I have to say I have eaten in other Ramsey restaurants and I was disappointed sadly. The staff on entry were cold, not the people I would have front of house to greet my well heeled clientele. The starter of prawns and chilli were ok not great though. Presentation as ok. The garlic bread was burnt and presented well either.
Followed by a fillet steak. Steak was very nice indeed. Pepper sauce was terrible. A side pot of sauce was ordered. It was basically hot water with hint of pepper but tasteless. The sauce was sent back and another appeared. It was still very thin consistency, hardly any taste, lighter in colour with a smidgin of cream. Not a sauce in my book though and I trained as a chef at hotel school for 3 years.
Drinks, waiter didn’t know his drinks wine menu very well. Hendrinks G&T was fine but terrible presentation and at £13 I expect it to look great. Just two slices of cucumber and ice. Which is fine. But it looked like my local pub had served it up.
Restaurant ambience was nothing more than ok. It felt older and slightly fast food and I go to many restaurants globally rather than expensive good quality.
Anyway, I never complain but it was a serious disappointment.

The food was good, particularly the Eaton Mess dessert . Was very noisy and the service was really slow slow, took over half an hour for a tomato juice but our lady waitress Aneta that served us at the bar end of the restaurant on Tuesday night was excellent, a real asset to the place.

Very disappointed to find the Asian Fusion restaurant closed for renovation, but the Grill was still very, very good. Not quite the ambiance I would expect of a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, but the food and service were very good.

From start to finish the duty manager was spot on with his service.

One of is is gluten free and they couldn’t do enough to help make sure we could order what we wanted.

It was also my birthday and I thought it was a very nice touch that the team did me a palate with happy birthday on it along with some fruit and a candle.

From the moment we arrived to when we left it was a perfect visit.

This wasn’t our first visit and it won’t be our last.

Service was very good. Very attentive staff. I found wine list quite expensive. Not many red wines in the £50 to £70 bracket. Food was reasonable without being outstanding. Total bill for 4 (2 adults 2 kids with one bottle red and one bottle prosecco and one cocktail) was £385 incl service which was expensive and due to no small part to lack of reasonably priced wines. This was even after 2 meals from kids menu for £10 each! Ambience not great due to works going on as they were extending/refurbishing the restaurant.

Disappointing service from our waitress who was quite abrupt and unhelpful, as well as the other staff who generally seemed uninterested.
Food did not meet the usual standards of Gordon Ramsey restaurants and the whole place lacked any ambience, meaning an expensive lunch that was memorable for all the wrong reasons.
Am now reluctant to return to any other GM restaurants as this one does not live up to the reputation.

My first Gordon Ramsay restaurant and likely my last. A rushed meal, with very expensive, rather small cocktails, and a rather unimaginative menu. The burrata salad was the highlight of the meal. The ribeye was cooked spot on, but the quality was about what would get from a grocery store. A little tough, and flavorless. The Mac and Cheese was bland. All in all a definite "skip".

I walked in and was seated for a while before someone realized I needed a menu. Ordered the wild mushroom linguine which was absolutely horrid. I could barely get through a few bites. It had an odd smell, looked like had tons of oil, and the pasta kept sticking to my teeth. Sent it back because I couldn’t stand it. Ordered the creme brûlée afterwards, which was fine. But, would not go back after that experience.

Came here for Valentines Day after hearing some nice reviews from friend and didn't have a great time at all. Had to wait for food for a very long time even though it was a set menu. Finally, a waiter brought us some bread but the basket only had two slices which was a bit comical to say the least. The service was very poor and it seemed that everyone was too busy cleaning empty tables than looking after customers. We will not return.

I went with my family on Sunday.I had to wait a while for a menu ordered my food and then had to ask the waiter for a drinks and also after ordering I had to ask for a drinks menu. Most restaurants I go to I don’t ask the waiter the waiter asks me. I had a roast which was ok but a little small and only had carrot as vegetable accompaniment. No offer of sauces .
Expensive drinks £4.50 for a Diet Coke and £8.50 for a cocktail which you would expect in a really top place but to me the restaurant wasn’t up to the price tag. Certainly wasn’t first class !

Pleasantly impressed by my experience at Graze-- went for bottmless brunch and while we had to remind our waiter several times for a few things (coffee, tea, waters) they were quite gracious and let us stay quite a long time and were otherwise diligent in their care of us. Also it's a great bargain for the price! And the food was quite good.

I’ve enjoyed Heddon Street Kitchen and expected something similar at Maze but was disappointed. I understood that the restaurant had a separate entrance from the Marriott Hotel. We passed it completely. Doubling back, we entered a building site by mistake before discovering the route through the hotel around the corner. As you enter from the lobby, you meet the middle of the restaurant, like at a T-Junction. I asked for a corner table to the far left as there were a few tables with children in high chairs to the right. We wanted quiet and comfort for a good catch-up over lunch.

We were given a la carte menus, but I asked for a special offer that was listed on Open Table, having specified this in my booking. No one knew anything about it, until I showed a manager on my phone and he agreed graciously to honor the offer even though it wasn’t “live” yet. Though it was February, they were still offering the January special menu.

Three of us shared a fabulous plate of Popcorn Cauliflower in Gochujang sauce. I could have eaten much more of that. The mains were one short rib burger, one buffalo chicken burger and one steamed sea bream with fennel for the virtuous one. My daughter said her burger was good but it looked very compacted to me and she left 1/2 of it behind, which says everything. The buffalo chicken burger was a panic selection and was sadly unremarkable. The sea bream looked fine and I heard no complaints. Two sides of chips went virtually uneaten as they were very thick so there was too much “middle.” It all left us just a bit flat, so it was a good thing that we were focusing on each other more than the food. A nice glass of wine helped.

Service was very pleasant if strangely formal for the menu. Waiters were friendly when flagged down,, but perhaps not so efficient. I assume that this wouldn’t be the caliber of GR’s high-end restaurants but it’s not as good as HSK. I won’t bother with it again.

My husband and I dined here last saturday for our wedding anniversary from the time we arrived, we were made to feel special, we had the chateaubriand which was divine and cooked to perfection and the Cote du Rhone completed the meal perfectly. The lemongrass and chilli creme brulee was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive and had exception knowledge of the menu.
