   Service was slow, took well over 2 hours for starters and mains from time of ordering. Ended up having dessert elsewhere as everything took so long. Despite slow (and generally inattentive) service, still had a 10% service charge applied to our bill which is poor form. Food was ok, but it's overpriced for what it is and generally quite bland. Would probably return for a drink but won't be back for food

    Staff here were really exceptional looking after our family including our dogs very well indeed! Nothing was too much trouble!!! We loved it thank you. Food was delicious, wine perfectly chilled. We don’t get a lot of time to spend together so this was a lovely couple of hours thank you

    Very average food with staff more interested in how cool they look rather than serving. Very expensive and poor value and they probably why they weren’t busy. Won’t be going back

    Music too loud so hard to hear conversation from other side of the table. Waitress had to shout out pie of the day and soup of the day and I was none the wiser.

    We were a party of 4 ….. fish and chips were excellent , lamb curry excellent but Caesar’s salad consisted of mainly lettuce and quality of chicken wasn’t the best unfortunately.

    Having booked a table, our host showed us to the table, to find a couple had already been seated at the table. We then ended up in a gondola, which was nice. Ordered drinks and food at the same time, drinks arrived reasonably quickly. Food was then circa 1hr after we had ordered. Albeit nice, I could have eaten anything by then given the wait. We then ordered dessert, again, circa 30 min wait and when it arrived, it was lukewarm at best. To top it off, the staff didn’t have the foresight to remove the service charge from the bill. First time I’ve not left a service charge. I can excuse being busy, but only when managed with good communication. That didn’t happen.

    Wonderful meal - everything was excellent!! The service was fantastic. We had the Steak and ale pie, as well as the Wild Mushroom paparadelle and both were perfect. Save room for dessert!

    First visit and great surprise - lovely decor good menu - both food and drinks ! Food was very tasty - recommend the bao buns - delicious. Food was hot and portions large so no space to try dessert. Will be back.

    We went for brunch really enjoyed our meal. Lovely fresh food, friendly and efficient service and they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements as a coeliac. No negatives.

    Far too noisy, bass beat of the music reverberates in the back section, ask for a table in the front when you book. The staff on duty did manage to move us to a table round the side but it was a squash for 5.

    Lovely, if pricey, food. Eccentric setting in a ski pod which was fun and out of the rain. All of the waiting staff were outstanding.

    Lovely place in terms of decor and ambience. The food could have been better though unfortunately- the full breakfast was really over cooked and the potato scone in particular was rock solid and inedible. The avocado toast was nice but quite small. The carrot apple and ginger juice had way too much ginger in it. Overall not the best but we may have just been unlucky!
