London Restaurant Festival: Complimentary glass of prosecco
Early dinner offer. Order from our a la carte menu (at least 2 courses) and get a glass of prosecco
Lovely Ambience and delicious Italian dishes, will definitely recommend this
Fantastic dining experience in a relaxed environment. Great service.
No self respecting Italian would serve food portions this size. I had 6 ravioli parcels and wouldn't have minded if the quality was outstanding but it wasn't. Bottle of average Primitivo £45 ....
This is the second time that we have visited Margot's within 6 weeks and once again it was a very enjoyable experience. Great detail was paid to the cleanliness and sanitation of the whole restaurant especially important during Covid. The service was impeccable and the food excellent. We had the 3 course menu which was good value. Would definitely recommend
Very nice atmosphere. Food less special than I remembered it
The place was nice looking and the service was good, unfortunately the food wasn’t at the level of the expectation or the price. The burrata wasn’t creamy, the truffle didn’t taste anything, the scallops were good but the portion was tiny, the ossobuco ugly looking and not tasty, the pasta very regular. Only the lamb cutlets and the potatoes were good. Then we ordered some desserts and couldn’t eat the lemon tart so tasteless it was... I wouldn’t recommend the place
Amazing as always. One of the best Italians in London. Impeccable service, delicious cocktails and every course divine. They are brilliant at catering for coeliacs too, even the tiramisu was gluten free! It’s pricey though so it really is for special occasions.
The staff made this evening special. My boyfriend and I went for dinner which staff wrote him a card with a happy birthday chocolate plate after our meal. Food itself was very good; I had lobster tagliolini which was made perfectly and I would recommend anyone to try it. Scallops starters were incredible too, however slightly on the salty side. We had a dry italian white wine which paired well. They had good cocktails which I did not expect and I would recommend trying a bramble cocktail. For dessert we had some port which was great too. Quiet enough to enjoy conversation but still had a great ambiance. Good level of lighting, clean toilets, helpful and friendly staff made this evening special. I would be visiting this place again.
the dinner and service amazing! best option in town for Italian food. we will repeat !
Food was fair to good. Truffle risotto a disappointment (tasteless truffles); scallops good but a meagre portion; chicken good; chocolate mousse and chocolate truffles both outstanding, as was the coffee. We sat at the counter where customers were not socially distanced, so we moved our stools to one side a bit to make things as safe as possible. The service was attentive and highly professional, although there was an issue with where to put coats (no cloakroom operating) when sitting at the counter. Prices seemed fair for the venue and location. This is a smart restaurant with decent food and polished service. We ate from the carte, but the set menu (£28 for three courses) looked good value. Would we return? Yes. Would we rush back? No
Really lovely food - very impressed by the service and the food. Although on the pricier side, lovely for a special occasion.
Everything was excellent. The service is impeccable, food outstanding, and the wine list brilliant. Recommend highly.
Still the best Italian Restaurant in London with fabulous staff! Elfa is the best maitre’d.
Had dinner here with two friends. The good was great, very good choices to accommodate everyone, and rather big portions. Not too sure about value but worth a visit.
Fabulous great service
A fantastic restaurant with a first class service. The food was exceptional. A real culinary experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody wanting a fine dining experience.
Amazing food and great service! I’ll definitely go again.
We had a fantastic meal for my mums 70th birthday. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet enough for my mum to hear while also having a nice buzz.
Gorgeous food and ambiance. Will go again and can highly recommend. The set menu is great value.
Excellent service and delicious food - my new favourite!
Crab ravioli and osso buco with risotto beyond praise
one of the best experience i've ever had! Nice vibes, amazing service, delicious food.. can’t wait to go again !
Everything was more than perfect! The food excellent, the service high quality, very elegant. We were there to celebrate my birthday and I received a very nice birthday card from the Margot team. Definitely we will come again.
The best Italian restaurant in London. Not cheap but certainly excellent value. Terrific friendly service and notable wine list.
Very good food and attentive service.
great restaurant, lovely food, great service...would definitely recommend
The main course was lovely but Tiramasou was so strong and had a weird sticky blob of something in the middle which spoilt it! Excellent service.
Amazing food and amazing service! Would 100% recommend
Really lovely dining experience with excellent food, wine & service. The carpaccio of sea bream was special.
Shame no changing facilities for babies
This restaurant has excellent reviews for good reason. The team here are coping exceptionally well working within the covid-19 restrictions. The food was excellent.
My favourite restaurant ever. It's our third visit to Margot and it was the busiest we have seen it. Very good news considering recent lockdown/social distancing rules. The restaurant is well prepared for social distancing, face masks and cleanliness
The hand sanitiser in the table was a great addition too. Look forward to returning soon.
Bland and disappointing food. Not worth the money spent.
Refined Italian food, and still very tasty. Good, if slightly expensive, wine choices from sommelier. Well spaced interior, and great service from all the staff.
Always excellent all round, one of our very favourite restaurants for family and friends occasions but would not hesitate to attend for work related meals.
Loved the place, lovely staff who are so friendly, will definitely go again!!
The food was so good.
Even gave me a lovely card for my birthday!
The restaurant really breaths class. I took my girlfriend there for our Anniversary, and it was really a good decision. We got served some special treat and card for the occasion. The food is delicious and the portion are decent, considering the quality and the standard of the menu.
We really had a great time, and the service is personal and friendly.
We chose Margot's as they were scrupulous with their Covid precautions ie sanitising, wearing masks and distance between tables. The service was impeccable, professional, friendly and helpful.
We chose the set 3 course menu which was well priced and delicious. The fish was especially fresh and tasty and all courses were beautifully presented.
We would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.
