   I’ve been dining at Misael’s restaurants for over 4 years and this reservation was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. For about 20 minutes after being seated no one approached us till I flagged someone down that no waiter had been at our table yet. She took our order and brought our drinks, great. A random table was placed behind my boyfriend which now staff kept brushing against him to pass by since the table was placed in a walkway path, that table was then brought all their food and after 57 minutes and asking my waiter twice for our food which was basic enchiladas and 3 steak tacos, it finally came out, and the tacos were cold. Then I flagged down a supervisor and told him my tacos were cold and his comment was, “what do you want me to do about it.” Stunned I said well I’ve already waited an hour for these tacos and seen others get served the same thing before me who arrived after so I’d like it to at least be warm. He took the tacos and came to say new ones were being made but 5 minutes later the tray was brought back to me. At this point it’s 9pm I had already been there for an hour and a half and I so frustrated. No one gave a genuine apology no one was compassionate. It get it was a busy night and I wasn’t spending hundred of dollars on bottles but I was still a guest. I will never be visiting this location again.

   It was very cold and the service was very slow and the communication was very poor our food was wrong and the server spilled a drink and didn’t clean it up. I had to keep asking can the server pick up plates that where finished food took a long time to come out and it wasn’t full capacity. I talked to the supervisor but he made a lot of excuses for the server and not understand it was just not the greatest and charged a lot for gratuity. Never going back

   We had a 9 PM reservation, but we waited an entire hour before anyone acknowledged us. Finally, someone came over and asked, “Have you been served?” When we told him no, he responded, “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry.” Then left. The party next to us was also frustrated because it took forever for the staff to bring out a birthday cake for a little girl. Meanwhile, the employees were standing around, chatting and laughing instead of helping customers. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was so shocked that I looked up other reviews to see if others had similar experiences, and it turns out they did. Save yourself the trouble—don’t come here.

   Perfect place for date night. Their service is great, friendly and helpful. We ordered the tomahawk and it was 10/10. The ambience is dim lighting, great music the vibe is fancy aesthetic.

   Mediocre food. Great ambiance for drinks and socialization. Service was decent. A little slow to be greeted at the table and when asking for refills or extra condiments. Overall okay experience.

   Music extremely loud, as if clubbing. Food fair but priced too high for value. Disappointing!

   This was the absolute worst birthday experience. I cannot believe we gave this place over $1,300 and 18% mandatory gratuity. I will be writing to cooperate about this horrible time , some of the most rude and unprofessional “Managers” , not getting even water for 45 minutes of sitting, and being told well I haven’t left the room yet . I am just so angry that 17 of my best friends had to be a part of this whole night . My birthday was ruined , so thank you Mama Por dios , DTLA , do better !!!!!!

    They don’t have enough menus even though the place was pretty empty so everyone is taking them back even before ordering. The drinks are sweeter but really good. Food was awesome & service was nice. Service was a little slow but otherwise very good
