Food was average but most importantly the service was terrible, we were interrupted have way through our meal while eating by on of the waiters to take one of our chairs to use for another table, my wife had to them move her bag and onto the table. Secondly the western lady who was serving (seemed like was in charge) had her face mask down around her Neck. I would not return due to standards dropping significantly, poor service and lack of concern over diners safety.

Amazing desserts. But sadly two very uninspiring main courses. Rather too formulaic for the amount being charged.

Good value for the money. Food good bit less adventurous than some comparable JA locations. Great position with a nice view over the Marina. Truly excellent service from Lester who stood out.

The food was excellent but the portion size for the price was small. Either reduce the price or increase the portion size slightly.

We tried the "social roast" special, a choice of lamb, beef or chicken in any combination at the waiter's recommendation. My wife ordered lamb and beef and I chose chicken and beef. The food arrived within two minutes of ordering, so clearly it's precooked and sitting around under warming lights. Except that the beef was lukewarm, and the meats were coated in a buttery, oily spread that ruined the taste of what might have been good cuts. My wife sent hers back and requested a freshly cooked plate without the glaze or whatever they rub on the meat. The side dishes, particularly a carrot mash and a cauliflower gratin, were so buttery and salty as to be inedible. Even after the little we ate, we woke up the next day with mouths coated with icky glop and it took 24 hours to lose the bad taste. It's all a shame, because the setting overlooking the marina is attractive and reportedly some of the fish and other dishes are better.
