Martini Restaurant
Long simmered soups, deliciously sauced meat and poultry dishes, the freshest of fish, homemade pastas, fabulous stone baked pizzas and fine cheeses. Plus a list of carefully chosen wines from Italy's leading producers. All this complimented by wonderful cakes and ice creams as only the Italians know how to make. Martini restaurant is just like Italy itself, colourful, exuberant, and happy...a visit, in this city with it's Roman past, is a must.
Our hotel suggested that we go to Martini for dinner, the food was superb and the service was even better! Big thanks to everyone who made the experience what it was. We will definitely be back!
Excellent service and food. It was genuine Italian food and very well prepared.
Food was gorgeous, initial welcome a little abrupt. Missing some candles for ambience but table service and food amazing
Had a great time with friends
A quiet week night visit. Prompt and pleasant service with very good food.
Busy old style Italian with traditional style and great pasta and drinks
This is one of my 3 favorite restaurants and b is fantastic as always great food brilliant service
Very good local restaurant run by Italians. Excellent pasta.
Great food. Good welcome. Nice wine. Good way to spend a Friday lunchtime!
Endless stream of people queuing behind our table and the door opening and closing mean lot for cold food and cold dinners. Suggest a curtain around door would help during winter months
THIS WAS OUR THIRD VISIT.
WHILST THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT THE DELAY IN RECEIVING THE MAIN COURSE AFTER DELIVERY OF THE STARTERS WAS EXCESSIVE.
IT IS QUITE LIVELY & ONE IS NOT ALWAYS IN THE MOOD TO HEAR THE WAITER SINGING
"SOLE MIO" WHICH MIGHT BE CHARMING AT THE FIRST VISIT BUT BECOMES TEDIOUS WHEN REPEATED AT SUBSEQUENT VISITS AND AT TIMES CAN SEEM INTRUSIVE.
NONETHELESS A VERY ENJOYABLE EVENING.
Excellent Italian food and service in the heart of Bath, UK. If you have a taste for a good glass of Primitivo, I would strongly recommend the delicious roast duck with blueberry reduction!
What a fantastic Italian restaurant in Bath. The service and food is 5 star. Only criticism is..."turn the lights down please".
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This is a really excellent Italian restaurant with real Italians, very good food and friendly efficient service.
Birthday meal for a friend - lovely waiters and excellent food! Highly recommended
Food was excellent! The service is quick and efficient. Is great place for decently priced food that doesn't take ages to get to the table.
Delicious food
Lovely food good atmosphere and great service. Graduation celebration. Highly recommended. Not cheap but great for a special occasion.
Great dinner for the whole family. We all ordered different things and everyone loved them. The staff came and sang happy birthday to my son, which was a nice touch.
Great food and service.
We very much enjoyed the food and it was good value, it's a shame the restaurant was quite so noisy (our booking was 7:30pm on a summer Wednesday evening) and that the wine was quite so expensive: £8.75 for a single glass of wine that would cost around £7 for the whole bottle in a supermarket. If you are looking for the best 'value for money', be prepared to go tee-total for this meal.
Excellent service and food was outstanding
Love this place staff are superb , very funny. And the food is exceptional!
Fantastic food and amazing staff! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Will definitely go again when next in Bath!
A proper restaurant with mature waiters who know what they are doing and interact with customers accordingly. Very good food , not cheap but compared to many , good value for what you pay.
Amazing! Lovely friendly waiters. Best Banoffee pie ever!
The food was amazing and the staff was very kind!
We had a very pleasant lunch for a birthday and were well looked after. Food was very good and sides were included which is something that seems to be in vogue to exclude. This was the third Italian restuarant visited this week, and on balance was the most enjoyable.
easy to book through the app. made immediately welcome. good table service. Menu extensive. Happy/lively/Italian atmosphere. Not over expensive. Would go back.
Mother’s Day lunch.
We were celebrating a family birthday and even sang happy birthday and sounded really good
A big shout out to all the staff at Martini -front of house and kitchen - for serving an excellent meal and helping to make my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration a memorable one! We arrived just after 6pm on a Wednesday evening and were seated along the wall opposite the bar (there are more private, cosier areas towards the back). It was quiet at first but very busy by the time we were leaving. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we were not kept waiting at any stage. My daughter’s dessert was accompanied by a rendition of Happy Birthday, which was really nice and not something we had asked for. The food was superb. We especially liked the Mozzarella Infornata and the Pollo Martini but the pizzas were also very good. There was nothing to find fault with. Just a shame we live so far away because we would return in the blink of an eye. Have already recommended to friends in Wiltshire. A class restaurant!
E
This restaurant was very busy with excellent staff and a warm welcome. I had gluten free pasta dish which was lovely. Whilst the staff were extremely friendly and busy it felt like a bit of a rush to get us out of the restuarant at times.
I would certainly recommend it.....
Lovely restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food.
Absolutely outstanding... we go once or twice a year.. travel from Leicestershire
Well worth it!!
Martini restaurant was recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint! The service was fantastic, I couldn't decide what to have but our waiter made excellent recommendations and we didnt have to wait long for our food between courses. Definitely worth a visit, but best to book as it gets very busy.
Buzzing Italian restaurant with good food and waiters will sing happy birthday!
Pleasantly surprised. Real Italian people and food.
Service was brusk. There was no engagement. The food was good but the service was efficient but no interest in the guests. Also there were a lot of children making a lot of noise. Would be better if they had a separate area if you are seeking to grow this area as it reduced the enjoyment.
Great reception, really engaging staff. Food was really tasty and plentiful. Would definitely recommend the Martini Restaurant.
