night .
We had a wonderful meal and Alex was wonderful!! Will tell our friends about Madeline's
I love the atmosphere of this place. The food was OK. I believe my wife and I need to try this place again.
We went for a birthday brunch. Our service was poor. The girl assigned to our table got an unexpected large party so we were reassigned. Unfortunately, It was very obvious that we were squeezed in for the other girl. Nice waitress but. Had to ask for water, had to ask water refills, had to ask for coffee refills. It wasn't that busy at that time on Sunday. Also, The manager although might have just been just being nice, asked us 3 different times if everything was okay. The 4 of us at the table all thought the same thing...he was rushing us out. Maybe he wasn't, but it was what we all felt. The food was good(not that price worthy)...BUT unfortunately, service was poor. We were very excited to try Madeline's. But walked away unimpressed.
My wife and I come there every Sunday!!! This past Sunday our service was great but we were informed the Quiche would not be ready for 45 minutes. Granted this is the first time it has happened but when you come there for a specific item it should be available at opening. We got there at 915 and it would not be ready for 45 minutes. Not good!!!
The lunch meu was nicely varied. Prices were slightly above average but not ridiculous. Dinner is overpriced as so many newer restaurants are. But the food I very good.
Atmosphere is a bit "sterile". Very clean and comfortable but lacks any true ambiance. The ice cold LED lighting reminds me of an office building. It needs help!. They need some decorating as it looks like a new home you just moved into. Granted, it is a new place, but I want ambiance when I dine out besides good food.
service was also very good. I would come back again for lunch, but I think the lighting for evening time would not be what I want. Definitely lacks coziness!
But worth a try.
Great service and very delightful food ! Will definitely be going back .
Outside atmosphere is great. Food and drinks were very good.
Sat in the outdoor area as it was a pleasant evening outside. Service was excellent as well as the food and drink. Will definitely be going back again.
Great food, service, and Peroni
We had a problem with our food being lukewarm to cool but the management remedied the problem immediately and went more than out of there way to make it right. We will definitely be returning to Madeline’s and are looking forward to an enjoyable visit. The manager Eduardo was attentive and personable he just did things right. Hopefully there paying him well because he deserves it.
Many eateries pay far to little attention to food temperature that a well warmed plate would remedy.
Prime rib was a diner quality cut. My wife's filet mignon was well prepared.
I never mind paying a bit more for a quality meal, but Madeline's was far overpriced for the food that we were served.
We were pleased with our dining experience. We celebrated my husband's birthday, and they brought him a delightful golden box of chocolates. Food was excellent, but slightly over-priced. Loved the ambiance, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. We will definitely return.
Excellent newer restaurant. Great menu choices, and a variety of wines and drinks. Excellent service and pricing in line. Have been here several times in past 3 months, and always good food, nice presentation.
The crab stuffed mushrooms were awful! We told the waitress they tasted “fishy” .. she said “sorry”
.. we paid $12. And they were awful!
My husband and I frequented the "old" Madeline's and we were anxious for the Fogelsville Madeline's to open. We weren't disappointed. Some of our favorites are still on the menu. Lunch was excellent and service was very good. We will definitely return.
Your home fries were more like potato chips, and your eggs benedict need more hollandaise sauce. Would I recommend this place to a friend probably not but I may come try something else next time.
Love...wonderful food. And service.... They went above and beyond .
My husband and I took my sister-in-law to Madeline's for her birthday. She had never been there before. This was our second time there. Our waitress (Madeline) was fantastic! Very personable and rolled with my husband's teasing comments. Our food was wonderful. The lobster bisque was outstanding as was the sausage and potato soup. Our meals of crab cake and the salmon were very tasty. The food was hot. (On our first trip to Madeline's within the first few weeks of the opening, My meal was just warm.)
My husband was also very impressed with his Old Fashion. He asked for it to be made a specific way, and the bartender was spot on with it! It was quite noisy in the room in which we were seated. It appeared to be a table full of teachers possibly celebrating the conclusion of the first week of school. We were fine with that though. I am a retired teacher of 36 years, so I get it. Can't wait for our next trip to Madeline's!
We visited Madline's last weekend and were warned from friends that they are SLOW. Well, we have 730 reservations - received our food at 8:45! There were two of us and orders were simple burgers. It was moderately busy, our waitress was just ok - very slow, no refills on our bar drinks even after we flagged her down and asked. We were disappointed
Excellent meal — Ashley was friendly and customer service oriented.
