Fast service, good food, nice ambiance, parking may be difficult due to being in a busy shopping area

Prices have increased substantially. The food is good but a lot of my favorites (Fig and Prosciutto Pizza!!) are gone. The kale and brussels salad was just 'ok'. My Husband's chicken sandwich came out so insanely burnt he couldn't even cut through it. The server and GM were wonderful and made him a new one and it was delicious and also gave him a free drink to compensate. We sat outside near the firepit and heaters as it was actually really chilly. Great atmosphere.

The waiter was not great. We did not get refills or asked how our food was when we started eating. My order was wrong as well but manager took care of it.

Burgers were over cooked and the service was pretty slow. Some things were great, like the meatball appetizer, while others not so great.

I made the reservation but once I got there I was informed that their kitchen was having issues so no hot food would be available. That was enough for me to turn right back out the door especially since it was my first time in the establishment.

The manager that attended to us on 11/06 at 7.45 reservation was tremendously helpful and thoughtful. Our server was Maria. We ordered a meal from their now limited menu, which was temporarily taken off the menu that same evening. However, the kitchen didn't alert the server about this issue. Maria came back to our table and told us and asked if I wanted to order something. I said yes, NP. She quickly apologized for the inconvenience. Soon there after the manager came out and apologized to us. He offered us my meal and a salad on the house (no charge). While we appreciated the gesture and one would expect this to happen, it was the genuine concern and politeness that both Maria and the manager showed us. We were happy with the service and attentiveness of both staff members. Keep up the good service!👏🏽

The food was good, but could have been better. Good overall

Service was very slow we waited 1 1/2 hour for two pizzas they only had very small cups and the waiter was never around to refill my husband had to get up to get our pizzas at the kitchen I guess under staff our table was not available at the reservation time ☹️

Credit card machine wasn’t working so thankfully we had cash otherwise not sure how we were going to pay

This is a good safe place with plenty of outdoor dining.

Ordered the Tuna Tartare Tacos and had to send them back. No flavor what so ever and very strong fishy taste. Kids ordered chicken sandwich with fries and the fries were soggy. Service was slow and it almost appeared they were under staffed. Asked for ketchup and never got it. Table next to us was complaining about food and service as well. Price of meals does not match quality of food. I will probably never go back.

Terrible service it took 50 minutes for food to come out. Requested asparagus as a side order never came

Service is always poor at this place. We live nearby and go often and continually have the same experience. Waitstaff disappears. Plates are not cleared. Refills not offered. Very difficult to find your waiter to get the check.

The server was nice it was a little busy in the restaurant the food was outstanding the seating was good but the 1 thing that was bad was parking parking was so busy there the day we went we had to like 2 blocks from the place thank you matchbox

I was celebrating my birthday. Our service was wonderful and very attentive us us. We add a very large party (10).

I would give them a 5 stars for cleanliness and safety guidelines, however we waited over 45 minutes to receive our food, 15 minutes to receive our endless mimosas which only required them to bring us the bottle and juices that we would then serve ourselves in a plastic cup. The waitress did not acknowledge nor did she apologize for the long wait times. I've been to a few restaurants since the pandemic and new restrictions and I was not impressed with the service here and the bill we received, not to mention gratuity is included and the waitress did not mention and did not provide the receipt that showed it, we had to ask for the itemized receipt. I'm not a fan of writing poor reviews, but I would not recommend any one to go here if you are looking for a nice experience at a restaurant during these times.

The manager on duty and our server were awesome!!! We were celebrating my sweet moms 88th birthday and they went over and above to make her feel special. Our family has been dining at your restaurant at least 2 times a month from the day you first opened , we have celebrated many times at Matchbox and tonight even with everything going on you did not disappoint! Great place to eat at Sawgrass Mills! Service was great and the food as well! Celebrated anniversary here and it was wonderful. Don't forget to try "Monk in the Trunk" craft ale! Excellent!

The quality of food this time in comparison to the first visit wasn’t as good for the price that we payed. The alcoholic beverages prices were inflated. Good environment over all and the staff was very welcoming.

Had reservations for 7:15 PM...not real busy but didn't get seated until 7:30 in a far back room away from everyone which apparently includes the waiter. We felt like we were forgotten. Drinks came out slowly and not all together. Sodas had to be sent back cause they were all seltzer. Apps came out with the food. Waiter didn't check too often. Food was really good though. Desert got put on the check which we didn't ask for....we just mentioned it was a birthday get together. We will try again but I hope the service is better.

The experience was nice overall. Our server was very sweet and helpful. She explained the menu changes which helped us decide what we wanted. I definitely loved the bourbon crisp speciality drink with my all American brunch meal. It was a perfect pair together.
