Been here quite a few times now. There are a few good mains that I try to stick to like the blazing crumbed burger. This time i went for some creamy pasta which turned out better than I anticipated. The knafeh for dessert was the worst I’ve had yet. It was soggy, very poorly made.
Service was okay.
Overall, I’d still go back, would just avoid the knafeh.

Staff nice. Chips and wings good. Good prices.

Descriptions in menus are not detailed enough - did not expect chicken burger to be made of minced chicken. Two menus had pages missing. Not all mocktails were available. Whatever they spray the burger buns with had congealed into a jelly like substance on one bun. Order was was wrong in one menu item. Fairly noisy.

Disappointed as we often visit the Bradford branch which we love , we thought we would try the Preston branch as the menu was a little different. We reserved a table and it seemed they couldn’t find our booking , eventually they found it and seated us. The menu was ripped and falling apart, our food took over 30 mins to arrive, we weren’t told how long it would take. My husband ordered a steak and sweet potato fries and a sauce. The sauce came 10 mins after he received the steak, he had finished the steak and the sweet potato fries still hadn’t arrived, even though a waiter had said they were on the way. When asked a lady whom I presume is the manager she said we don’t sell them anymore, for another member of staff to pop up and say we have some and we are making them. The whole experience was dreadful and would not be returning to the Preston branch. I will add the mocktails tasted lovely, but the food is much better at the Bradford branch

I had booked a table brother's birthday via open table, however when I arrived the restaurant had no booking on record. They were however quick to sort a table for the 7 of us. The service however through the night was slow and we felt that we had to ask a few different people for things before it was bought to us.
