   We've eaten here many times over the years, and this was probably the worst experience to date. This was a pre-concert meal, the restaurant was less than half full and yet it took them nearly an hour to get our food to us. We were not alone - there were a lot of very frustrated and angry people. The waiting staff work hard, and yet the kitchen seems to work at snails pace with no desire to try and work any faster. Such a disappointment as the food is good, but the kitchen lets the whole thing down. Could be so much better.

   Very good welcome on our arrival, and a lovely pot of popcorn to have whilst waiting for our food and drinks to arrive. The drinks came swiftly, the chicken burger and fries were delicious.

   Excellent meal and the service was fantastic, the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. Samere was the best waiter ever, attentive, polite and helpful. Great customer service and ambassador for the restaurant and Hotel.