Glad we had reservations as it was busy. Service was very good. Clean, nice atmosphere. Didn't like where our table was located. It was too close to the door for outside seating which was opened and closed on a regular basis.
Went for brunch on Sunday, and 3 of us each selected something different, and everything was great! The outside patio is very nice. I will definitely be back for happy hour and dinner.
Food can be inconsistent from one week to the next. Same goes for the service. Your drinks are a little pricey but not outrageous. Your draft beer prices are totally unreasonable. We would never stop for happy hour and something to eat at those prices. I understand you do want a certain clientele there but something needs to be done with beer and drink prices. There is no incentive to stop%.
The restaurant was beautiful.Tables, bar, layout, cleanliness and decor. Our server was Karolyn who was very energetic and did her best to please.Enjoyed her. I would recommend this place only for snacks. pizza and sandwiches.meals were terrible.I had Chicken Piccata.Chicken to thick for this. could not cut it and no sauce and no taste. My husband got rack of Lamb. Three Lamb chops.tough asked for med -rare came out almost raw for $40 not worth $20.Might return.Never for an Entree!Maybe a cocktail and a snack.
The service was impeccable and the prices were reasonable along with a nice atmosphere. The food has promise that hopefully with time under their belt , will only get better. The management was accommodating in refunding a meal with out asking for compensation. Great vibes
Waitress was also bartending , she was very professional . I could see she had too many responsibilities . She had about 7 tables plus tending the bar . She was always pleasant. The general manager brought our food out. He was friendly and informative. The food was very good . We were there for brunch , I had the steak and eggs and my husband had French toast. The bruch prices were very reasonable for the quality. Even though the drinks we had where very good , I felt they were on the high side.
My wife and I have been to Madeline's several times now and overall we are very pleased with our visits. Last week we had dinner there and my smoked brisket was outstanding and wife's salad was very fresh and tasty. This past Sunday we decided to try the brunch (warning: they are only open for brunch on Sunday and close at 3PM). We had breakfast and this definitely wasn't their strongest meal. The food was good, although a bit differently prepared than a lot of breakfast options. Scrambled eggs weren't really scrambled as much as 'chopped' into bits of yellow and white fried eggs. Home fries were very plain and were more like sliced boiled potatoes. Very bland! My wife had the quiche of the day which was very nicely done and she enjoyed it. Not sure if we'll order breakfast there again. It wasn't bad, but there are other options that are better and less expensive.
Exceptional! An outstanding gathering place for our community. Staff is not only friendly but highly trained, professional and eager to make any evening there special. The menu is extensive, there is a kid’s menu and everything we have tried has been delicious. Considering the care, preparation, presentation and quality of all the above- well worth an extra dollar or two!
Beautiful facility and great atmosphere!!! Dining upstairs on balcony seems to delay service a little but not to much of an issue if you are there for a special occasion.
Nice setting over priced though. 1500 for 3 scallop appetizer!!!! Drinks didnt taste like alcohol were in them , over pr.iced. sandwiches were ok but we felt overpriced.
Our waitress was a delight in every way, knowledgable about the menu, willing to offer recommendations but not pushing them, attentive but not hovering. Just a delight. The food was plentiful, served as described, excellent on the taste buds.
Food was great, especially the desserts! The setting is both sophisticated and cozy. Our waitress, Natalie, was very friendly and attentive! We would definitely go back again!
Great food- wonderful service. My only thought: the lights are as bright as a Perkins. . . maybe even brighter. It looked like they turned UP the lights to clean the place, and never turned them down. I hate very dark restaurants, where you can't read the menu. They could dim them--- more--- than the waitress said-- that they had already dimmed them at 5PM. That's all--- I'll be back. Great herbed salmon and risotto--- the peanut butter cheese cake was superb!
Our return visit was less tasteful than the first. We arrived on a Monday without the usual weekend crowds, and the place was relatively empty. Even then, we were delayed in being guided to our table as the hostess decided to take details on selling a gift card to a customer rather than asking the person to kindly wait until the line of people was seated. There are a wide variety of choices, and we chose their burgers. The bacon cheeseburger consisted of a thick slab of bacon on top of a well-cooked burger (although I ordered it med-well and my wife medium); they did not taste as good as other hamburgers we’ve had. Service was slow, but courteous.
The outdoor patio is very lovely with a bar. It took over an hour to receive our food which was burgers and a steak sandwich. The waiter was very apologetic, and the manager gave us free desserts which were delicious. We are also suppose to be getting a gift card. I will give this restaurant another try.
