Very nice place
We dined at theMayfair Kitchen for Mother’s Day luncheon and all four of us were delighted!
Great place to go to share tapas and drink some great Italian and Spanish wines (had a bottle of each)
One of the best restaurants in Mayfair. Small Tapas dishes but everyone is so tasty. The lamb cutlets and the Lobster Risotto are wonderful. I have been there 4 times with guests and cannot fault the food at all.
Visited here on friday with my husband. Nice laid back atmosphere. Staff very helpful and friendly and very good at recommending dishes. Mushroom risotto and prawn gambas were amazing but to be fair everything we had was delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant
I went to this restaurant a while ago and was impressed. Therefore, when I needed a restaurant in the neighbourhood to host out of town guests I booked it without hesitation.
However, we were all disappointed. Starting from our aperitif order to our coffees the service was poor, things simply did nor arrive on time or at all.
The food was amazing, lots of little dishes that are all so tasty. Although, the waiter told us they recommend to order 2-3 dishes, the risotto was so big I couldn’t finish my second dish which was slightly disappointing.
For the price, in central London it is great food. Although we did get charged £5.25 for a bottle of water that we didn’t ask for it just got brought to us and we assumed it was complimentary.
There is a 15% service charge added on which we payed. I think this is because the waiters were very attentive filling our glasses up constantly and I’m sure lots of people would enjoy this but we found it a bit uncomfortable as waiter did where constantly coming over to the table every few minutes when we could just fill our glasses ourselves.
Overall it was a nice experience and I would highly recommend as the food was really good.
the staff is generally great, very informative. our waiter was able to make recommendations and made sure my food choices were gluten free. The waiter took his time to explain which dishes were gluten free. However, some other waiting staff was a little snooty when asked for direction to the toilets.
Some great dishes, others overwhelmed by heat and I am generally inclined to prefer hot and spicy food
Had a lunch with a friend, interior is fresh and modern, food was good, although it tended to have a bit of a sour taste almost in every dish, maybe it was the chef’s preference. The bill took a while to come, and there was a mistake in the bill, not once but twice, so paying for the lunch took about 20 min. I understand that its a busy lunch time, but service needs to be more careful and considerate.
Came for Valentines Day dinner set menu. Complimentary cocktail was vile. Meal was rushed. 4 courses. Literally had just put fork in for 1st bite of 2nd course and they were bringing out 3rd, had to tell them to take it back till we were done. Table next to us had worse experience they forgot his 2nd course then served his wife dinner when they brought his 2nd course, he tried to explain to them, lost cause. Good food but not worth it. Fastest 4 course meal in history in and out in less than an hour!
Mm myeah. Food is OK, not bad, but nothing special. On the pricey side, but then it's Mayfair
Outstanding food, second to none. Brilliant service throughout.
Great menu and excellent service - I visit often and enjoy the set up
It’s a great place. The food is very good, the place very nice and the service excellent. The waiter Martin is the best ever!
Ok food but nothing special, you will find better tapas elsewhere imho.
The food was excellent, service was exceptional.
Food was very good. Service was slow. Waiter did not come to table unless we waived.
Service a bit OTT. 3 waiters constantly at our table filling water glasses.
apart from this everything else was EXCELLENT as always!!!
Great venue, food and service were great. Slightly pricey for tapas but you are paying for venue location. Not sure about the choice of ambience music but otherwise great experience.
It was great. The service is very good and the food is fantastic
One of the best restaurants in Mayfair getting rave reviews. The lamb chops and the lobster risotto are wonderful.
Loved the food!
Food very salty
Lovely atmosphere, beautiful service and great food, nice choice for wine and drinks! Went to the lovely bar after, good place to go out for diner and drinks atfer
Food was not great, it lacked salt and pepper or more seasoning. cocktails was good and staffs were amazing.
Super decent and elegant restaurant with great tapas with amazing taste
We went here for New Years Eve. The food was good, we had the New Years Eve set menu which included champagne, two canapes, then 4 courses. It was ok priced for the occasion, expensive, but that's NYE, I wouldn't pay that price if it wasn't NYE. We were however allowed access to the Bar after dinner, without having to pay the entry fee which was great for post dinner drinks. There was a live saxophonist, and drums. Quite expensive drinks though, and they added additional service charge to your drinks order which when you're queuing for a while and already paying inflated prices not sure my bank account was best please! Nether the less, it was good fun and nice way to enter the New Year.
Rally believe me I don’t now how I tell you everything good liked
Lovely for our Christmas lunch.
Food and service were great but for the quantity of the tapas dishes it was pricey.
Excellent as always.. Service was not good
Loved it, good vibe, atmosphere and lovely food
Food was excellent, very generous portions. Service was smooth. We all enjoyed it!
loved it at the Mayfair Kitchen - it was a quiet evening so we had great service. The food was excellent - some of the best tapas dishes in London. The plates were larger than usual tapas size so we were well fed. Lovely ambient and addition to the Mayfair Hotel. Highly recommend!
very nice food , good for group to share different food
Lovely lunch, great flavours, prosecco a bit pricy but lovely all the same
Our whole experience was great, atmosphere was really lovely, the staff were really friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and plentiful and worth every penny ... a lovely way to kickstart December!!
